Called for an appointment to Pete's and they were very accommodating and very friendly. Got to wait while my car got oil change and inspection and had a great time talking to Joanne. I was in desperate need of help with a flat tire on the holiday weekend. I called and spoke with Joanne who was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to have a new tire delivered and they put it on in the same day. Service was above and beyond! I m so grateful they accommodated me to ensure my safety on the road! Stopped in for an inspection with no appointment. No problem, the staff pulled my truck in and got started. While I waited had a lovely conversation with the owner who was polite and provided information regarding the NH inspections process. Paid I was on my way. Good people, classic repair shop, would give 5 stars but it was just an inspection.Updated to 5 stars, my wife has been bringing her car here for work and they have been a pleasure to work with.

Got my brakes done by them and they still barley work, unsafe to drive. They re also very expensive. No one said to me my brakes weren't finished I left my car there for a few days because I went on a trip they had time. Very disrespectful to my family when they were the one that had an unfinished job and let us take the keys and the car. I feel bad for someone to go to them and not get a fully done job embarrassing.Service: Brakes

I've been going to Pete's for four years now and each time I leave I am reminded of why I keep going back. The first time I visited their garage 4 years ago it was for an alternator replacement. They did it in less than a day. Since then I've had exhaust work, brakes, AC condenser, you name it and each time I went to Pete's. I drop my car off I know it's in good hands and the pricing is honest. They rock!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Pete's Auto Technology is a small family owned garage. Pete and his wife are wonderful people to talk to. They keep both my vehicles in good shape. I find them very trustworthy. Their prices are typical for the auto repair providers. Both my wife and I prefer supporting proprietorship's as opposed to large chain businesses. We like talking to the owner's of the business's we use. As far as my vehicles are concerned, we're worry free.

I can definitely recommend anyone to Pete's for any type of repairs. I own a dealership in the area and I have always had them work on any vehicle that we have had, that needed any type of repairs. Not only would I recommend anyone to bring there vehicle in, but it is also difficult to get a great level of customer service when your doing business with a company. Being family owned, you really do feel like you are being taken care of.

Lori & I have been taking our cars to Pete's for over 5 years now and have always been very satisfied with the work done. The couple of times there were problems afterwards (both were defective parts), they were resolved quickly.We like to support local businesses when we can and we have found no reason not to go back to Pete's.

Awesome place to take your vehicles!You can totally trust Pete & his team 10,000% to do exactly what is needed and nothing more.I trust him so much I don't even have him call me with what a car needs anymore - I tell Pete I trust you.. just get it done.I have 5 vehicles and have been going to them for 7 years.HIGHLY recommend - One of the best mechanics I have seen.Jim LeekKingston, NH

Great customer service. They do a thorough job on diagnosing problems with your car. Everything is explained and shown to your understanding. They have a great reputation. Very satisfied!! Great job!! Highly recommend.

I went to Pete's Auto because it was in a convenient location near my workplace. I will never go back.I felt I was being ripped off, had been lied to, and was definitely screamed at. My advice is save your money and your trust for a better mechanic. My boss had a bad experience with them also.What happened:1. They quoted me $365 total for a fuel filler neck on my 1999 Ford Taurus and for labor. Said they would get started on ordering the part. A week later I called to ask about their progress. Spoke with the receptionist who said her computer was down and she would call me later that day.2. The woman called the next day to say they hadn't even ordered the part yet, that I would need to come pay for the part before an order was made, and that they got the quote wrong: actually, it would be $544 for the part and labor. (Part + shipping $344 and labor $200). I said I couldn't talk as I was at work, but would stop by at lunch that day. I said that I didn't think that amount was right.3. Stopped by at lunch, the woman I had been speaking with was standing there with her hands on her hips and gave me attitude, telling me if I didn't like her price to go elsewhere and "get off her property"4. I was irritated, said she was ripping me off, but remained calm. Said I had asked around, called local mechanics, did internet research and found that the part was actually only about $170 max.5. She threw the keys at me, yelled at me to get off her property.6. I asked why she wouldn't talk it out with me or show me paperwork or something about the price of the part, she demanded I leave again, I walked out and closed the door firmly as she had a dog I didn't want to let out.7. I began walking to my car and she chased after me screaming about me "slamming the door"The whole thing was really bizarre.

I have always found Pete's, Auto to be honest and straight forward. They do good work. Please disregard the only bad review for this facility as I am aware of the circumstances of that non repair.All I can say is some people will try and ruin a businesses reputation when they cant get their own way. Had the part been paid for, Pete would have done the job right!!

Place is a rip off. Told me I needed to change my brake a year ago and that "I can let you go this time but next time I have to change it." I recently found an honest mechanic and he told me that my brake appeared brand new. Do not come here.
