This was the very first car purchase I have ever done on my own. I have to say that Michael was very, very helpful in guiding me thru the process. He carefully and thoroughly explained the features of our new 2024 Venue Limited, and answered all of my questions, even tho I know I asked a few of them more than once! Spiro in Finance was also very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and also made the experience quick and easy. At no time did I ever feel pressured during these processes. That made this buying experience quick, painless and pleasurable, which is how a car buying experience should be. Thanks Hyundai of Keene!

This was my first ever car purchase on my own aside from a private sale. So it was a big thing for me. I am very happy with my 2019 Hyundai Elantra SE. This was my first time at Keene Hyundai and my 7th vehicle purchase (clearly not my first rodeo!) and this by far was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had the pleasure of working with Alex in sales and Zach in financing today for a trade in and purchase. Both Alex and Zach were very knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. I got a great deal for my trade and walked away with a significant upgrade.. I cannot thank them enough for making this the best buying experience possible. Absolutely nothing but honest, straight forward communication for a seamless process! Michael was a wonderful Salesperson as was the Sales Manager. I conducted all my business through email until it came to actually picking up the car. It was by far the best deal in New England and the easiest when it came to the process. I can't recommend the dealership or its team enough. Big props to the entire crew at Keene who made this process so easy.

Alex was amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable in the car that he sold us. He showed us all the details and how systems worked in the car. He was very honest and very upbeat. Everything you would want and someone trying to sell you a car. He was there for any questions that we had and He showed us how to work everything after we had purchased the car. He could not ask for a better person to deal with at this car dealership.

I went to Hyundai of Keene looking at a Santa Cruz. Came home with the 2024 Santa Cruz SEL Activity model. I worked with Zack Smith. He was amazing to work with. He listens to what your needs are and really cares about his customers. He understands that you need to stay at a certain payment and that people have budgets that they need to work with. Any questions that we had Zack was able to answer them. It was nice working with someone that isn't there to just sell a vehicle. He really makes sure that it is something that you like and something that you want. I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Keene.

I had a great experience at Hyundai of Keene. I knew as soon as I saw the 2024 Venue, that car was for me. I wanted to downsize from a large CRV. I kept saying how perfect it was.Alex Petit was very attentive through the whole process, explaining everything. Alex was the best salesman I have ever encountered! He was respectful, and had a great sense if humor.I love the Venue, I can't stop smiling while I'm driving!

I completely dread buying cars, so much so that I usually drive a vehicle until it is dead. Well, my 10 year old car got killed by another vehicle a couple of weeks ago, and with the price of used cars (and a generous insurance settlement) I decided to go shopping for a new one.I did my research and the overwhelming favorite seemed to be the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, so, we submitted an inquiry via the main Hyundai site. We received initial responses from 3 dealers, 2 of which failed miserably (slow, and didn't give an accurate 'out the door' price initially). The third was Hyundai of Keene who got back to me immediatley with an accurate, fair price.I couldn't have been more happy with the pre-sales process, how quickly the found the color we were looking for, and how pleasant Alex was to deal with via email and phone.The actual buying process on the day of delivery was painless and dare I say enjoyable? Alex and the rest of his team made all the annoying paperwork and the actual delivery of the vehicle a truly fantastic experience. And we absolutely LOVE the Tucson!Thanks Hyundai of Keene, we'll definitely be back!

We worked with Zack Smith who was wonderful. No pressure sales, he found what we were looking for while we were on vacation and had it ready for us when we got home. We went down, took the car for a drive to see if we liked it and bought it. It was a great experience.

I had initially posted a negative review regarding an issue that began in March of this year with my 2021 Tuscon. I purchased my vehicle new from this dealer in late 21 or early 22. In March of this year (2023) I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a dead battery issue. Everything tested fine to my surprise other than my original battery just below its 100% charge capacity. I ended up buy a new battery as I didn t think with it being a new vehicle I had for about a year there would anything more serious.Fast forward to the week of thanksgiving this year and I began having similar issues with a battery only 9 months old or so. Only this time the issue got worse and it wouldn t start with a fully charged battery or being jumped. I called Hyundai of keene and asked about a date I could get it in and informed it wouldn t be until sometime next year. As any reasonable person would be, I wasn t thrilled with having a newer vehicle with a newer battery and experiencing similar issues I was 9 months prior but now with a vehicle that didn t start at all to then be told it would be months to get it even looked at let alone fixed.I spoke with Robert and Eric in the service department days later in an attempt to get it sooner by speaking with someone else than who I first spoke with. I m thankful to say that these 2 guys were incredibly helpful and didn t brush it off as not their problem. Turns out a computer module had been draining my batteries and the recent cold weather helped it along. They also found a loose screw on the starter that had melted a wire.They fully fixed the issue and happily changed my initial perspective towards this dealer from a negative into a positive. Thank you Eric and Robert!

I am delighted with the exceptional service I received from Alex Petit at Hyundai of Keene. He listened to what I wanted, helped me understand the financing options I had to make this purchase affordable, and was very accommodating. I am so happy with the new Hyundai Kona I picked up yesterday. My hope is that this will be my last car and I am confident that it will serve me well.

I recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai AWD Limited Kona from Hyundai of Keene. It was such a smooth process from start to finish. I was a bit nervous if I would get approved for a car loan since my credit isn't the greatest. Their finance department was able to work with different banks to find me the loan that would fit my budget. Ryan was a sweet salesmen and never put any pressure on me from the moment I went to test drive the vehicle to the day I went to pick it up. I was very happy with my experience and would suggest going to Hyundai of Keene to make your next car purchase.

Alex was wonderful to deal with in purchasing our new Tucson. He is a professional, pleasant person, not pushy. He explains everything very well including answering all my questions. He also took the time, in the rain, to make sure we understood how everything worked in the car. I even called him from a rest area to figure out how to use something and he helped me.Spiro was very good in finance. He knew his stuff, had everything ready for us. He could answer all our questions and took his time.We have also had good luck with the service dept. with our last two sonatas. They have drinks, popcorn and other snacks while you wait. You can take their shuttle to a store or restaurant they will bring you and pick you up. And free oil changes on our new car! Who doesn't love that.

I just purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson SE, I traded in my 2020 KIA Sportage . This was my 4th KIA, I had been looking to replace my KIA with a new Sportage, but after visiting Hyundai of Keene and driving the Tucson I was hooked. The Tucson is a fun vehicle to drive, I like all of the options, fit and finish and mostly the way I was treated, NO PRESSURE. I feel I made the write decision and am looking forward to the next 100,000 miles plus with my new Tucson . If you are in the market for a new vehicle come on over to Hyundai of Keene and talk with Michael Labrecque you will be glad you did.
