I can t say enough how friendly the staff is. About few years ago I changed my tire here and I came in for tire rotation! I spoke with Mike and after inspection, He recommended I needed Alignment, Mike is great! Thank goodness I came in to this store to fix my car!!! Now I m all ready to go on road trips!! If anyone needs any tire change or any assistance go to this location!! You won t regret! Thanks Town Fair Tire in Keene NH!!

Cannot say enough good things about this location! Bob is wonderful! Helped me check in for my appointment, apply for financing and provided pricing for my requests on my other vehicles! Kevin was awesome and helped the team upgrade my tire purchase before they were installed! And Devin was fantastic in helping with the change of paperwork. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely refer anyone here in the future to work with this great, happy, knowledgeable staff! Will be returning in the future! Great job Keene Town Fair Tire! :)

I had an amazing experience with Heather and Kevin down at town fair tire in Keene. I had an awful experience with another tire store in the area to the point where I had to replace 6 tires in 6 months and no longer felt safe going back. I had a local garage recommend Town Fair Tire in Keene and and boy oh boy was it a totally different experience. Not only were they so detailed with the work they did and explaining everything they did along the way. I felt so much more confident, safe and secure knowing my car was in good hands and safe driving it out of there with my family on board. I would highly highly recommend going there for any tire needs.

Had my third visit to the Keene NH Town Fair Tire location today. Excellent experience as always. The first time they took me in after their vehicle acceptance window and got me a tire repair, and fixed my gas cap that fell off during a rain storm (free of charge).Today, came in for an alignment, and walked away with gorgeous all terrain tires are an incredibly discounted price. Everyone involved communicated and got it done in a timely manner. Big thanks to Bob for hooking me up and making the whole experience incredible. Keep up the good work!

What can I say, other than FANTASTIC TIRE BUYING EXPERIENCE! We were met by Bruce Gordon, he was polite, personable, explained the process and was very knowledgeable. I had a question about tires for another vehicle and met Bob Jones, not sure where to start! He asked about my vehicle and we were off to learning about tires. Bob is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, dedicated all in one package. No one ever explained tread patterns to me, I felt empowered with knowledge! I also love the tire rotation program. My family will always buy tires here and I m recommending them. Thank you Bob & Bruce. I was in sales for 20 years, I sure hope top management recognizes this talent. And no, I have never met these guys prior because I m just over the VT boarder in NY!!

Great service and great prices. Car feels like new after new tires and alignment. The end result is much better then after my last set of tires. Gave me a discounted quote on my next set of tires for my truck. TFT is the best in town.

Absolutely the best. Prices are great, worked with Devin and we found the perfect tires for the perfect price. Everyone is friendly, and do a great job in a short time. Will definitely be going back, already have appointment set up.

Great service, great people, and great prices! I ve been buying tires from Kevin for about 4-5 years now and he is always fantastic to deal with! Devin also helped me out the last two times when I messed my tire in a pot hole. He took great care of me! They also take great care of my wife s tires! Can t say enough good things!

Went to Town Fair to get winter tires put on my car, Kevin helped save me some money and recommend a better tire than I thought online. He also told me it would be about 90 minutes, and my car was done and ready to go in less than 30 minutes! The Town fair tire crew is great. 10/10 would recommend

Andre & Kevin went above and beyond to help me get the best new replacement rims on my Lexus. They recommended the best fit and also beat the price of other competitors. Referred my dad and cousin Inlaw to them and they also gave them incredible deals on the new set of tires they got. They re the best at it!!!

Bob met me right at the door when I pulled in, had amazing energy and educated me on the difference of tires. Made the experience extremely pleasant and would recommend them if you are in the Keene area! Mike called me and released my car, went over my invoice. Didn't feel rushed in here at all and would come back!

I went to this Townfair Tire after all four of my tires were damaged. Mike took care of me right away and got all 4 tires replaced with an alignment within 2-3 hours. Mike and the rest of the staff were more than willing to help me and provided exceptional service.

Bob helped us with 4 tires. Originally came in for Hey certain brand, they didn t have it so he fitted us with a different brand and match the price. Got us in and out quickly also! Highly recommend Townfair and Bob!

Worked with Heather Punch to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my jeep. She was very knowledgeable about choices for my vehicles tire availability and further services offered. Customer service was top notch and the transaction seamless. I'd certainly recommend her and townfair tire to a friend.

Showed up 20 minutes to closing. Heather very attentive, walked me through three different possible tires for our Crosstrek. Offered to put tires on that night. 30 minutes later was done. Superior customer service by Heather and her team!

I had a great experience at Town Faire, I brought my Jeep in to get the tires changed over and Devin was so nice and easy to work with I brought my truck back to get the tires done. Very happy with his service and he earned a lifelong customer!

I had a great experience with Town fair tire. Despite how busy they were Bob took my call and got me in to take care of my flat tire and hooked me up with four new ones! I was out the door in short time and back to work!

Amazing Prices, magnificent service, these maniacs got it all!I once got a 4-wheel replacement, but they couldn't do the Alignment due to a Spindle issue.As part of their customer service, I was given 90 days to fix the issue, and the service would still be given to me without ANY added cost.Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Got a set of tires for my truck recently. While the guy I dealt with at the desk initially was great ( even matched the tires I found cheaper) that was the end of the good experience.Firstly I was told that they only have one guy that does alignments for heavy duty trucks and he left early, so I'd have to drive an hour back to Keene so they could do the alignment. This is after I had made an appointment for that day.I get things happen but only having one guy that can do alignments?Secondly, when my truck was done, I left the parking lot and my tpms was showing low tire pressure. No big deal, it can take a few miles to reset sometimes. NOPE, they just failed to put the proper air in my tires. I was 40 PSI short on all 4 tires.I mean come on, that's the simplest part of the tire change guys...

Went in on Saturday and ordered $2000 in 4 new tires and rims. I made an appointment for Tuesday install at 1pm so I wouldn't miss too much work. After 2 hours they called me up to say they had only mounted 3 out of 4, and that the 4th rim was labeled incorrectly on the box. They apologized and would have to reorder the correct rim. Went back in first thing today. Took over an hour to mount the last tire and install all 4. Moral of the story, make sure they have the correct parts prior to starting the work. It will save you frustration and missed work.....

The 4 stars are ONLY about the prices. Employees can't do anything about that part. The employees were wonderful. I mixed up my appt time and I was 30 minutes late. They still fit me right in even though it was pretty busy. The lobby has decent chairs that won't make your butt fall asleep! Lol. I also like the monitor they have in the waiting lobby as well. They have video feed in the garage and you can see when they bring your car in and you'll know as soon as it's done.

Mike was helpful and informative at front desk and was willing to answer questions honestly instead of pushing sales and services. The team resolved the leaky stem flawlessly. Chris, the lead tech, communicated well throughout the process and found the best solution for me. I felt like my tires were in really great hands. Highly recommend the team at this location, they are a pleasure to work with.

I have been to Town Fair Tire twice in the last two weeks and the first time I just dropped in to see if they could fix an issue for me and Kevin made the time to fix it all, and was patient in explaining what was wrong. Back again for seasonal tire change over and once again Kevin and Mike were phenomenal. Everyone I have engaged with has been friendly and knowledgeable and they are now definitely my preferred TFT location!

Hello Everyone,Last evening was my first experience with Keene Town Fair Tire and it was incredible! Somehow my Toyota had a flat tire and I was told by Keene Vavoline to go to TFT. Devon greeted me as he held the door open as I arrived and then helped me immediately trouble shoot. I was told I needed a new tire. Devon found a replacement for me and saved me $$! Kevin outback had my tire on quickly. Bob finished the sale and I left in about an hours time! I purchased an alignment, as suggested by Devon and returned today for it. Mike helped with my appointment at the front desk, along with both Bob and Devon again. Given the time of year, it was very busy both days. Everyone who helped me was incredibly polite, patient, humorous and gave amazing customer service I will use them going forward with all my future tire needs. Highly, highly recommend Keene TFT and all its staff! Thank you all for a job very well done!
