Excellent service from making the appointment, walking through the door being greeted, and then the mechanic (Tom) came into the lobby and explained what services were needed. Bill, Shawn and Tom were all very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. I highly recommend Mike's!!!

Called for inspection bill said we are booked but if you can leave for the day I'll squeeze it in. Dropped off in morning called 2 hrs later was all set picked up car after inspection and they had vacumed my car!!! Who does that!! Over and above just don't find that type of service anymore!! Highly recommended

If you are looking for great service and quality work that won't break the bank, Mike's is the place! Everyone was very knowledgeable and super helpful! I've taken my Benz to other places and the cost was way more. I honestly thought the cost was going to break the bank at Mike's, but I was wrong. They are even going out of their way to find a specific part. Mike's has my business from here on out! Thank you

My family's minivan broke down in Meredith, NH while we were on vacation. It was a Friday evening and all repair facilities were closed. We had the vehicle towed to Mike's Quality Car Care. I called on Saturday morning and spoke to Bill. He was able to have the van repaired and returned to us that same day! Even though the shop was only open for a half day on Saturday, we were able to get our vehicle back. The cost was reasonable given the repair (broken alternator). I would highly recommend this shop. Very professional and courteous.

I recently moved up to the area and was in need to find an honest mechanic. I looked online but wasn't too sure what reviews to believe. I read many positive reviews about Mike's. I was in need of an inspection, a fog light was out and my back window was not working. No better time to find out how good Mike's was until now. I first spoke with Bill who was very friendly and personal. He set up an appointment. The day of the appointment I met Mike, who again came across very friendly and professional. I left my car and got a call a couple hours later to let me know about what was needed for the window and the part needed to be ordered. Mike asked me if I wanted an oil change because it was due. When I picked up the car, all the services were done, I was welcomed again friendly and they vacuumed the car. When it was time to pay, they asked if I was a AAA member, showed them my card and got a discount. You don't know how happy I am to find such a great quality, care, professionalism and friendly garage. I highly recommend them.

Big in my book: Bill automatically asks if you re an AAA member so I didn t have to remember! The other Big in my book is that the front seats and floor were vacuumed! Who else does THAT?? Mike's Quality car care is very reasonable and will work with you. Mike's also offers a good discount if you are a member of AAA. In comparison for work that needed to be done when I got estimates and they were priced the best. I also received warranties on parts at Mike's that I weren't offered at other repair shops. Easy drop off and pick up.

This was my experience. I went in to have them check a few things since I just moved to the area and now travel an hour to work each day. The mechanic discovered a part in the back of my car that he claimed needed replacement and won t pass inspection come February. The guy at the front desk came into the waiting room and in front of another customer told me this what was wrong and how much it would cost me. That was disrespectful. I feel it is a private matter to be discussed with the vehicle owner and not in front of others. Apparently the part, Rear Suspension K-Frame Crossmember, will cost $2500 to replace. The guy in the waiting room laughed. I was so mad. I burst into tears. Their lack of empathy isn t really surprising. I won t be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is fantastic! I desperately needed an oil change and they put me on their schedule so quickly! I was blown away at how nice everyone was and the oil change was so quick. I was expecting to be there for at least an hour but they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Not to mention, they vacuumed up all the dirt in my floorboard! I will definitely be a returning customer!Service: Oil change

My parents have give to mike's for twenty years and I've used them since moving to the area five years ago. They're honest (!) and excellent at their profession, and always reasonable in their pricing. It's difficult to sushi highly enough of their service and their integrity. I absolutely recommend Mike's Quality Car Care to anyone selling a good, honest, reliable mechanic service.

Having been a customer of Mike's Quality Car Care (with 2 vehicles) for over 10 years I can state unequivocally they have always served me well. Whether it has been normal maintenance or "help" it's making a funny noise they either fix it or tell me not to fix it....it's time to buy a replacement car. Their estimates are accurate, the price is fair.....remember, one gets what they pay for...and the deliver when promised. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Mikes for car care for almost 20 years. They are get. Fair price, quality work and vacuumed out car when you pick it up. Bill who runs the front desk is always great to work with. The AAA discount is nice along with the TBones certificates

I'm currently in a bad situation with my car to the point where I may end up trading in at a dealer for a different car. The team at Mike's has been very repsonsive and has taken many calls from me throughout the day while I put a plan in place for where to go from here. They have patiently answered my questions and given practical advice given my circumstances. While I'm having a terrible experience with my car, my experience with them has been great.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent and very professional service. No overselling. Clean and spacious waiting room unlike some others in the area. I have used them for service on 2003 Acura MDX and 2016 Pilot- both of which were handled perfectly. They seem to know what they are doing and at prices much better than the dealers.

The service and reception at Mike's is always exceptional. They go out of their way to provide quality repairs and maintenance while doing what they can to keep the cost to the customer manageable, and are always honest in their assessment of what needs to be done.

Asked to have a combination flasher changed. They charged me for a diagnostic and then told me I needed the part I asked to be changed. They charged me at least double what the part cost. Part less than 60 dollars everywhere, including Napa (where they got the part) cost me 119.95
