Great body shop! I went here because it is an approved service provider for State Farm which was the insurance carrier for the car that hit mine. The whole experience was really good from start to finish. They communicated clearly and set expectations and let me know when things changed. They also accommodated my schedule which involved leaving the country for two weeks and this was very helpful. Enterprise is right down the street and has an agreement with them for drop off and pick up. This saved me having to figure out transportation to and from my rental for while my car was in the shop. Overall I would say they could not have done more to provide a great customer experience. Highly recommended.

Wow! I had a long wait but it was worth every second. You all did an incredible job on the front end of my Tundra and you washed the whole outside! Thank you so much It looks better than the day I purchased it. I will Highly recommend you to anyone.

Quality, fast and accommodating!I needed a side mirror replaced on my minivan, and with a busy schedule they fit me right in. Quick work but very happy with the result. They even painted the part to match my vehicle!

Highly recommend. Anthony is great to work with. Went in with a very large dimple in the right rear lower bumper on my mother s 2020 Impreza. 20 minutes later and it almost looked like new, only because the small paint crack was unavoidable. Wish I had taken before and after photos. And while they could have charged much more, they did it for a VERY reasonable price. It s ironic that I found this place after submitting an insurance claim that I didn t need because the cost was far less than the deductible. The Red Sox and Patriots memorabilia on the walls made for an entertaining wait. Thank you Anthony and Team.

Great customer service, they set everything up for me with the insurance company and rental car was there waiting for me when I dropped off. They did an AMAZING job on my front bumper... it looks even better than when I first bought my car brand new! I would recommend these guys to anyone. Professional, friendly and they make an extremely stressful situation (wrecked car ) super easy! I have had many comments about how great it looks, esp the paint. Thank you so much guys!

They are great people, but their work is not "quality" work. I was told that they changed out my emblems on my Chevy Silverado only to find that the painted over them. They tried to give my vehicle back multiple times unfinished. When they repaired and repainted the roof the seal to the third brake light was never replaced causing water damage to the headliner and seats. It seems that Anthony over promises and definitely underdelivers. I'm not attacking the business at all, but I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My Audi was unfortunately backed into and my quarter panel was hit. The damage was enough to require a new quarter panel which is no easy job. The amount of work needed to do that job had me worried but when I talked to Anthony he made me feel welcome and confident in the repair. I dropped the car off and when I received it back it was better than before. You would never know the quarter panel was ever replaced. I HIGHLY recommend Anthony and his crew. They do amazing work.

Best and most affordable autobody shop in the area! Needed my hood painted and they beat everybody's quote by at least four hundred dollars. Very honest and trustworthy. You can just sense it as soon as you start talking with them. Car looks better then ever! They even washed the whole car inside and out. Couldn't recommend Anthony and his crew enough. Five stars all the way!

I recently just picked up my car from these guys. I have a 2010 Acura TSX 6spd that I only had for 2 weeks before I got into accident , and I'm really happy with the work they did, along with the beautiful paint job!!. The commutation during the time my car arrived, to the time I picked it up was GREAT!!! If something doesn't fit correctly, it's not leaving this shop until it is. Once again, thank you to this shop and the crew!Kp

Unless you make a reservation don t bother holding your breath on an estimate, it took me 3 weeks of them brushing me off and finally confronted them for them to explain that their booked, non of my information was in the system from other workers, and the estimate that was given to me at the shop increased within 2hrs of waiting.

Very poor response. You need to keep calling them. ETA is nothing for them. If they tell you ET,A, don t trust. My car hit the light poll and went off down two feet. Breaks did not work. Even after telling them everything they never did any inspection on breaks. Driver side airbag did not open and they sent the car to Accura dealer, they fixed some wire near to dashboard and kind of ripped dashboard leather. Even after sending pictures no response. Very frustrating. They kep my car for 9 weeks around, very slow speed. They ll speak politely but other things are not up to the mark. Stay away.

My truck got the front end a bit crunched. Quality Care restored it back to look better than when I bought it used. I was more than pleased with the results.

Worst experience. They gave me a time when it would be done but it took them months after that to finish and then some was painted wrong colors. Once again they never got around to fixing it like they said. To top it off the last time I went there the owner was acting like a child slamming doors Throwing things. Totally unprofessional worst experience .

Fixed the shoddy work from Key Collision. The work from Key looked like amateur hour from Joe's back yard. Quality repaired what Key couldn't do the first or second time. They did it right and they were a 100% professional.The finish looked factory when they were done.

Last min oil change and they were able to fit me in, unlike the big places booking out 3 weeks. Also have inspections available!

Junk work didn t blend the paint well and didn t prep the body well , 3 mo this after they did body work the paint was peeling off , that tells me they probably didn t sand enough for the paint to stick , I had a section over a foot long were the paint peeled ,,,,unprofessional
