Gold Standard Customer Service from George who appears to know Subaru s inside and out, as well as, the actual service team and the excellent repair work our Ascent received. The car drove perfectly, so smoothly, after we received it back! We received excellent, timely counsel for this service call from George which included rear brake replacement work, front brakes cleaned, a tire alignment, an oil change, our Ascent washed, AND most importantly to us, A LOANER CAR for the day! (We LOVE our Ascent but it is always fun to drive a brand new Subaru around for the day!)We were away from the area for a couple of years, and we are glad to be back with Subaru of Keene for their excellent customer service protocols, and work done perfectly! This is a well managed team that really cares about their customers. A new, fun thing is a large, picturesque puzzle to work on in waiting room if you are waiting for a shorter service to be done! Thank you, Everyone!

No call back. I couldn t get a simple answer to warranty availability on a car with 23500 miles. 3 other tri-state dealers were able to answer within minutes. If less than 1 star possible I would apply

Justin Tyler, Cathy, Penny and their crew at the Service Center are fantastic. They are professional and communicate details before during and after the work is done. They never recommend unnecessary work and are very forthcoming about if and when repairs are needed. I generally use private mechanics but since coming to this dealership will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Subaru of Keene to all Subaru owners!

All the information they gave me about my repairs to my2013 Subaru Legacy the photos of the parts weren't even Subaru Legacy parts. They go an a Honda. The part number they gave me wasn't even close. Makes me gald I brought my Subaru Legacy Premium Pkg else where. What's under your hood ????

Worst service ever would never recommend it to anyone. Told me I had a bad camshaft seal and there was oil all over my timing belt. Looked at the timing belt cover and was still covered in dust so I removed the cover myself and inspected the timing belt and there was not a single drop of oil anywhere to be seen. Wanted me to pay 700 dollars to fix it yeah no. Worst service ever keep trying to make me spent unnecessary money it doesn't need.
