Excellent service. I own an old truck and Irwin techs find issues on the vehicle as they are wearing out. they let you know what will need to be done in the coming weeks or months. Best part is the help getting back and forth to my house with a complimentary Irwin shuttle. Brandon in service is great at communicating exactly what needs and to be done. I like the videos the techs send to my phone while my truck is on the lift. They explain what is critical and what can wait. I highly recommend them for service or to buy a new car.

Look no further! Seamus is professional, courteous and honest. People who know me well enough know that I don t give compliments unless they are genuine. It simply was worth the drive to work with the top regional salesman who understands that personal integrity and personal brand is just as important growing your business as is your reputation. Great truck. Great experience. I would recommend to anyone. Fact he s Irish was an added bonus!

Our family has bought/leased several cars since 2009 from Irwin. After 2 leases we decided to buy instead of leasing another. I test drove 3 cars and settled on a 2022 Santa Fe. Our salesperson, Tom Whitney, was very friendly and helpful. It was a busy day but he was able to fit us in pretty quickly that week to do the paperwork and pick up the car. We've never been disappointed with the sales or service at Irwin as well as Quicklane. Highly recommend!

Ashley over at Irwin helped me pick out the perfect Bronco. This was my second Bronco in 3 months with Irwin. They took care of getting me the best rate. The shop cleaned up my ride and got it ready for the road. Irwin is the one-stop shop for everything automotive. Thanks a million love my new car!

Going to Irwin Ford in Laconia is always a great experience. Steve in service makes it a simple easy process to make an appointment and keeps you updated on work being performed. My service tech (Matt) took a great deal of time and effort to investigate the issue and make sure I was involved all along with the process. I have a dealership 10 minutes from my house but will gladly drive the hour and half to this shop because of the very positive way they treat their customers.

Our experience was so wonderful! Ashley Pelczarski was our salesperson and she was a joy to work with. She was so personable and kept her cool when there were a few hiccups (no ones fault) We were able to take our time on the test drive and ended up buying my husband's dream car at a great price...We would definitely go back!

Very satisfied with the quality of service received at Irwin Toyota! The sales process went flawlessly; Seamus worked hard to find us exactly the Tacoma configuration we were looking for. The service team always gets high quality marks as well...the Certified vehicle we purchased was delivered in clean, showroom condition. The Irwin inventory team also is top notch...if you want it, they have it, or can get it!I am a return customer, and will continue with this trusted relationship.

I went in to test-drive on a Sunday a used 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited I had seen advertised on the website. Alex T was the only salesperson on and had an unexpected busy day but he handled it with grace, patience, and knowledge. After seeing the 2022 in person and reading the warranty coverage, I was a little skeptical. He explained the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty and I felt more comfortable.I took the car out for a test-drive and it definitely had what I wanted in a vehicle. Again, he was very busy that day but still made me feel as if I was a priority in each interaction. I never felt pushed to try anything else and he reassured me I would be able to come back during the week (finance was not available this Sunday) and we scheduled a time to come back to finalize the deal. He called me Monday morning to go over numbers and listened to my concerns and offered other options and explanations for me.He was able to schedule me to come in earlier in the day to get the car, spent time going over the features of the car, and again made me feel like a priority. He did a great job and I recommend Alex for future car purchases.

This is actually a 4.5. I was in and out for my first maintenance on my Toyota Sienna. A car wash voucher was nice but my old dealership always vacuumed the front. Missed that piece. Thirty minutes is the shortest experience I have had, which was awesome!

Thank you to Irwin Toyota for making my car purchase as seamless as possible! Our salesman Seamus was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He took his time to make sure we understood all of the paperwork, as well as the features of the car- but also made sure that we got our paperwork done before the end of the day. When we arrived at Irwin, Seamus was waiting at the door and asked us how he could help. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for and was able to help right away. Our experience at Irwin and with Seamus specifically was a 10 out of 10. We felt valued and listened to which is hard to find in a dealership setting. After being on the search for a vehicle for months and sifting through many options and dealers, I had an incredible experience at Irwin working with Zach Land to purchase a pre owned Mazda 3. Between all my trips to this location ranging from tentative test drive, to serious inquisition and purchase, at all times I felt very welcomed, honest and clear communication from everyone. The whole process was relaxed and well paced and was aided by Zach s flexibility to work at the end of business hours and even outside of his shift. The car is amazing and I recommend anyone looking to give a visit here! Shoutout also to Ben, Seamus and the whole team!

We came from out of state to purchase a used vehicle and were very happy with the service we received from Seamus (Bowtie Guy) and team. Though we arrived close to closing time, Seamus stayed with us and ensured we had a good experience. Irwin Automotive Group has a lot of great inventory, fair pricing, and friendly people. Hopefully we don't need another car anytime soon, but if we do, we will definitely visit this dealership again.

I initially worked with Ian over email to inquire about my vehicle and discuss numbers. He was very responsive and helpful. When I decided to lease, I went into Irwin and met with Seamus (Ian wasn't working that day). To my surprise, Seamus was dressed like Buddy the Elf! He was super fun and easy to work with, and definitely had hustle! I was in-and-out pretty quickly. Thanks to Ian, Seamus and the rest of the Irwin team. I only wish your dealership was a little closer to home!

I've been going to Irwin since I moved up here 2 yrs ago. I use them for everything from basic oil changes to major repairs which I often need because I have an older conversion van that I don't want to sell & I want to keep for traveling in retirement. They've always been professional, friendly, helpful & they get the job done first time every time. A special shout out to Rick Facteau/Service Mgr who I met for the first time recently. He was super friendly & helpful. Also, even the employees who answer the phones & work behind the counters are 5-star as well. I highly recommend Irwin.

A great experience again! Our sales person, Tom Whitney, made our buying experience stress less and pleasant and truly worked with us to get the best financing and pricing, not to omit the fact that he s very personable. As usual over the years every department at Irwin s has been great. I mean it when I say I wouldn t buy anywhere else.

It was the easiest experience with Irwin Hyundai, I found a car on the website, applied online, got an email from Kristina and next day I got a call from Theresa Clement to discuss everything and schedule a day to pickup my wonderful amazing Kona 2023. The whole process took less than a week. I'm impressed by Theresa, how she does her work, she is a fantastic, helpful, caring and open hearted person. When I arrived to the center, the first thing I got was a very warm welcoming hug from Theresa. I didn't wait long, signed all the paperwork, Theresa helped me much to get my insurance, in about an hour and a half I got my key and was shown all the options of my lovely Kona by Theresa and a farewell hug from Theresa inspired me to have a lovely, safe ride back home.Special thanks to Chris Irwin for keeping the center organized and well managed. I will definitely refer my friends to have the same fantastic service in you perfect center! Wish you all the best in such a wonderful work you all do!
