My husband and I have been to multiple dealerships in the past year looking for our perfect family vehicle. I went to test drive a Tahoe and in the same day we signed the paperwork and picked our new vehicle up the next day. Thanks to Aaron we were able to be in and out with the exact vehicle we ve been searching a year for. We will definitely return when we are ready to upgrade!!

Had an amazing experience with the collision department! Steve and Lori were amazing, and despite being given an ETA of 1.5 weeks, my body work was done in two days! Plus they hooked me up with the service department where Chris hooked me up with new tires and an alignment so I could get an early inspection sticker.Bonus: They vacuumed and cleaned the inside and washed the outside.Thank you for a great and easy experience!!

My Wife and I have been a long time customer of Cantins, Now Irwin Chevrolet. We have dealt with many of the Sales people there and have always had a great experience. I have always dealt with Foster as the Sales Manager when I go in and he is great. This time I caught Foster on his day off (but he was there dealing with something) we touched base and he handed me off to Mike who I ve met but haven t worked with. He was amazing, he picked right up and kept my 8 consecutive vehicles bought from this establishment going. Let talk about Carl now, Carl made the looking, driving and buying process pain free. Carl is personable, friendly, kind and goes the extra mile to make sure your buying process is as easy and pain free as possible. Thank you Carl, Mike and Foster for yet another great buying experience.

I bought a used 2019 gmc 1500 at4 from Irwin chevrolet in laconia. I have to say Randy was awesome. I was in and out in a 2 hrs including the test drive... Great company to buy a vehicle under blue book. Thank you Randy and team.

Our sales person Naomi was a dream to work with. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. I really liked the fact she remembered my old car's name and the suffering he had due to mice. It's the little things, when someone remembers the little details, it helps build trust. Cheryl Wright is who worked with me -- On a Monday I had went as prepared as i possibly could have in search of a vehicle. but I also had an issue going with the car search. I had explained my situation to her, and we went over some car options from the list i had. She told me to keep her up to date with everything and when the situation was settled let her know On Thursday my issue was settled and on Friday, I was able to finish the paperwork and Leave with a car. I would definitely go back when the time comes for another vehicle and work with Cheryl again, she worked with me and never made me feel pressured at any time throughout this process.

Friendly and professional and work hard at getting me into a brand new truck and finding me what I wanted Cheryl at Irwin Chevrolet in Laconia on Union Ave is a very nice easy to talk to and friendly sales lady and works hard very satisfied with how professional and understanding she is. I ended up totalling my jeep in a snowstorm on Sunday. My fiance and I went down to Irwin Chevrolet looking for a SUV, we had a few in mind along with the ones I really liked. As we were looking in the lot Cheryl came out to talk to us. From the time we met Cheryl in the lot until the time I drove out in my new SUV she was so helpful. Answered all of our questions, showed me everything the car had, helped me set up the Chevy App. She stayed pass her time to go home also. She was amazing in every way.

We has been on the lookout for a very specific vehicle for quite some time, and we found one that met all our criteria at Irwin Chevrolet. Despite our initial hesitation about making the purchase, as we tend to be cautious decision-makers, Chris Nall guided us through the entire process. Despite being new to the dealership, he accommodated our reservations and went above and beyond to provide the information we sought. He even made sure to get the answer to questions that he could have just directed us to the service department for. Even several weeks later, he continues to assist us in ensuring that the vehicle receives the proper care and services according to our agreement. I am grateful to Chris for his time, patience and commitment to helping us secure the vehicle.

Christy and the crew at Cantin Chevrolet did an excellent job in finding me a truck that met my needs for me to complete my daily tasks. Not only that they work with me to give me a reasonable amount of money for my trade in which was in rough condition. They explained every step and was able to find a payment that was acceptable to my budget. Plus they were able to also get me GAP coverage, extended warranty, coverage on the paint and interior of the truck. Excellent job Christy and the crew at Cantin Chevrolet! I love my new truck!

I want to thank Cheryl Wright for utmost professionalism and for all her help to me with getting into my new Tahoe, I really did not want to depart with my old tahoe, but I knew it was time, and Cheryl is so good at what she does, you have a valued employee in her. Again Cherly ,thank you. Chris Irwin thank you for pointing me in the right direction . Of course it was even better, because it was the color I wanted ! Here's hoping for a long relationship with this vehicle.

Bought a 2017 Chevy Sonic recently it's been great, but I never tested the heated seats. I messaged Naomi about this and they set it up so that I got a rental car while they replaced both heated seats at no charge for me. Only one seat was the actual problem so it was to my surprise and delight that they replaced both. Easiest transaction from them. I trust them as a place to purchase cars.

Had an 8 am appt good thing I left my car the night before it never was brought in until almost 2pm. I had called to see if it was done just before that and was told it just got pulled in. Less than 5 minutes later got a call saying it needed front brakes but it would pass inspection just barely. Was told within two weeks it would not pass. Got a price of over $600 to replace pads and rotors and a high pressure do you want it done now? I was at work and unable to discuss with my husband immediately called back within the hour after saying no and was told too late it s already outside and no time until end of next week to do the brakes. Previous times of waiting with the car an oil change and tore rotation took at least two hours. Not sure how oil change and tire rotation with a state inspection were complete in less than an hour. Overall not happy with this situation and it s not the first time I have had issues with service in this car

Naomi was very pleasant and professional, The car is in good condition and well priced.I was disappointed to find the rear climate powerhead was not working and had not been picked up in your presale check, but when I brought it to Naomi it was quickly replaced and now works perfectly.Overall I am a satisfied customer and would recommend your dealership.

Alexis at Irwin's gave me a quick online value on my used truck along with a sharp discounted price on a 2024 HD order. Irwin's ended up honoring the sales price and the trade in value they appraised in June 2023 even though new vehicle and trade in was not delivered and finalized until October 2023. Received a high end KBB value for my traded truck. The sales team made adjustments to complete the sale in a timely way as soon as the new 2024 vehicle that we ordered was delivered. In short: The used car sales manager knows the local market and sticks by his higher end appraisals. The sales team promptly gives you the facts and does not change their story, no tricks. You can trust their initial online quotes and trade appraisals.

Awesome job, Nate did great work. I didn't get into a brand new truck. However, they got me into a beautiful almost new Chevy Silverado that I should be able to afford with a good warranty. I am sure it will last me many many years to come.

Henry Yip is a FAKE and a LIAR. If it's not routine they won't be able to handle it. They will misdiagnose any serious problem...The AAA discount is also fake...you can tell they calculate it before hand and over charge you...then say you got a discount when they subtract 10%. They do their best to sweep bad work under the rug and get you out the door ASAP...Phone operators are also incredibly rude. Even for a SCUMBAG industry...this was incredibly bad. HOPE YOU READ THIS BEFORE THEY DELETE IT.

Like most people I hate car shopping. With Irwin I was able to start the paperwork online before even arriving. When I walked inside I was promptly greeted by Naomi. She quickly put me at ease walking me through everything. I cannot say enough good things about Irwin Chevrolet. This will be my go to dealership from now on.

The best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. I went to their website, found the car I liked, and contacted them through the website. Naomi texted me back, put me in contact with Cheryl and the rest was a breeze. Working with Cheryl was like working with a friend. Absolutely no stress or pressure and was treated fairly for my trade-in. I highly recommend buying from Cantin Chevrolet.

My husband and I just bought our first truck at Cantin and had such a great experience. Foster was exceptional when explaining our options when it came to the purchasing process with them. We could tell that he really cared about us making the right decision on a vehicle and finance options. Steve was so friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about our truck features when showing us the ropes when we picked it up. Alex had us laughing the whole time we were signing paperwork and worked quickly through that process. Overall such a fun and enjoyable experience and we absolutely love the truck.
