I went to Tire Warehouse on the 5th of October to get my two front tires replaced. A couple days ago I went to put air in my tires as there was a leak, and I noticed that both the tires were placed inside out on my vehicle. The words "INSIDE" are visible out the outer side of the tire. I was charged $80 for the service. I went in today to ask for them to be flipped, to which they responded I would have to wait until December, over 3 weeks away. I am disappointed in the service I have been provided, or lack thereof. I was on hold with customer service for over an hour, and once I got ahold of someone and explained my situation, I was transferred to a voicemail and hung up on.

I have been buying tires here for over 20 years. Customer service has always been professional, not pushy, no unnecessary add on charges, just straight up top notch service.Was offered several different options, not just the most expensive tires. Option were explained very well, not a bunch of extra charges either.

The employees at the counter & the mechanics are helpful & nice and were doing their best but the guy in charge, Mike, showed annoyance, sarcasm & horrible customer service when part of my door handle broke while they had the car in the garage. He tried to tell me it "must have already been broken" even though i drove in with a handle & was returned a car with part of it missing AND they found the missing part in the garage where my car was worked on. When the helpful woman at the counter, Ashley, directed me to speak with Mike, he turned to her & said "oh thanks a lot Ashley" without ever saying a word to me. I wont do business anywhere where the person in charge has no business dealing with customers. Now i have to go back to see someone else to get the part fixed

Was an accident that I put 1 star, I have always been more than happy when I have left, just took me a while to figure out how to fix the review, I have been buying my tires through TW in Keene for a long time! Always more than satisfied

I was in the middle of a 10 hour long car trip when I started to have issues with my tire pressure. I stopped at this Tire Warehouse location and they were able to look at my tires and replace my tires due to them being punctured, even though they were extremely busy and I didn t have an appointment. Customer service was top notch and the mechanics & front desk were so helpful and kind. They saved my road trip from turning into a disaster, so I truly appreciate them being able to squeeze me in. 10/10 recommend this location!

Bought four tires with a warranty in December 2022. Warranty covered all issues.Called in November 2023 for a slow leak and was told "We don't perform warranty work between now and the end of the year."Do NOT go here. The prices are good but they do not care about your vehicle soon as it's out of the door.

Walked in and explained shaking in front end of truck. They explained it s probably a balance issue. Let me out back to see exactly the issue. Fixed the shake. And gave me steps if the problem persists. Excellent customer service. Big thanks to both the the man at the desk and out back.

Thank you Mike and team for getting us in tonight to replace a blown out tire in the middle of our trip. We drove over 300 miles on a spare that was getting hot. TW was the only place around with the tire size we needed. Thank goodness you were able to get us in (especially so late in the day). We ended up driving through a snowstorm in the mountains unexpectedly which would have been so dangerous on a spare. Thank you thank you!

Today's experience at the Keene location was the last straw ... I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 p.m. using their online scheduling tool. I received an appointment confirmation email message. When I arrived for my appointment, the person at the counter told me that their "online scheduling system hasn't worked for a couple years."Why on earth would any company have an online scheduling system available on their website that has been broken for 2 years? Just disable it. It seems pretty simple.Oh, and the tire alignment rack is out of service. Because... Of course it is.

5 stars to the Steve and Rachael at the desk for having to deal with the scheduler on the Tire Warehouse website, that lets customers book appointments when there are NO spots available to book.ZERO stars to the Tire Warehouse website appointment scheduler and those who run it for putting your front line employees through the nonsense of a broken system and having to deal with angry customers like me who have to change their schedules because of it.Thank you Steve for all your efforts to fix something you and your staff have no control of!

Tire warehouse in Keene New Hampshire is my choice. There are closer tire warehouses to me, but the one in Keene has exceptional customer service, friendliness, accommodating, always smiling and communicating on a human level.I drive the extra distance just to go to them.They are in need of more workers there as they are all overwhelmed with the amount of work they have to do And not enough staff. As a results, sometimes wait times are a little longer.

Kevin and Ashley along with the manager were friendly and made a disabled veteran traveling through the area feel like family. They quickly repaired the tire so we could continue on our way. Highly recommend to all travelers in need of auto assistance. We were so appreciative that we brought them a box of donuts before we left Keene.

Tires in stock and folks available to install them on my plow truck on the weekend, even during a bit of a snowstorm. Reasonable prices fir name brand tires and good service.

I made an appointment online for today and found out when I got there that the website wasn t communicating with their scheduling - which isn t their fault at all! I was prepared for the gentleman to tell me to come back, but he honored my appointment time and was so helpful and kind! I didn t get his name, but he had a red and grey beard. My tires were done within a few hours and he gave me great advice for my first winter in NH. I was really happy all around with the service, felt respected and honored as a customer, and will absolutely be using them again for my tire needs!!!

I showed up to my appointment assuming they knew I was coming and they didn't even know I had a appointment and the time I asked for it. Then to my surprise I was charged more for the tires I requested and then I just found out today that I was given different tires to my request which were the reason I got charged so much and I wasn't even told that the tires I wanted were discontinued and I was being charged more for tires I didn't order. I really wish they would honor their prices and be able to communicate to the customer that the product you want isn't in stock.

I would like to start by saying that Steve, as always, was incredibly helpful.Short version: more than a week before I was scheduled to take an extended trust trip I went in to get new tires. Was promised the new tires and wheels would arrive and be on my car before I left town... More than two weeks after my return from the trip and only two of the tires are on my car.I'll share you the rest of the details and tell you that I will not be returning and shall go back to purchasing and changing my own tires. Despite it being a chore I don't enjoy, it is less frustrating.

Had a apt at 11am got here at 1030 & didn't leave till 1244 there's no freaking excuse 4 this who cares about mileage I'll never ever come here & don't recommend to any1

Done for Veronica Davis:What an amazing team!! I had a tire emergency where the tire fell off of my car due to bad lug nuts/rims. I had the lug nuts repaired by my boyfriend who then put my donut on to get me to tire warehouse. I explained the situation and also my tight financial situation. I wouldn't have the money until Friday, pay day. The manager Steve said no problem we will work out a payment arrangement. I brought the car in and the were able to find some old rims and put my tires on those rim, dispose of the tire and checked the rotors to be sure there was no damage after the tire came off while driving. The amount that they charged me was discounted and they truly understood my situation financially. I couldn't believe the honesty, transparency and generosity of my situation. I will NEVER go to any other tire place again. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE. I am so relieved that my vehicle is again safe. Thank you all so much!!!

Great service, reasonable priced. Mike was very helpful and got me in and out with four new tires under an hour on Sunday late afternoon. He also added an alignment check. They are open seven days a week and can accommodate last min calls.

Called and was able to make an easy, same-day appointment. Got a four wheel alignment done in an efficient manner, and for a great price! We only waited about half an hour. Steve the manager on duty was courteous and helpful despite being short-staffed. I definitely suggest calling first to make an appointment. Their walk-in traffic even on a Sunday was much busier than I expected. I can t recommend them enough.

I wasn t expecting to have to buy tires and everyone there was so nice. They were able to get me a really good deal because I am on a budget and they treated my dog fantastic. I couldn t ask for more.

Mike & Steve are absolutely the kindest caring salesman! I came in today needing 2 tire s because I have a donut on the rear passenger side and a bald, steel showing, flat tire on the other rear drivers side. My vehicle is AWD so technically your suppose to change all 4 but being a single parent with no emergency finances for situations like such.. They went out of their way to physically search the inventory out back for a set. Today I m leaving with 4 brand new 225/50/18s for the price of 2 tires due to the generosity of these men! I have nothing short of excellent service here and this is NOT my first time! I ve had an employee put my spare tire on free of charge, course I gave him a tip! I m constantly pulling in to have the guys check my air pressure or when I need some air etc.. I honestly wouldn t go anywhere else regarding tire services

I had ordered tires online from a third party seller. Tires were shipped fast and I booked my appointment online. Come to find out my appointment was overbooked and needed to reschedule, I called tire warehouse and spoke to them. They took my vehicle same day and said they will try to squeeze me in in a few days. Next day I got a call saying work was completed. Very happy with the professional and courteous service offered to me

There is a serious disconnect between the online appointment service and the individual store. I walked in with a confirmed 8:30 AM appointment online. To the surprise of the staff! Their customer service was incredible, and I was taken care if in a very reasonable time, thanks to some hard work on their part. I am very happy with the friendly and excellent service, but I was sorry that they had to be thrown off by the online snafu!!!
