Had a great experience here this morning. Stopped by to get new wiper blades and they offered to install them for me. I typically do this myself and in all my years of purchasing blades, I have never had anyone offer to install. Great customer experience.

Called them at 8 PM when I was stuck on the side of the road half an hour away due to the transmission filter on my truck rotting out, after talking with them and explaining I wasn't sure if I could make it before they closed, they offered to leave it somewhere outside for me to pick up. My brother was able to make it there just before they closed and they had the filter, wrench, and fluid waiting at the counter for him (and a funnel which we had both forgotten we were gonna need) absolutely awesome customer service and was back on the road in under 30 minutes after he returned with the parts

I go to the Laconia O'Reilly location whenever I need something for my cars or boats. The manager Nicholas does an excellent job running the store. They always have what I need in stock and he understands how to offer good customer service. They have earned my business as a loyal customer!

I usually don't like going to parts stores, as a woman I don't feel like I'm taken seriously even though I do know a fair amount. The folks here did not do that to me. I was very glad to be treated with respect. The employee that helped me get the parts I needed asked me the right questions about my car to get the correct parts. I was even able to ask him a few questions and he answered them with out any "mansplaining" or asking me if I can "call your husband to be sure" which I have had happen in the past! I have gone back to them often.

They had good customer service and had great knowledge of automotive parts they sell. I was impressed by how quickly we were helped. And they helped fix an online order that had gone bad. That online order was no fault of theirs and they made it right anyways.

Dennis and staff were great! Brought my daughter s car in for snow tires on short notice based upon extended forecast. Got in around 1:00 pm. Asked for a good look-see to make sure all was safe for the winter season. Got a call mid-afternoon reporting brakes all around were almost metal to metal...Me- go for it !Due to the unexpected issue of brakes on top of four new tires, they worked with me and were very generous with price discount. Picked it up at 5:30pm.Thanks O Reilly AP!

I needed to come and get a battery for the bike while I was up at Bike Week. I was lucky that they were open late on Sunday or I would've had to wait to Monday morning. They had the battery that I needed fortunately. I fit a bigger battery with 400 CCA in the bike. The counter person was very helpful.

I've had my car inspected here.. And they are nothing but grifters, underhanded, lazy and incompetent.. One time they told my I needed new brakes, so I took it to a mechanic.. Brakes were fine, in fact the brakes were fine for another 2+ years AFTER that.. Asked them to rotate tires, never did.. Charged me for an oil change that never was done.. Needless to say I won't darken their doorstep again.. Do yourself a favor.. Go elsewhere.. You've been warned.

z one of the best parts stores in that area Nick the manager bust his butt to make sure that everybody commercial and residential or you know what I'm saying is handled I'll tell you how to AutoZone and all the rest I've never had problems with O'Reilly's AutoZone Napa all of them haven't Greenwood Auto I have had nothing but trouble with some of the other stores Nick has always been there to help me now I'm in Florida trying to open new stores and Nick move my accounts down here so I have access to them I love the fact that the store is always there and always had your back

Very Helpful Parts Department . If a Special/Specific Part is Not in Stock They Usually can get it in 24 hrs.I Do not Use the V.I.P Service Department .no comment .

Rude, flirty with women even if it's your girlfriend. Expensive compared to a lot of local competing business.
