Absolutely the WORST!Went in not once, but twice, and both times I had an appointment, and my car wasn't touched for at least a minimum of two hours. Not only does appointments don't seem to even matter, the only service that was completed was an oil change (I think.. not confident that even actually happened) when I went in for a state inspection.My second visit was to get my car completed with the "repairs" needed to pass the state inspection, but the "wrong part" was ordered. Again this was 4 hours of sitting around. Car still not fixed.I was told I would get a call on Monday when the part comes in, it's now Wednesday. No call.. no update.. not even a courtesy call with any update with so called part order.Absolutely the worst customer service experience, unless you love your time wasted and love lack of communication.

I was very satisfied with my experience here. I bought 4 tires and they gave me a free alignment inspection. I really expected for them to come back telling me I needed one but they came back telling me my vehicle alignment was perfect! Such great news. They didn't try to sell me anything which I didn't need. I was there for about 2 hours. The customer's coming in and out were mostly on a first name basis. Very nice place to buy tires! And more!

Went there 2 days ago, 5-6 people were in front of me, guy said I was going to wait 1 to 1-1/2 hours. I said I d come back in a few days. I come this morning 16 minutes after they re open(figuring since I get there right after opening, I wouldn t wait), ask for an oil change, the guy proceeds to tell me there s 1 guy in front of you, you re looking at another 1 to 1-1/2 hour wait. Like what? I ask why and he said because only 1 person is on. How does that even make sense, how does it take 1 guy over an hour to complete an oil change? I ve been in there before and was in and out in 20 minutes max. As a resident of Hudson, and customer of 14 years. Completely disappointed. I m done with you people. It s almost like you don t want the business because you re too lazy. You basically wanted me to leave at that point.

Absolutely AMAZING staff at this location! Thank you John for all of your help on my car. And a huge shout out for fixing my headlight that was a very nice surprise I got when I finally realized lol. This team ROCKS!!!

Our Lincoln MKX got a flat tire on the long Holiday weekend on Saturday September 2, 2023. We had our car towed and Sullivan Tire in Hudson NH, the close at 5:00 p.m. The tow truck arrived at 4:55. The tech stayed and put one tire on and ordered three more for Tuesday September 5, 2023. I own Road Scholars Transportation LLC and would not trust anyone else with my tires for all 15 vehicles!!! Thank you Sullivan Tire!!

This Sullivan location is my trusted go to place for car maintainence.They never try to oversell not needed services, yet at the same time, they recommend what is needed.My Dad always told me to take care of my car, and it will take care of you. I have 160,000 miles on my 2012 Kia and it runs very well.With the elevated price of cars these day, not to mention the very elevated interest rates on car loans, I intend to keep going to Sullivan and to keep my car running well.F Hood

If you're shopping online, don't expect your appointment to be what you confirmed or the price to be what you're originally quoted. A scheduled install of 4 tires first gets bumped from a Sunday to a Tuesday, and then gets bumped to Friday after booking an appointment for tires that aren't in stock (but still available on the website). Then, it's an extra fee to order these out of stock tires, and they want to pass those charges on to me. What's the point of utilizing a company called Sullivan TIRE when you have to pay extra to get TIRES sent to the shop? I would not recommend wasting your time with these guys, plenty of tire shops out there and online that are actually competent at delivering their products in a timely and orderly fashion.

Found a screw in my tire after work - Sullivan brought me in at the end of the day, no questions asked, and were able to help me out and back on the road quickly. I really appreciate the team at Sullivan for helping me in a pinch. Thank you!

Thank you for the amazing service! I really needed a battery, mine just would not hold a charge and they took me upon arrival. Less than one hour, I had a diagnosis and a new battery and was on my way. Good service and a fair price! Much appreciated.

Great service and excellent results! They mounted the new 37x13.5x20!tires on my truck and it rides flawless. Not an easy task to balance these big tires. Sullivan s in Hudson never fails!

I usually go to the Derry store or Manchester but, they were booked until next week.My car was over due for an oil change so I called your Hudson store as I am going on a long trip tomorrow and wanted to have only Sullivan work on my car.Luckily, Hudson store said, it s a walk in first come first serve basis. I took my chances and drove there .The staff couldn t have been any more helpful and friendly. I was in/ out 45 min and another comment the store was very clean and you felt comfortable and welcoming there just as all Sullivan Tires are.Thank you,Daniel Woods

We purchased a used car for our son, and brought it to Sullivan Tire, they completed all the services we asked and spent the time to explain additional services it needed. They are very professional & customer oriented. Tom, Ron, and Jazz always greeted us with a smile and we re very polite and understanding through the whole process. We will remain life long customers. I know we can trust this location with all of our auto needs.

I figured I'd give him one last shot. The last two times was very unhappy with the service. I make an appointment for 9:00 for a tire check and a state inspection. Almost an hour goes by my car is still not in. So why schedule an appointment. Their motto they should change cuz they don't treat their customers like family. My car got in before somebody else's and I heard them talking that car also had a state inspection. I would not recommend them to anybody.

The service at the Hudson Sullivan Tire is so good. Always very helpful and kind. Every person from the technicians to the front desk staff nice.I've been bringing my cars to them since I moved to Hudson and I don't plan to change unless they do!

Excellent, HONEST customer service. I'm so glad I started bringing my car here for tire services and will most likely start bringing it in for other maintenance related things as well. I never feel pressured or like I'm being taken advantage of and I have certainly experienced that at other organizations in the past. Reasonable prices and I really appreciate that they look for ways to save you, the customer, a little money where possible. That AlONE speaks volumes about how they treat their customers.

Sullivan tire is the best auto shop I've been too.Been with them for so many years, they treat me like family.Customer service is authentic and amazing.. the staff there are all awesome!!!Keep up the good work.I tell others about the company every chance I get.

I ve been using this company and location for many years. They given me nothing but great service. This last time I dealt with mark, a tire salesman. Mark was very professional and honest. I appreciate that more than anything as you Don t get this type of service anymore these days. Thanks mark and thank you for the new tires!

HonestThey never try to sell me something I do not need. In fact, they have consistently shown just how Customer Oriented they are. I often ask if I should buy new ... or add a service. They have always answered, At this time, you do not need this or that and explained why. I know that when they do need to add an unexpected or somewhat expected service that will not have any doubts about saying yes.Great service and flexible

Very nice staff, made special arrangements to drive me home when the repair could not be completed due to a special part only available from a dealer. They now have all my car care business.Update March 17th 2020I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive at Sullivan Tire. All 4 of my vehicles are serviced here, I am also very appreciative of the value I receive when having work performed on my cars. They charge very reasonable prices and I fully trust them to do the work that needs to be done. If they tell me something needs to be replaced or adjusted, I know it needs to be done. Completely. Lost. My. Service.Originally, I came here to purchase unique winter tires ($1,000+) the tires were fine. Service was ehh speed. (Back in December) Now that it s nice weather out, (May) I came back to swap my tires back to all seasons. Oh my god. I had an appointment, and still took way over 2 hours. Their mechanics work on SEVERAL cars at once. This causing the LONG wait. They are not organized at all. They care more for getting people in rather than getting them out in a timely manner. Once I got my car back, they had patch a tire ($30) that s very costly btw. The car started to shake. Meaning, they did NOT balance the tires correctly. When I told them this, they mentioned how the service could not be done immediately. They needed 3+ hours. They couldn t squeeze me in. Even though it was a simple balance job. It s unbelievable. Regardless of Covid times and being understaffed they shouldn t take customers in if they aren t staffed properly. I even tried to reason with them, and said if you could pay for my Uber home. I will leave it. They refused. why should I have to pay for an Uber when the problem didn t exist until you touch my car. I have officially moved on to Firestone. Service is way faster, quality is better. Don t trust Sullivan tire. Unless you don t value your time / car.Problems: understaffed, quality of service, slow, and unprofessional.

Went here to get my tires changed for the winter and the people at the front desk were nice. Service was great, my car was ready 30 min faster than anticipated. I asked if they could fix something extra if they had the time and parts and they did it.

Gone down hill. Counter help rude,all knowing attitude and you should hear what they say among themselves when they don't think anyone can hear . Been a customer but never to return.

The shop I usually have work done was booked for the day I needed the service. Glenda was able to set up an appointment to another location (Hudson,NH). Same pleasure doing business there as well. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now. I have always been pleased with the service. Thank you!Ben P.

I went to Sullivan Tire for oil change and tire rotation. Rotation free as I bought tires there. Great service done timely manner.

I would highly recommend the Sullivan Tire in Hudson, NH. They are always nice and always professional. Been taking my vehicle here for years, I never take it anywhere else unless it's something that is not on their radar.

I called at 3:30pm and asked if they had time mount and balance 4 tires on my truck. They said sure come on down and we'll take care of you. I dropped my truck off at 4pm and by 5pm I was getting a call that my truck was ready. Awesome service!!! Same day turnaround. The team in Hudson rocks!

Definitely try to take advantage of a 19-year-old kid That doesn't know much about automobiles. He went there for 4 tires.Gave him a list of problems the car which would cost more than the car is worth. Then I bought it to my own and was charged 100.00 to fix the repairs. Total RIP OFFS.

I called they took me in a timely fashion. Did a good job but this was my second visit for tire problems. But they did a good job this time and are very cooperative and friendly as usual. I have used them often.
