John is fantastic at customer service. He is always very open and honest with his recommendations. Sullivan Tire in Keene is also extremely accommodating with last minute requests. I greatly appreciate the lengths they will go to to ensure that you are driving away with your mind at ease.

If I could double my stars I would, Both the Johns, Shane and Carrie as well as the rest of their crew provide exceptional service! They're quick, honest, dependable and accurate. We've been through 5 different mechanics to no avail, and we decided to give Sullivan a try, bar none the best service we've ever had period. Please don't ever change, keep being the best in Keene NH!

I have never had an issue at Sullivan Tire to begin with but they went above and beyond for me this time! A warning light came on in my dash on Saturday at 11:30am so I called them, fingers crossed because I have a lot to do this week. They got me in, fixed my car, and got it back to me by 3:30pm. They are always there and working hard to help everyone and truly so friendly as well! Keeps me coming back!

Sullivan Tire has always served me well and I'm grateful to have a team I can trust. My check engine light came on a few days ago and when I called them, they got me right in and took care of my car. Thank you.

The only place I can truly say I trust handing my keys to, for tires or anything else. They even take pictures of your car to ensure an transparent repair process, I wish I could say more places were like this!

I used to go Sullivan but then I started getting stuff done at the dealership. I needed to save money so I called them up and it's alot cheaper than the dealership and they've all been very nice

I called this morning after seeing a low tire pressure message while driving displayed. The Keene staff was very cordial and assured me they would look at the vehicle when I arrived. They did identify a faulty sensor and replaced it. I refer all my friends and colleagues to Sullivan Tire!

You guys are GREAT! John just helped my daughter Caitlin, who had a critical issue with her car. She is a student and travels between Concord and Keene. John not only saw the car right away but told her that it shouldn t be driven until it was fixed. She left it there thinking that she would need to find alternate transportation in Keene tomorrow but John got it fixed a few hours later and she was able to pick it up. As her father in another state, I m so grateful for the tremendous service you have provided! You guys are GREAT!!!! Thank you!!!!

Great service couldn t be happier! I m a small business owner on a tight schedule that depends on my vehicle. I was in dire need of tires and they were able to fit me in and get my vehicle 4 new tires (affordable) and a great plan to take care of me down the road. I will now be getting my oil changes there as well. Thanks again!

I absolutely recommend Sullivan Tire to anyone who needs their car serviced. I am a college student not originally from this area, and can confidently say I trust the crew and have only had great experiences. John is trustworthy, reliable, and willing to explain whats wrong in simple terms. Whenever something has come up with my car over the years I have been able to rely on Sullivan Tire.

Very polite and honest. Great service and the Tech was friendly and careful with my car. The front office person was knowledgeable and when I go back for my winter tires, he has given me some great ideas to save money and some good advice on some of the best tires for snow and ice driving. Great Job Sullivan Tire!!!

This was my first time at Sullivan Tire in Keene. Highly recommend it. John was so understanding of the brake issue I came in with and was very honest in his approach and recommendations. Very professional, polite and fun to talk to. Jay was awesome as well. If you are looking for a place to go for your car troubles, your search has ended. This is it...reasonably priced and a guaranteed great experience. Thanks!

The staff took time and listened to the problem that I was having, found it and fixed it. A Subaru dealership and an independent garage didn't fix it. Sullivan Tire made my car enjoyable to drive again and I would refer anyone to them.

These guys always do a great job at a fair price and stand behind their work. I have been going to them for nearly 10 years. They're honest and suggest affordable solutions. No hesitation recommending them. The folks at the Keene service desk (John, Dervish and Carrie) are very helpful and informative - always looking to do right by the customer (me). The work is done properly and quickly. I have, and will continue to, recommend Sullivan Tire to family and friends. Thanks guys !!!

It was my first time at Keene Sullivan and it was a great experience. I worked with John at the front desk and he was EXTREMELY helpful and kind to work with. Explained all my options when my tire couldn t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Very up front and nice to work with which is a very very pleasant change from places I have gone in the past. They had a few customers that were being taken care of at once and I didn t feel rushed or like I couldn t ask questions. Would highly recommend and prices were very reasonable!

John and the team are amazing. After getting the car back last week after an extensive repair on an oil leak our radiator hose blew open. I was able to get the car over to Sullivan in Keene where they were able to fix it in less than a day. What most impressed me was they offered me and my family a ride home, and even stopped on the way to my wife's covid vaccine appointment so she wouldn't miss it. That's A+ customer service. Proud to do business with such great people.

The staff at Sullivan Tire always goes above and beyond. They take pride in their work and enjoy helping people. I will ONLY be going to Sullivan Tire for any of my cars needs. At other establishments I have experienced being spoken to like I m dumb just because I am not well versed on a cars anatomy. The people at Sullivan tire are always nice, respectful and explain everything thoroughly without sounding condescending. Efficient and affordable too!

The staff at Keene Sullivans is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! They're consistently clear with explaining what's recommended vs what needs to be done right away, and very reasonable with pricing.Most recently, they were great about getting my car in quickly for needed work on a couple of things. They let me know when a repair was taking a bit longer than initially estimated and why, and made sure I had transportation to make it to an important work meeting. My car is now running nice and quietly again, which I so appreciate. Thanks so much!

The amazing staff (I'm talking to you, John). the communication, the flexibility. the honesty with which they talk about your car... Cars are complicated. Sullie's makes it easier. I've been bringing my family cars here for several years and must say, Sullivan Tire is great! The prices are highly competitive, service is wonderful, and most importantly it's a team I trust. Recently I was quoted a sub-par service for a needed break job from a local dealership. A quick call to Sullivan tire and they were able to beat the price by almost $300 and the quality of the service I guarantee would have been superior to the pricier dealership cost. Always happy, never disappointed!

Always great service here. I've been to other places in the area and always have to worry about them messing up my car and tires in someway (talking to you Tire Warehouse who put a hole in our brand new tires and acted like it was there the whole time). Sullivan, however, has always been great.

I would recommend Sullivan Tire to anyone who needs an inspection or work on their vehicle. The employees that work there go above and beyond for their customers and their customer service is top notch. Everyone in the building was super friendly, easy going and provided me with excellent service which was performed in record time. Absolutely will be going back here the next time my vehicle needs to be serviced.

First of they are great to purchase tires from but anything serious wrong with your car dont bring it here. I had something serious and the dealership gave me a large quote to fix it. So, I decided to try Sullivan's in Keene because their price was cheaper. Big mistake...a few days after getting it fixed the problem came back. I called John he said we would have to rip your car all apart again and it might not be the same issue. I took it to the dealership to find out they installed the part incorrectly which burnt out an even more expensive part so this job caused me triple than what the dealership first quoted. Yes I will continue getting my tires here but that is it...
