Let me first say that Matt and his crew are great. I was looking to have a tow setup added to my Class A to tow a Jeep. Gave Redmond Fleet a call after finding them on the internet, not knowing if that s something they could do. After speaking with Matt, he said no problem. Dropped both RV and Jeep off to him and within 2 days had everything installed. When we went to pick it up, Matt was running into a couple of error codes with the Jeep and trying to clear them and a vacuum issue with the brake controller. He said leave the Jeep and will figure it out on Monday as it was well after hours for them. While driving home with the RV Matt called me and found the issue and fixed it. Now here s the part that you very rarely hear these days and is way beyond the call of duty. Matt says, I don t want you to have to drive over on Monday to grab the Jeep, I ll drive over to your house. I told it s not a big deal and he insisted. So, on a Friday night, after hours he and Kurt driove from Hudson to Milford to drop our Jeep off. What business does something like that, Redmond Fleet Services. The install of the towing system was very clean and professional done. I ll be bring my RV there for all my service from now on. If you are looking for someone to service your RV, Redmond Fleet is it, professional and caring

True professionals! From the guys on the floor to working directly with Matt the experience is always a pleasure. Have used Redmond many times and they never fail to address whatever the issue may be competently, quickly, and treat your vehicle as if it was their own.

Matt Redmond and his team are amazing. We use them on a regular basis to inspect and service all of our motorized RV's. Matt and is team are professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend reaching out if you are in need o service!!!

I was referred to Redmond Fleet by Campers Inn RV for a failed state inspection for worn rear drivers side brake pads on my Coachman Leprechaun C class RV. Matt told me to bring it by and he d work me into his tight schedule. A few hours after dropping it off, Matt called telling me my front brake pads were close to needing replaced and asked if I wanted those done as well, which I agreed to. After the work was done, Matt emailed me a bill for $1,018.24! This outrageous amount covered only brake pads for 3 tires plus 3 hours labor. No rotors were included which would be expected at that price. For some reason, the rear passenger side brake pads were not changed even though I requested it to be done. My biggest mistake was not getting a quote from Matt prior to the work being done. I assumed the work would be done at a fair price. I called Matt after he emailed the bill to me expressing my shock at the amount due. I asked Matt if he could come down on the price in any way to include a possible Disabled Veterans discount and his reply to me was he doesn t work that way and I should have asked for a quote . As far as Matt was concerned $1,018.24 is a fair price for an incomplete brake job. I feel Matt should have given me a quote when he took the time to call me back recommending that the front brake pads be replaced as well, which according to Campers Inn RV, didn t need to be done. When I showed Campers Inn RV the $1,018.24 bill, they agreed it was outrageous for an incomplete brake pad job and they apologized for referring me to them. They also mentioned that when they inspected the front brake pads, they passed inspection and didn t need replaced. I feel Matt took advantage of the situation of me not requesting a quote. A fair and honest business owner would make the customer aware of the cost regardless of being asked or not.Service: Brakes

Matt and his boys are truly amazing. They fixed so many problems with my f250 diesel in an impossible time frame and kept it reasonable..I would use Redmond fleet for all my diesel repairs as should you .. thank you matt..

Redmond Fleet did an absolutely amazing job on my truck! I went to them with a pretty large task- an entire frame swap on a truck. They were ready to take it on without any hesitation, and delivered nothing short of excellence! Matt and his crew were thorough about the entire job, making sure that any other problems / issues found along the way (warn out parts, etc.) were addressed and properly corrected. Matt was also good about keeping me up to date on what was going on throughout the job. Overall very satisfied with the end result! These guys know their stuff and aren t afraid of a challenge. Highly recommend the great crew at Redmond Fleet!! 12/10

I had my F350 6.4 diesel repaired here for blown head gaskets and I am completely satisfied! Matt is an honest and professional business man and is extremely knowledgeable about diesel engines! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redmond Fleet to anyone looking to have work performed on any vehicle! The work was done in a timely manner and he even updated me as the work progressed. I am very glad to finally find a diesel mechanic that I can trust to do the work on my truck. Thanks Matt for the exceptional service!
