Always a great experience! Bill is the only person I trust with choosing the right tires to fit my vehicle & budget. Quicklane is great for state inspections as well, I always get back into my vehicle in just a few hours!

As always, excellent service by Bill Salta and team! Prompt scheduling and communication during each service visit.The complimentary valet delivery of your vehicle (locally) is a nice perk, preventing loss of work day hours - highly recommend!

Bill took very good care of me. Had a 3 hour service appointment for my car. There were some cancellations and he put 2 en on my car and it was done in 2 hours. That is great service. I had a 9 AM appointment and my car was in the shop at 9:15. I travel 59 miles to this facility as good service is very important to me.

I brought my husband s truck in for a tire rotation and I had expressed to Bill that I thought the rear tires wear wearing unevenly. As soon as they were finished addressing my concerns and performing the requested maintenance, Bill let me know I could pick up the truck. I have used QuickLane for service ever since I have personally owned a vehicle and I will continue to do so based on the timely and thorough service accompanied by the professionalism and simplicity that I can count on from Bill and James. I cannot say enough about Bill Salta and his crew. This place is courteous, professional and affordable. I have never had an issue here with service. Scheduling is easy and efficient and Bill will even arrange a ride for you if you live or work locally. When the Irwin dealership service department let me down I wound up here, and boy am I glad I did. Try this place, it s wonderful!Services: Tires, Oil change

I absolutely love bill and his team of mechanics! They diagnosed my car right away and once the part was in they fixed it with the Toyota mechanic and my car is so quiet yet once again when I m driving. I love the friendliness of both BIll and Steve and they always have a smile on their faces, it s a honest company and this is the only place where I ll buy my cars from and have service done! still yrs later I keep going back to quick lane for all my cars needs!! They are amazing and so friendly and the job is done right the first time!!!

My Highlander was serviced May 16, 2022 at Irwin Toyota (L.O.F, tire rotation and state inspection) all completed in about 45 minutes which I consider to be excellent service.Earlier this month I tried to have this vehicle serviced at the Auto Nation Toyota dealership in Fort Myers, Fl. However, after waiting 3 hours the oil change wasn't even started so I took the car and will never return to Fort Myers, Fl Toyota for service.Again thanks for the great service at Irwin Toyota in Laconia, NH, your dealership service department deserves a 5 star rating.Services: Tires, Oil change

A flat tire is always inconvenient but when it happens on a busy, bustling family gathering weekend it is even more so. When I contacted Bill Salta late on a Saturday morning, I was not expecting to have the use of my car til Monday. But Bill had me bring it right in and within a couple of hours I had a replacement tire fully balanced and a car ready to go. Since QuickLane opened, I and my whole family have relied on Bill Salta and his excellent team for all our car maintenance and repairs. We have never been disappointed. Irwin FORD in Laconia made scheduling a regular maintenance service very easy. They started service on my car immediately, provided an excellent place for me to work while waiting for the car, kept me informed of progress, and rapidly finished all paper work when the car service was done. Took care of my service efficiently and quickly, as I'm accustomed to at other Valvoline shops. One oddity is that the reminder decal specifies 3 months or 3000 miles even for synthetic oil, which is far too soon.

Mr. Bill Salta is absolutely "first rate" regarding honesty, integrity, knowledge and support for his customers. He went above and beyond to research my car's particular situation regarding tire wear, alignment issues and advice regarding how to be cost-effective in addressing the problem. I have shunned dealer service in the past due to fear of over selling and price gouging. However, with Mr. Salta at the helm of the Quick Lane service I am confident and comfortable with plans to return for subsequent service. As has always been the case, Bill and the staff at Quick Lane are responsive and professional in the services they provide to their customers. I recently stopped in without an appointment and asked for help getting a license plate off, and it was provided without hesitation and at no charge. Service like this is the norm in my experience and that is why I always use Quick Lane for my car's service and tire needs.

I was scheduled for an oil change today. It went so smoothly! The Hollis McMullen and Brandon ( sorry I don t know his last name)team were absolutely wonderful! I got a courtesy message from Hollis that he wouldn t be there but that he d have Brandon take care of me! I was very excited that he had a coupon that he was able to apply to my bill so it ended up not being as expensive as I thought! That s always a nice surprise upon checkout! Everything was so thorough! I know what to expect next time so there will be no surprises at inspection time! I appreciate both Hollis and Brandon for their kind service!
