I had an excellent experience with my car repair! They were extremely accommodating and even assisted with the rental car process. The repair was even done sooner than expected, they vacuumed my vehicle, and washed the exterior! I can t recommend them enough. Thank you!!

After hitting a deer I recently had auto body and mechanical work done here at J&L and I couldn t be happier with the work performed. Great communication and updates from them along the way. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time and the car looks great. Fingers crossed that I won t need any more body work any time soon, but if I do I ll to bring my vehicle back to them.

HOOKED up jumper box to my battery on July 3 my birthday. And made battery ground to the fender and damaged my acdelco battery. 18 hours have done by and my mechanic is closed and can't call to have it towed. I was not rude to the drive when have hooked up the battery jumper backwards he said it was a long day and he was extremely exhausted from long day.This was at 7 50 last night. So I am left high and dry.

I had a minor car front end collision with my hatchback. I brought it to J&L and they did a beautiful job. They ordered the parts and had everything complete according to schedule (even during a major snow storm and the Thanksgiving holiday they still got it done on time). It was the most hassle free auto body service I have ever dealt with! The staff was friendly and courteous with attention to detail. They worked closely with my insurance and Enterprise car rental. It was a very smooth process. I appreciated that they cleaned my car and vacuumed the rugs too!I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone based off of my experience!

I had such a great experience working with J & L. Their body shop was recommended by State Farm for an insurance claim. From the very beginning they were on top of communication and explained every step to me. When I went to drop off my car and pick up the rental, the general manager met me at enterprise. I had my two young children with me and he was so patient while we waited even helped me switch the car seats when I got the rental and helped entertain my two-year-old. When I picked up my finished car they had cleaned it inside and out which meant so much to me! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for such a great job!

Tried to take advantage of my fiancee because she is a woman. They were claiming false issues with the car another mechanic had actually fixed during our inspection and their reports of the issues were neither descriptive nor consistent. They dont ID who did any of the work and no mechanic came out to explain the issues. They were highly unprofessional and tried to scam us for money. I would not recommend this place and would explore all others to go to other reputable garages for inspections and work done.

In the past my friend has had great repairs service on her Pathfinder. Yesterday I got super service for brakes that were needed and an oil change that was on my mind and an air filter I knew should be changed soon. Also a tire rotation and State inspection, all for much less than a quote I received from my local Subaru dealership for brakes only. And the service department called me each time they found something else that should be tended to sooner than later. Thank you, Shania Corliss for great customer service, and Thank you to the young man who waited on me when it was time to pay and pick up my car. I left Leons with a smile

They would constantly call whenever they were done with a step to keep me in the loop and stayed late today on Christmas Eve to get me my car. This is the most satisfied I've been with any kind of auto shop. And if you have USAA for insurance then they make everything so easy, just pay the deductible.

Just spoke with Gwen Martin who says she is the Vice President. She was rude and hostile towards me after I questioned why my repair kept getting pushed. Apparently it takes weeks to weld a quarter panel on. I m extremely disappointed with the customer service and suggest that anyone seeking to find an autobody shop in the Keene area avoid J&L AutobodyService: Body & Trim

During an out of town vacation, We had an issue with our van that needed urgent assistance. J&L was able to assess so our entire vacation wasn t ruined and we could be on our way without worrying about our vehicle breaking down. professional, prompt service!

I called for a second opinion on an insurance estimate/quote from a competing autobody shop and Wow! Scott was SO helpful. I have never been in an accident before and I had so many questions about my Ford Fusion. I reached out because I wanted to be sure the time my car spent in the shop was realistic to the project and that the pricing was fair. Thank you so much Scott for all your help and time! I will be sure to refer others to J&L autobody!

Very professional! Was at Leon's and J&L. For a state inspection. Was supposed to leave my truck, but my ride didn't work out so I had to wait.They got me in and out in good time

I can not believe what their customer service is toward us with our service. It baffled us. Consider that we have had multiple returns to get things correctly done the first time...not just happened to one vehicle unfortunately. Even our adjuster had many concerns and worried on their services. Well we currently have one vehicle going to concord to get corrected. Not impressed

Personally i don't know why you would go anywhere else? The labor right is prime for today's market! Shania will do anything she can within her power to help you. She is informative and constantly keeps you updated on what is going on with your Vehicle. Leon's is Easily the best shop in Keene.

They want there employees there hack the work to get more production done so they get a bigger bonus at end month and definitely treat there veteran employees like their nothing.
