Brought my truck here after it was rear ended, the repairs they made to the truck were completely sub par. The truck was given back to them, and they attempted to right the wrong; But they still failed to even paint it properly.The truck was covered in sanding marks, and the truck was sent back due to the abundance of sanding marks. When getting the truck back, it still had sanding marks in the paint. They claimed that the factory paint would have it if I looked closely enough .. it didn tElectrical on the truck initially was not connected, they later fixed this, after I pointed out it was wrong.The bed was pretty aggressively damaged by sheer incompetence by their sublet shop, they refused to stand behind the other shops work, and refused to fix the damage caused by this other shop. The bed floor of the truck is now partially crushed, and went from minor scratches in the paint (due to typical truck use) to being covered in burns from torches and molten metal.They completely failed to install all the fasteners, and after the truck went back to them to get this corrected; they still failed to get all the fasteners in place and I had to point out the same missing fasteners to themTruck was covered in overspray, (still have some on the windows and on other panels) they attempted to get rid of some; but still failed to get it all.Customer service was pretty great, all employees (except the manager, as she was quite condescending) were a delight to deal with.Overall I cannot recommend enough for people to go elsewhere. Being a car guy, I was able to spot a lot of what normal people will miss. I feel deeply sorry for anyone who comes here for body work; I greatly regret that my vehicle was brought hereServices: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Excellent work repairing my vehicle. Couldn t tell where the damage was. Car was cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommend. They assisted with getting and returning rental car too

We had brought our truck in after a tree had fell on it and it s been a nightmare since. From not cleaning up after themselves, to major repairs, every single thing they touch is broken and thrown together. Judy the manager refuses to take any responsibility and became very hostile when pushed to fix her errors. After bringing the truck back three times for repairs, my passenger door is now broken. The clip is broken and zip tied together. I m sure Judy will say it wasn t them (again). Do not bring your vehicles there EVER. Absolutely do not recommendService: Body & Trim

I had an insurance claim. What was done was 90% well done however, they have limited suppliers and I was without my vehicle for 2 months. Be aware that they don't move quickly and as long as you have another vehicle they seem to do good work and be responsive. But if you're working with limited resources re a rental car or single parent family etc, you probably want to look around for a different shop that will be more supportive.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job! Trunk looks awesome, opens and shuts fluidly, paint looks great. Vacuumed and wiped down the car too.They kept me informed and had it finished on time!

I was referred here through my insurance. It was clear my insurance didn t quite communicate the nature of my problem with them and it created some confusion. Staff at Key were able to problem solve on the spot, went through some hoops to track down the insurance person directly and work with them and helped make this process easy. The building itself is super clean and presents more like an upscale dealership than a collision repair shop. Would gladly come here again, though I hope I don t have to just because accidents suck.Service: Body & Trim

After calling 3 other shops for a collision repair, I thought every shop was scheduling out 2-3 months. Key Collision was able to get me in the next week. Excellent service! Completely transparent. The estimate with photos showing what the estimator saw was a step I have never expected nor experienced. The estimate was clearly itemized and easy to understand.Keeping me informed and completing the job on time enabled me to continue working my hectic schedule.The work was excellent, and could never tell there was an issue!Excellent team and while I hope I would never have to use them again If I needed someone, they would be my go to place.Service: Body & Trim

I've dealt with Key Collision of Keene personally. The personal here are very friendly, understanding, and had plenty of patience considering the circumstances. They have shown that they'll go out of their way to get the information that you're asking about. Appreciated their business for the 2nd time. I will definitely keep bringing my business there and recommend it to anyone! You can't ask for better.

Key Collision performed body work on the damage to my car. They kept me in touch through texts consistently letting me know that the due date was approaching, and that in fact, the due date fell a day early. The personnel up front were superb and the service guy that brought my car out was informative and bend-over-backward accommodating.As good as it gets!Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately sometimes accidents happen. I brought my car in about 18 months ago when it was side swiped in a parking lot. They did a great job. Everyone is professional and courteous and the work is high quality. This morning my truck was hit by a deer and I didn't think twice about where I wanted to take it for repairs. Communication is great and service was done in a fair amount of time. I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My mom once told me if I ain t got nothing nice to say then don t say nothing at all. With that being said I can t honestly say anything. I would not take my car anywhere else for body work. Key Collision was professional and communicated every step of the way. The manager, Judy Wadleigh, is one of those people with a PhD in Common Sense. You can tell she runs this business like a finely-tuned engine and your car will come out looking restored. (She's one of those managers that if you ran a business, you would be tempted to poach her for your own. You can tell she has the skills and and personality to successfully run a Cat Circus if she wanted to. )In addition, I got into my car and it was so clean !! My car looked and drove great. I have had body work done in different shops and the work/service was substandard compared to what I received here. Even though there are closer body shops in my area, after this experience, I am now spoiled in my expectations, and I won't go anywhere else.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Went in for a Progressive repair after a deer said hello to my bumper. Car was completed a day ahead of time and the work and communication were great.Ran into an issue where my radio wouldn't turn on after I got the car back. I called them up after some quick troubleshooting and the only question they had was how quick I could bring the car back. They fixed the issue (loose wire) ASAP and were a pleasure to work with.Hopefully I never need their services again, but if I do, I'd be very comfortable bringing my car back to them.

Very pleased with my car. After getting into my accident key did everything possible to make sure my car got fixed the right way. Even though it was in the shop for a month I was sent text messages letting me know what my cars progress was and what they have done to it and when i could pick it up. It was great to get those to know the progress or status of my car. Every detail was right on spot. The paint job came out great from making sure the front and side matched the doors. but mostly have to give credit to the person putting my car back together nicely. Very great job realigning making sure everything that went back into my car was correct to paying close attention when putting the hood and whole front end back together. Too makiing sure my car got the correct parts that it needed. You really did amazing job. I am very pleased and so happy that i have my car back home. Thank you again to everyone who worked on my car to making it look like it was never in an accident.

Excellent job done with my SUV. Couldn't even tell it got into an accident. They work perfectly with your insurance and will call you an Enterprise car. You can also drop off your Enterprise car at the shop which is very convenient. They will provide you a text message link with updates on the status of your car which I found useful. Best part they also meet their deadlines they promised. Overall, I highly suggest this place.

The whole entire staff was extremely nice and very very helpful, my Toyota 4Runner and a deer had a up close and personal meeting on Interstate 91, which left my vehicle with a significant amount of damage. They made my experience completely hassle-free and pretty much took about 20 minutes of my time with drop off and pick up, and had my vehicle done for me within a week. The work they performed looks incredible, and you would never even know that any repairs have been done to my SUV. I will be using them for all of my future work if ever needed.

Brought my car here after an accident because Geico was handling the claim and they have a partnership with them. It was so easy, from getting my rental, the car being fixed, which looks great and was done in a timely manner. They keep you updated on the progress of your car, they were friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in for a repair to a small dent in the back hatch. The car was delivered exactly when promised. The paint job looks great. They detailed my car inside and out at no extra charge. The car looks better than when I got it new 3 years ago. Price was exactly as their estimate stated. This company was AWESOME! I had some minor damage to my car from a motor vehicle accident. They did a phenomenal job repairing it (the repaired part of my car looks brand new, just wish the rest of my car looked that good) and they treated my vehicle to some extra special TLC with a little cleaning. If you have any body work that needs to be done, this is the place to call. Quality service, amazing customer service and very timely repairs! A+ guys, you rock!

Very easy, clean, friendly, atmosphere. Very happy and pleased with the work performed on my vehicle that was damaged by the tree branch from our freak april snow storm. Great communications. I just picked my Rogue up and not only did they repair the damage from a hit and run, they washed my vehicle AND completely detailed the inside. Say what? Yup that's right they vacuumed out my whole vehicle and cleaned the whole interior. I couldn't believe it. It is the nicest it has looked since I first bought my car. Nice folks to deal with and it was ready a day early.
