We had a miscommunication at first time.But then Jake was very helpful and took care of my car. I`m still testing drive but is notable the difference on my car. Torque is amazing now!!!Thank You Zaks Auto!!2013 Vw CC VR6

Drove an hour to Zaks as they have a Beam V3400 alignment machine, touch less wheel clamping, and It is recessed with no ramps. My Mk7.5 GTI is on Air Lift Performance suspension and heavily modified. Not that I cannot air up past stock height but It s the only place which can properly align my vehicle to customer specifications. After speaking with Jake via email it was clear from the beginning they know their stuff when it comes to modified golf s. It felt natural and alleviated my anxiety. I mean, if I had access to their machine I could do it myself but I don t.The tech Kyle, worked on my vehicle and he was A+. Took me out to the rack and discussed the alignment goals with me. Very nice young chap.Now I need to get a subframe lock kit but regardless the experience was A++. I will definitely be back for the things I cannot do myself or don t have the right equipment for.The facilities is nice. Clean, modern shop, and customer waiting area. Free snacks and drinks. Very comfortable and accommodating.I do see some negative reviews on here. Of course, those are subjective and particular, so do not let that steer you clear. Most are positive and not all cars are the same. Even same brand/model.In conclusion I am impressed with my overall experience and have now found a place that s mod friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to some of their car meets this summer.(This type of alignment is almost double cost than a traditional stock vehicle alignment but that s the price you pay for a modified vehicle. I m not complaining at all with the cost and that s what I would have expected it to cost.)Post alignment update; Kyle did a gr8 job with the alignment, first try. Steering wheel is perfectly straight and alignment print out sheet is very acceptable. This is now my go to shop for modified car alignments. I ll be requesting him going forward.BC

Great place! It's been my go-to anytime I need new tires and wheels mounted and balanced as well as alignments. I would feel confident in any work they do here.

I service both my family cars here, Mercedes even the Acura. Team here really cares about the quality of work and it shows. 100% satisfied and really removed the anxiety of the dealership. Recently did 2 sets of tires, all the routine maintenance, and a ceramic coat/detailing and both cars are driving and looking great! Thanks Zak s Auto

I've taken my car to Zak's several times for typical things like inspections. I've always had a great experience. The team treats me like a friend and takes the time to explain exactly what's going on. Also, they're reasonably priced. I just had the car detailed for the first time, and wow. It was like a totally different car. Very happy. Loyal customer.

I have brought my cars to Zaks for the last 4 Years. I have always received the best advice and service. Last visit I had an issue with my brakes, Zaks stood behind there work and spent a lot of extra labor hours to repair to my expectations. I absolutely recommend Zaks Auto for anyone who wants the best service possible for their car. For reference I chose to go Zak s Auto even though it was an 1 hour and 40 minutes away just to ensure I was getting quality work.I got my Mk7 VW GLI tuned and had a turbo/Intercooler installed. From my first initial call, to pick up the staff was amazing. Rico is the MAN, he got me all set up for the install and even made some recommendations to enhance my performance build. Jake, was amazing at keeping me in the loop. A+ communication.Their shop is clean and modern, you can tell everyone there is passionate about what they do. Pricing was fair for the job, I didn t choose to go to this place because it was cheap but because I knew it was the best service I could get for my car. Ryan, the automotive tech is a magician. He somehow managed to fix my bumper that was all messed up from hitting a raccoon. I was reluctant to have to spend thousands of dollars on a new number, and Ryan exercised his immaculate skills on my car and literally made my number look new again.To everyone at Zaks Auto, thank you for taking car of my car and making my dream build come true. I had an issue with the electrical on an older Audi A5. RIco and Jake were amazing from the point of call, to follow up, to competition. They followed up with what was going on, what the costs were, and gave me a great deal of information. Also, I asked them to look at the convertible top for repair, and they recommended me to someone else who was better at that repair.And, for the amount of work they had to do, the price was very good. They now have me as a customer for life (or the life of the car). I should note, I found them because of rave reviews on a Nashua Facebook Page where someone asked for an honest and reliable foreign car repair shop, and Zaks came up, time and time again, by happy customers.Service: Auto water leak repair

My husband and I both service our cars here. Every time we go, the guys are so genuine and informative. I was in and out in a timely manner. They always show they want the best for their customers, and I always feel confident with their work. I won t go anywhere else!

Great shop, responsive to all your needs. I had snow tires installed and the all-seasons removed to hAve installed next spring. The service was performed very well, efficiently and quickly. No problems have been encountered since this service was performed. I highly recommend Zacks Auto!

I called when the shop was closed and got a return call shortly after they opened. My 328d needed new brakes. Rico and Jake were excellent fit my car in the next day. They evaluated the need were very professional and pleasant with the quote and timing. They got the job done quickly and returned my car very clean in short order. Great bunch of folks, and super easy to work with. A real bunch of "car guys". Excellent service at a fair price. Had them do a paint correction detail to get rid of a lot of hazing and swirl marks and the car came back spotless and with the paint as smooth as glass. Also had them swap tires out for some cold weather tires. All work was completed in a timely manner and to my full satisfaction. Thank you to the owner and amazing staff that took care of me by answering basic questions and setting me up a month in advance.**service that was done ** Expel / PPF Full wash/buff came with the work, did not expect a full detail *****Great service overall 10/10 - my review was alot longer but my page refreshed If you are planning on waiting here, the wait room is like a mini house - Big TV, nice kicthen/drink area - big counter space for you and your work needs ...laptop/books etc. Couches are super comfy as well (nap time?)Thanks again everyone! It seems that guess work was the methodology used there. After spending approximately $1800, no resolution for a definitive fix for the problem was found, only a guestimation as to what two remaining parts it could be. I can not afford anymore guess work in reguards to the repair of the vehicle, so I had it towed back home. Thats not to mention the continuous drain on the battery that was never mention to me, which eventually totally drained the new battery i had you guys install. I definitely will not be returning or suggesting your business to anyone. Dave Lahey

They will set an appointment for you first thing in the morning, not tell you they did it as early as possible, then when you come in at 9 instead of 8 they ll tell you they can t do anything and to reschedule. Terrible communication. Did not ONCE ask me what time I wanted to come in. I said in the morning and they scheduled me for OPENING with no communication. Then want to blame ME for their own actions. Terrible customer service.Okay so how about the part where I stated I was never asked what time I wanted to come in at? And it was just automatically set to opening? When i said I d come in Monday morning that doesn t mean at opening.I understand I didn t come in for 8. Because I was not told to come in for 8 when I made the appointment in person.

Easily took my money to come and look at 2 PIPES I NEED V-BAND FLANGES CHANGED for my Car... And its a verry rare car with top of the line parts.... and as I was showing the measurements (the didn't even have any measuring tools) they wrote down 2 and then just stared at my turbo like Bamby blinded by lights , And paid them "For the estimate" which I got a basic response *lied * unfamiliar with V-BAND's ? And blocked me when I simply asked for an estimate and recipet sent to my email... I feel as if I was judged , And was Completely unprofessional.... I've worked on vehicles and many jobs where Customer service is Key... But none of that was present.. I didn't get any information back as to why just cut off a flange and weld on one I provided... Simple... but im a positive disabled man and respectful to people.. Not sure what the reason was.. anyway that's just my experience..verry unfortunate...

First off, the people that work here are exceptionally kind. The lounge is very comfortable and stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. The Wifi is fast and I'm able to get work done while I wait for my car to be worked on.
