We own a 2006 Maserati QP Sport .with 30k miles. On vacation in New Hampshire, we had a very unusual transmission issue with the car slipping into neutral on the fly. We didn t want to trailer the car back to Boston so we looked local and found Silver Arrow. Josh is passionate and drew from his experiences with Ferarri to diagnose a rare issue and find a solution. The shop is new and everyone we dealt with was responsive and professional. The location is only an hour north of Boston so we highly recommend giving them a look for exotic and classic cars!

Been going to Josh for years, well before he opened his own shop(Silver Arrow). He's very honest, competent and much lower priced than dealers. They, Jeff joined the team in 2017, service all kinds of cars but they specialize in European. They stand behind their work and will correct any issues. I've recommended Silver Arrow to friends, colleagues, and family. If your car is out of warranty or you're displeased with the service you're getting elsewhere give Silver Arrow a try, you will not be disappointed.

STOP AND READ This shop is AMAZING. Couldn't think of a better place I would trust! I had my Oil Change on my 2020 TOYOTA SUPRA done in no time with their selection of quality oils. The friendly costumers service experience was superb. Will definitely be taking all of my cars to get service with them!No matter the car or issue it's definitely in the best hands at Silver Arrow Service.

I am very impressed with the people of the shop. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A great place to safely and correctly have your car serviced. They treat all cars the same, from the most expensive exotic, to the daily driver. These guys are pros. I dropped off a Scion iA to get checked out and they were very thorough with their inspections and priced very competitively for a normal car issue.While waiting, I got to here extensive conversations around what they did to address issues in both a Range Rover and Bentley to the guys picking them for the lot.Both had separate issues, and in both instances, the front desk demonstrated deep knowledge on both types of vehicles, typical problems, and the right procedures to problem solve those issues.If you need some basic or technical work done on your vehicle, definitely give these techs a call because they have you covered. Doesn't matter if it's an economy car or a luxury car. Thanks guys!

10000/10 experience at Silver Arrow. Very pleasant staff, explained everything that was going on with the car to me in terms that were easy to understand. Even asked me what my long term plan is for the car & offered some great advice/help for my goals which I thought was really nice. The work is always done right and they are very upfront about how busy they are the timeframe to expect! I've been in a pinch a few times and they have helped me beyond measure and continue to do so! Great team. Took the time to explain our options on what needed to be fixed and repaired. Was able to do everything in a timely manner also give us an opportunity to continue our necessary activities with a loaner car.

Spoke with Rick the manager, agreed on 1 hour repair, to clean and "free up"a sticking brake part. 24 hours later, told only one brake was working, one brake was "frozen", ball joints were leaking, repairs would cost $1900 plus for complete brake job front and rear, NOT including replacing "leaking" ball joints. Removed wifes car asap and brought car to genuine 5 star auto repair shop. Were told all the brakes were working, ball joint, " boots" were full of grease and not leaking, and I would need rear break pads and drums in 6 months, but front breaks were like new.

Whenever I ve ever needed work on a vehicle, trust is incredibly important to me as it s an area I don t know a lot about. The folks at Silver Arrow are honest, professional, friendly and REALLY good at what they do. I trust them with their word and am very impressed with their work. We needed a side mirror replaced on our daughter s car and Silver Arrow searched the country for a high quality used mirror that was a perfect match...saved hundreds of dollars for me! Excellent service. Quick turnaround time. Very professional. I have a Chrysler Crossfire which causes most mechanics to shake their heads because they have no idea what it is. These guys knew that it is really a Mercedes under a Chrysler body. They recommend some routine service that I should do over time, but never made it sound like it was urgently needed so they could make quick money. I have had some of the work done already and will have them do the rest over time. Pat and Todd made my first visit at Silver Arrow an amazing one! Trusted and knowledgeable Audi mechanics are hard to find. Top notch all the way through. Upon speaking with them on the phone and then walking into the place, I could immediately see why they have a perfect 5 stars on google. A+ service, super knowledgeable techs, and great prices. Dealerships should stop here and take note of how Service is done. I've brought all of my vehicles to Josh and the crew at Silver Arrow for everything from routine service to more complicated work.You can tell the owner cares about his customers, his staff, and his reputation because he's knowledgeable and honest. If he gives you a price, he holds to it and he lets you know quickly if anything comes up. He's spent a lot of time under my vehicles and always talks to me like I rolled in with the most valuable car he's going to see.If you're looking for good work, reasonable time frames, and an honest place - Silver Arrow is your shop. All my cars and anyone who asks gets sent there.

Josh and his crew were simply outstanding from start to finish! If I could give them 6 stars I would!! My Audi broke down with a suspected broken timing belt (per the tow truck drivers) which obviously could result in severe internal engine damage. The first place we towed the car to would not explore an engine fix (potential bent valves, piston damage, etc...) and told us to simply get another car. I called Josh upon a strong recommendation from my long-term mechanic and Josh immediately put me at ease with his willingness and confidence to explore the damage and even provided a worse case quote if a full engine replacement would be needed. Still a much better option than if I had to simply replace the car without attempting a repair. Josh dug into the engine damage, looking at every possibility to repair the existing engine. Although Josh did inform me that the damage extent would require an engine replacement, his professional guidance and obvious, sincere desire to help us with our situation, and his confidence in being able to perform the full repair at an extremely fair price, allowed me and my wife to make a clear, informed and confident decision to have Josh perform the full engine replacement. He assured us that he first evaluated the existing condition of the car to make sure the engine replacement cost would be worth it, again allowing us to be confident in our decision. The expertise and professionalism and the sincere care we experienced from Josh and his crew was exceptional. I would recommend Josh without hesitation!Service: Engine repair

If you're hood rich and bringing in your lambo here, you won't mind spending dealership prices, but if you're an average consumer looking for your state inspection, don't bother. They use the inspection as an opportunity to report a list of items. I had no problem replacing the bulb (good catch), but to say I need 4 other items on a car that just received a vehicle safety inspection 2 months ago in Massachusetts seems a little extra. To butter me up, he offered to not put a rejection on my car and to give me a "free" sticker if I came back after getting the ~$3,000 in repairs he suggested. These guys are TOP NOTCH. Josh, the owner, has assembled an outstanding team that exhibits professionalism, friendliness, and high value every step of the way. It's not easy finding a good Land Rover mechanic (some even refuse to work on Rovers!). And I live an hour away from Silver Arrow, but it's worth it.
