I called on 6/21/23 & spoke w/Josh who was amazingly helpful! Upon arrival I met Charlie, whom went outside to check my car. Charlie took the time to write out exactly what I needed to know. Meagan was the friendly & knowledgeable cashier. I met the A+ super team at auto zone & I will definitely be back.

Went there once for a windshield viper. I asked the guy why Alaska is cold all the time and he proceeded to take his pants off and then he danced around yelling something about Ted Dansen trying to steal his lawn gnomes. I was rather flabbergasted so I then proceeded to take my pants off but I never finished because it was after three in the afternoon and I needed to slap some jam on my hood so that KFC wouldn't go out of business. This pleased the gods of Olympia Sports so I was able to buy some socks for my uncle. Great place good prices friendly staff.. good sermons

I used to think a lot of AutoZone and there products but recently i had an altercation with an extremely rude cashier of theirs it started over the phone when i called about parts i thought i had purchased through them. I was told they couldn't find the parts by the number i gave them that i would have to travel the 30 miles to their store and they could give me the right parts but when i arrived there i was told they could not get the parts until the following Tuesday. In which case i was a bit agitated because my truck was torn apart in a friends garage. To make a long story short i lost my cool because this whole time i was getting an attitude from the cashier and then from somebody that came from out back and i got tired of it. in any case i was thrown out of the store for something they started and being told i was no longer welcome to buy parts there and i was disrespectful which by the way respect goes both ways not just for the customers. In the end i by accident found that these parts came from another store and they replaced them no problem no arguments attitudes or anything . Had the employee not had an attitude and scanned the part we may not of even had a problem because we would have known it came from another store i bought parts from two different stores at the same time and got them mixed up anyways i will no longer shop at any of your stores not just the one in Keene because this is not the first time I've run across rude employees from the Keene store . I thank the owner of the store in Keene for sending me a message about going to their website to work this out but as i said this is not the first time i have had trouble with the Keene store with rude employee's and one manager in particular so i really have no desire to spend my money at a place where it pays the salaries of the very people that give us poor attitudes we don't owe it to them spend our money with them. But thankyou for responding

We have a new to us older vehicle that has been pretty tricky to get parts for to say the least. No one thus far at any local parts store in Keene has been able or willing to help us out. Xavier spent as much time that was needed to help us find and purchase what we needed. He was beyond thorough and made sure we were getting what we needed. It was refreshing to see someone excel at their job and take pride in excellent customer service. He went above and beyond we are extremely grateful for the help..

This place has always taken great care of me when I need parts for my perpetually broken truck (gmc). They even helped me exchange some parts when I had an issue. I thought I was going to be out of luck (because it was my fault) but they understood the situation and took care of me, which is why I'll always come here. They've always had what I need in stock, so I can get in and out and back on the road.

Had to get a new battery today, and Xavier was pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond! He was extremely honest about pricing and did not hesitate to help! Definitely recommend asking for him if stopping by here.

Had an issue with the windshield wipers on our rental. I called AutoZone to see if they had the ones we needed. Josh was super friendly and extremely helpful on the phone, and later when we went by. He and his colleague gave us good advice and Josh helped me put them on. THANK YOU for some amazing service!

Borderline offended by my experience here. Went in with a friend who needed a new part, without saying anything the employee takes the old one we brought in, walks away, returns and hands the part back, gets on the computer and starts typing, after a few minutes of silence we ask if they have it, he simply says "no we don't" and those were the first and only words out of his mouth during the whole exchange. Advanced across the street talked us through what the part does, went to check but was out of stock, talked us through the other options we could try and sent us on our way with a smile on our faces. To the shorter middle aged man that wears sunglasses inside and works at AutoZone, I didn't expect much but you somehow still disappointed.

The staff is always very helpful and kind. They even saved me $20 by recommending a clearance item that they were changing the packaging on. Came with a warranty so why not. I can usually find what I need, even for my 22 year old car they have a surprisingly good stock in store. Prices are decent to below average.

John and Cassie just made my life a million times easier. I was out of my depth looking for a rear wiper and they found it and offered to replace it for me and teach me how while they did it! In the rain!! Amazing service!

Management is now in better hands at the store on Putney Road in Brattleboro Vt.For a while there was time s when I got home with the wrong parts and it was because nobody knew what they were doing,I have been there recently for break parts for my truck and everything was correct and I was happy with the way I was treated.

Husband broke wiper while plowing during the storm today and the guys work won t went above and beyond to help. They tried a few options to find out they didn t have what we needed. Just when we were pulling out of spot the staff ran out with a piece that did the trick.In a time we re we are getting less then desired customer service. This guys rocked it! Kudos to them especially for coming in to work during a storm. Thank you!

Went into Autozone to see about getting my battery tested because that is what their website says they can do, and before I could get the words out of my mouth the person who I can only assume was the store manager just shook his head and said I don t have the staff mind you I was the only one that was in the store with two staff members just standing around . I sat in the parking lot for at least ten minutes and still no other customers went in . This was in my opinion one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere . I will never buy anything from the Keene Autozone store again .. my boys all have very expensive vehicles and are always looking for parts and upgrades for them and they will not be shopping there anymore as well..

Not mine, my daughters. I live in Alaska, and my daughter in New Hampshire. She had some battery problems this morning, and went to autozone to get a new battery. The manager couldn t be bothered to help her figure out which battery she needed, help her install it, or even offer to test the battery she had to see if it was good! I can t believe that a manager is this poor at customer service. My daughter was crying when she left the store after being sold a $180 dollar battery and a refusal to help install. I am very disappointed in the nonexistent service she received, and after reading some of the other reviews, I can only hope that this manager will either have some training or be reminded that customers are the bread and butter of retail business.

Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn t perform a free battery check like they advertise. The guy at the counter lied about not having the correct battery replacement in-stock. When I checked their stock online it was clear they had them. After getting up to actually check.. he found the battery. Lazy, rude, unhelpful. Go to Advanced Auto across the street.

Got kicked out of the store today for not wearing a mask. I don't care about your opinions or feelings. there is no law, nor should there be, requiring me to do such things. (Ordinance is not a law) You have lost a loyal customer and now your competitor across the street has my business. Which they got by the way and did not kick me out. It's good to know that they have integrity and respect my choice to go about my life in the manner I see fit. I will never shop at your business again.

Had a sudden situation that required a new wiper on my way home from VT. Called the Chevy dealer in Keene they were closed called autozone and was assured they could help install the new wiper.Arrived, wiper purchased and installed by friendly, tall man with a customer service name tag (missed his name). Asked him to show me how to do it in case I ever had this situation again. He was super helpful. Great service! I was on my way in 10 minutes. I would have sat at the dealer for hours likely. Thanks again!

Today at 2:50pm I returned an item that I found on the AutoZone website. My wife picked it up for me. When I saw it the part was not anything like the photo on line. When I returned it the "manager" waited on me . He promptly did the return.I then asked him to look at the website to see if the mistake was the item # or the picture on the website was in accurate. His response was "you can look it up on your own phone sometime". it is not like they were busy, I was the only one at the counter.I did respond on how helpful this particular AutoZone was.If you want a great AutoZone, Claremont Nh is worth the trip

Visited recently to grab some brake caliper grease and mentioned to the employee and wanted to confirm that they rented out specialty tools and was greeted with a annoyed answer and bad attitude over a simple question very bad customer service.

I had an unfortunate experience there when they put a battery in my car without full contact. After going through hell for weeks, I was able to return their battery, but I had over $500. in tow / new parts / & mechanic labor costs! So even though their staff is great, ill never return. I can't trust them ever again.

Let s first start off by saying, If I could give zero stars I would.Every Time I ve been in there I ve always been nice and respectful. The same does not go for them . If you like being talked to like you are a piece of trash that just walked through the door , then this is the place for you ! After returning the head light I had purchased Bc of their I hate you and everyone that walks through auto zones doors Attitude s because god forbid I ask if they have a headlight in stock I kindly said You might get more business and like your job more if you treat people better and talk to people better. . ..Ps ..If you don t like your job that much . Save your mental health and find a new one .

Just left there.Someone was stocking the shelves so all I saw was their back, and I asked if they work there, the response was a unpleasant "no I just come in and stock the shelves" .. so I had to explain to him that sometimes there are subcontractors who stock shelves that aren't store employees... Then he said can I help you. I asked if I could get my codes read on my car and he handed me the code reader and said this is where it is going to go, bring it back in and I'll print it out. The guy was a wiseass...ive been going there forever and...I just left and didnt bother with the codes: he was bad customer serviceEvery other time in the past, they went out to my car and read my codes, By the way, it was 7:00 a.m. in the morning and I was the only person in the whole store.to the store owner, as it seems he pays more attention to this site than the customer service at the store: Im not going on your wild goose chase website search... your store's customer service is down the drain judging by the latest reviews...pay attention THERE not HEREIt seems the new management sucks.I'll be calling even though I think it's a waste of a time to complainok this is a update...i just went back into this place.it had always been a fave... then that experience, described above, happened....so i ran onto the computer because calling does zilch......actually calling generally adds to frustrations...ill call that expreience a bump in the road... because its always been goodUPDATE..Staff changes, so it's improved

Stopped in to order a part I found on your website because they would not order it unless I came in and paid for it.(I was told the part was available when I called and gave them the part#) Could not pay for it online. I was greeted buy an employee that had a bad attitude and he said he couldn't get the part I needed. He showed me the wrong part, when I told him it was the wrong part he made it clear he wasn't happy. I have spent a lot of money at AutoZone but no more!!!!! I am a master tech and work on a lot of cars, So I ordered it on Amazon and paid less for the same part. This all took place 11/20/21 9am. Also it was clear he wasn"t trained at all or trained well.

I went in to get a gas cap for my Kia.I was told they had to order it and it would be in the next day. It also said that on the slip because I had to pay for it. When I called 2days later they said it would take 5 days to get here. I went to a different store and got the part. When I went to get my money back they said; we can not give you your money back till the part comes in. Isn't that something, they can take your money without the part, but can't give it back without the part

I called to confirm a starter was in stock. I spoke to a gentleman and asked him to go put his hands on it and put it aside for me so that I can be sure it's there when I arrive. He confirmed they have the starter and he took my name.Upon arrival I spoke to the same gentleman and he comes back empty-handed and says they don't have it and he doesn't know why it's still in the system. I reminded him of our conversation where at he put his hands on it and put it aside for me. He never did that. He said he got busy. Busy when? Busy when he was pretending to walk over and put his hands on it but didn't do that? Busy when he said he put my name on it but lied about that also?I asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the manager was a young lady who heard the entire conversation as she was at the counter next to me. Well this is the best part of all. She runs to the back room and never comes back.I wasn't even remotely upset. I wanted her to understand why AutoZone just lost a business customer.I don't expect perfection from anybody. But I do expect honesty. AutoZone, I am truly disappointed in both the personnel and management this Saturday morning...

Went to get some trans oil, as when I was done paying I told the employee have a good one and he straight ignored me. Come to find out wrong oil for my truck so I m angry I send my gf in to return it and supposedly he can t return it without two people. I guess you need two people to hand me back some money I just handed you guys I had the receipt.

I couldn't prove a zero or negative star review, the manager has absolutely no customer service skills and an incredibly bad attitude when confronted about it. The employees seem to know little to nothing other than typing on a computer and not listening to what the vehicle or part is that you need

I just want to say Josh is amazing. He helped put my new wiper blades on my car. It was freezing out and not the best conditions. He was working Monday night around 6:30 pm. I hope he gets noticed he is what will help your business grow!!!
