Mike at the Laconia, NH location was very friendly, nice, caring and professional. While doing an alignment, a part of my car malfunction due to rust and Mike made sure to get it fixed and make sure I was safe at all times. Mike ordered the part, it came the next day and instead of charging me for it - out of the kindness of his heart he knew I struggle financially and he did my service for free which made me very, very thankful. Such a nice and professional man. While I sat there each time, he treated all customers with respect, kindness, compassion and professionalism. Once again Mike, thank you so much. God bless. I will definitely visit this place again and I highly recommend their services.

I made a last minute appointment to have my car inspected. They fit me in, were very professional and went above and beyond what they were required to do. The man working the customer service desk was polite and funny. All around a good experience. I would return and recommend them highly.

Mike and crew were very accommodating. I called with a last minute, urgent issue with my brakes. They found and fixed the problem and had me on road fast. Very polite and easy to work with. Never enjoy car issues but they made it much easier!

I went yesterday for the first time to get work done in my car. Very satisfied. I will keep going there when I need work done. I want to have a regular car repair place that will know me and my car. I found the price reasonable and very friendly service. They patiently answered my questions.

I needed $1.1 of exhaust work, along with $2.9k additional work to get legal this past year and it took us a long time to come up with that kind of money. I was having the other work done elsewhere and was referred to Meineke for the exhaust work. The other garage didn t do extensive exhaust work and they quoted me over $9k to replace the whole system since they were unable to do it piece by piece like an exhaust specialist. I needed 2 new mufflers and a y connection pipe which are all pricey parts and I prepaid for Meineke to order the parts so the work could be done as soon as the first garage was done and paid for. They called the Friday before New Year s weekend and told me to come get my card so my husband called Meineke and got in right then and there. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. They were so accommodating and kind and got us a shiny new inspection sticker so we re good to go. Exhaust work is pricey, the parts cost a lot but Meineke got our work done that day, in a couple of hours tops, and the work is guaranteed, can t beat that.Edit: Had more work done yesterday. Oil change, new filters and a headlamp fix which was done quickly, was reasonably priced, and the customer service was top notch as always. Always impressed with this outfit.

First time in. Super happy with the experience. Probably liked the dog the best but everyone else was nice too. Oh, and I scheduled it for the wrong thing online and didn t realize till I got there. They were very accommodating and didn t make me feel silly about it.

Mike was great to work with. He was able to fit our car in (last minute) and get what we needed done. We have a few more things to get done and will be back soon.

i got an oil change. it was fairly standard. the fellow behind the deak started if quite rude (i had misplaced my registration and didn't know where to locate my VIN #, he acted as if i were stupid until i informed him i am on the spectrum and have ADHD, and then he became nicer) then they told me i had hundreds of dollars of "urgent" work needed on my car, which they could conveniently do right then. i declined, and told the desk guy i had a digital coupon, for which he again got really rude and dismissive, telling me they "didn't have online coupons for the type of oil change i had gotten" which was false, i showed it to him and he very reluctantly agreed to use the (very much NOT expired) coupon. i declined the work to my car, to which he told me many dire things would likely happen, and i left.my car has been and continues to be working just fine.ok oil change, though, i guess.NOT recommended.

Went to several locations to get new tires. Everybody was 3 Weeks out for service. Stop by here Michael the manager Help me pick out some tires got me in the next Day.did a safety check. I brought my 2006 Chevy Tahoe in, because the rear hatch and window were not responding to the locking/unlocking mechanism on the car or the key fob. I was worried that the actuator was burned-out. I had already priced one, so, was prepared for the worse.The first problem was to get the rear hatch open... which required a tech crawling into the rear of Tahoe, partially removing the panel, and jimmying it open.Anyway...I left it with them to do their magic.I called a little later, asking if they could do the BIG fluids (which were overdue) while it was in their shop. I was given a quote...Ouch! But, it needs to be done.I got a call a few hours later telling me it was done, and it came in under the quote. PLUS ... the back hatch was fixed. It turns out the actuator was just stuck. They lubed it, and it works fine now!As ALWAYS, Mike & the Team at Meineke took awesome care of my car...keeping me on the road, and not completely broke !Best Regards,David S. R. Clark

No stars if I could. They will tell everyone and their mother that they only did an oil change and tire rotation with my car. They openly admitted to me they had difficulty with my valve stems when topping off the air pressure, and now I am having issues with the tire sensors supposedly. How convenient they left that detail out too when I called corporate about this. They're saying my batteries for those just died and that winter is a big factor in this, when I have NEVER once had an issue with those. And thank you for pulling anything you could when speaking to my husband and having him tell me it is what it is, much appreciated. Now, it's expected I have to pay for the damage you had caused! I should have known better to not come back here since the last time I had an oil change service and then suddenly my exhaust pipe leaked days after. And please do not respond to this to say I m sorry for your bad experience, please contact us so we can find a solution. Because you clearly didn t care the first time I addressed this and just wanted me to fix it to get money from me.

I don't usually leave reviews but these guys are awesome and fair priced. The manager is a super nice guy and is up front and honest with you about what you need and there tech's definitely seem to know what there doing. Great service at this Meineke. I had an extremely bad break issue and couldn t find anywhere that could make repairs within 5 days. I called this location and they were fully booked but after explaining the issue they asked me to drop the car off so they could take a look. They have a quote and made repairs within 24 hours even though they were very busy. Everyone I met there was extremely friendly and helpful.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Great place to take your car. Excellent service, the Laconia staff was super nice and accommodating getting our daughters car looked at. The dealer has suggested a bunch of brake work.
