My nephew scheduled an inspection for a specific time. When we arrived a few minutes early, we were told that the scheduled appointment could not be honored, and we would need to wait another 5 hours to receive service because the online booking system did not align with what the shop had the capacity to handle at the operational level. The person at the shop was nice in explaining this hiccup and did his best to accommodate, but we left because we couldn t wait five hours for service.

I came in due to some brake noise, and they were able to fit me in that day and did my brakes in a timely manner, for a reasonable price! Zach and Dave were very helpful, very knowledgeable and very nice , it was a great experience, thank you both! I will be coming here going forward.

My name is Matt Lewis. I've been a customer with tire choice for years even back when they were still Cheshire tire. I really like these people they are very kind and honest and never take advantage of you. I went there to get some winters put on and they were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work and thank you for being decent people.

Great purchasing advice. I was able to get a Pirelli promo discount. The shop offered a credit card giving me time to pay free of interest.The service was quick and friendly, they even washed my front window & vacuumed my front floor mats! I traveled 1.5 hrs to this shop and it was worth every minute of travel time!

Two gentlemen working at TireChoice saved me on Sunday (while almost no other place was open). I had a nail in my rapidly leaking tire. They said come right in. They patched my tire and stayed a half hour past closing to do it. Excellent customer service!

I was in the other day to have some lights replaced and during the courtesy inspection Tyler noticed some safety concerns that had been missed when I had my state inspection done at the dealership I bought my car from. Together Tyler worked with Joe, the shop manager, to get me the parts needed and my car fixed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price! Thank you!

My dad bought and installed new tires on his minivan at this place last month with their "Road Hazard Coverage", a few days ago we got a flat, and went back there for the fix, and the lady at the desk showed no interest in his request said, they don't have time to look at the tire and was told come again some other day!! We had to go to a nearby auto service center to get the tire fix as we needed it ASAP. Never going back & will not recommend this place to anyone again. My question to these guys is why bother selling products when you can't adhere to any after-sales services?

Their online system allowed me to book an appointment the morning of. Their online system does not correctly communicate with the store so I drove over an hour to be told to try again on Friday. It turns out it has do with Corporate deciding they need to use the online system but I would recommend calling to actually confirm and set up an appointment.

Came in for an inspection with a dead battery. Tyler, Zach and Joe were super helpful and helped me with the battery so the car could pass emissions. 10/10 service

Tire choice is unethical and will absolutely take advantage of you if they feel you are vulnerable, plain and simple I am a female no tools in my car therefore when I brought my Jeep in for inspection they failed it for a long expensive laundry list of repairs when I opted out of not having the repairs done there I received an attitude from the front desk employee. Later I brought my Jeep to a local mechanic who did a full inspection and could not find any of the issues reported. I guarantee that had my fianc�, male son or my father brought it in to them I would not be writing this review.

Went in for a leak check on a tire and a oil change and inspection. Inspection guy left, that's fine it was a family emergency. I left with a 1099$ bill after waiting 5 hours with no other guests in the waiting room with lies from both the shop and the credit card company they work it. The tire was found to have a damaged bead wall in which they said they had to sell me 4 new tires since they were low tread and needed to be safe.I couldn't afford it so I had to apply for the credit card so I could leave the shop with tires that day. Both the store, the pamphlet, and contacting the credit card company itself said I could finance the tires over 12 months with no interest, but when the sale came to a conclusion they said they only had a button for 6 months. I met all the requirements directly told from a rep for the card company and what was written in the pamphlet which said any purchase over 1k can do the special financing over 12 months. They said to call the credit card company. The card company said they can't do anything and it's on the store to fix it. The store had me call the card company again and after a month of speaking with the card company no one can do anything to make it 12 months.I have never been lied too before and I hope they pay attention to the products they are selling a little better. People's financings are nothing to play with.

The short version: great staff, great serviceThe long version: back home in California, I had a mechanic in the family so I didn t have to worry about finding a good one; I had access to reliable advice and personal reccomendations from someone who knew what he was talking about. I was anxious about taking my car somewhere new for the first time, after moving to NH, but it turns out there was no need to be anxious. Ben was friendly and helpful, my car is driving beautifully now, and the research I did on the parts they replaced for me indicates that they gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back.

I've had Cheshire Tire take care of our small fleet of personal vehicles for many years now. The staff has always been courteous and attentive and the service department has been great. There has never been a need for us to go searching the region for another tire company.

Awesome place to take care of your car needs and maintenance. Came in for a simple state inspection and they treated me like I was a guest in their own home. The teammates Ben and Patrick at the counter show true art in their customer service skills and the technician, Dan, was extremely thorough.Definitely bringing my car back for all it's service needs and recommending all my friends to come here

Highly recommend. I brought my car in on Tuesday with a battery needing replacement. I was serviced amazingly promptly- in and out within minutes without leaving my car. Everyone was terrific, professional, helpful and responsive- especially the manager John B.

Been coming here for over 3 years and they never disappoint in service or price. I can't believe more local folks don't know about this place and what it offers! I brought my husband here recently because his 80- yr old mother had a flat tire and he had inquired with a downtown establishment (nearby where she was stranded) about mounting a replacement (her spare was flat) and they were not interested in expediency. I took him here and they took the tire immediately, mounted it and we were out within a half hour! I've had so many great experiences here, from tires to all-around mechanical service, I'll keep coming back!

Joe Haywood was an amazing employee! I m not too much of a car guy but he helped me out getting amazing tires for a great price! I highly regard his honesty and helpfulness. I will definitely be coming back!!!

We were stuck in a rut- last day on vacation with a flat tire. Patrick went out of his way to call and search down a tire that doesn t usually come in stock and was able to order one for us same day so we could get back home. Awesome experience

This was amazing. My mom and I are from Long Island, NY. My moms car brakes stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and this place was the only place open. We drove a half hour to get to them and they stayed late to help. They not only drove us to the middle of town but picked us up when the car was done. Nicest and best experience we have ever had with a mechanic. Thanks again to Joe, Pat, Tyler and Jon for the amazing help this weekend!!!

I booked online, they confirmed, showed up and they told me to come back in two days!$112. for oil change and State inspection on Toyota 4Runner.....RIP OFF!!!!!!.....Never again!EDIT ONE MONTH LATER:Well, Tire Choice management got back to me and explained in detail all charges and I'm now satisfied with that explanation. They also sent me a discount coupon for my next service, so all is well.

I have been taking our family vehicles to Cheshire Tire for years. They are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Most recently we had an unexpected surprise when we awoke on a Sunday to find a flat tire on our minivan just as we were getting ready to leave for a family trip. Without batting an eye, they got us in, took care of the issue and we were on the road! Great job! Keep it up folks!Andy T

This post may be long- I haven't decided yet. The two men up front, Patrick and Ben, are SO very kind. They will NOT jerk you around and "scam" you. I'm from Massachusetts and am in Keene for college. This is the only place I will ever take my car to. These guys are honest, their mechanics are hard working and truly just know what they're doing. There's always talk about "We treat are people like family" blah blah blah. No. With this store- it's the truth. I can say that as a young female, I feel as though I'm getting treated right. I truly honestly believe that this is a place where parents can send their college kids knowing they won't get scammed. These guys are just honest hardworking people. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else- and neither should you. 10/10. Best mechanic I've ever been to.
