I went here for the first time today for a state inspection and had a fantastic experience. The guy at the front desk is very friendly and customer oriented, the waiting room is nice with the fireplace and guitars on the wall. The checkered floors and the leather couches are a nice touch as well. I was treated very well. They just gained a repeat customer. Thank you!

Our vehicle ended up in this shop last night after an emergency stop on 495 South in Harvard, MA from a seized caliper on the right front tire on the way to NY. Tow company left it there after Midnight and Eric was on the phone 1st thing upon opening. There aren't enough superlatives to describe how thankful we are for this business. Friendly, honest, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, did I mention honest?? He would definitely become our "go to" repair shop if he weren't 90 minutes away. I tried to lure him to Rochester, NH but was unsuccessful :-( Thank you so much for the quick, efficient, manner in which you had our vehicle ready.Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

This place was great. Today was my first time going to them, I was referred by a friend, and they did great. They were very pleasant & professional & their shop was very clean. I would definitely recommend going here. Thanks again!**UpdateI have continued to go to Pro-vision for all and any of my car repair work, && so does my finance now as well. They do great work, at a decent && fair price. They have done a ton to help me get my car that has over 270k miles on it fixed && up to par in order to it inspected!! Also with my most recent repair work, after looking over my car and finding the final reason why I was throwing a certain check engine code, Eric called me && explained that my cat needed replacing, and where he would get it would cost a certain amount, which was quiet pricey, so he gave me the part number && gave me the option to go online && find && order my part myself so I could save some money. He gave me an estimate on how much it would cost for them to replace the cat if I bought the price, && when I went to pick up my car && pay the price he originally gave was right on, && had even done some extra stuff that he didn't charge extra for. Sometimes it can take a few days to a week to get my car in there, but that's just because they are always so busy, because they are sooo good! Thank you again guys for an awesome job done!!

We would drive an hour out of our way just to use this shop. We found out about them after they helped our late grandmother and never charged her. They are beyond helpful, thorough and extremely reliable.They explain everything and never nickel and dime you. I wish shops like this and mechanics like Eric were available to everyone. Went to another shop for an inspection which I failed. Took my car to Pro Vision and not only did he say that he could pass it as is, but explained to me recommended services rather than trying to charge for more work than was needed. Also had my 2nd vehicle inspected from him. Quick and easy, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very informative and has good communication with his customers. Would definitely go to again for any auto repair needs.Service: Brakes

I get enormously anxious trying out a new auto service. My last automechanic had been trusted by my whole family for decades till he closed his business. In my moves to other regions or states, I have been conned with used parts when charged for new ones, way over-charged beyond a quote even though there was no additional labor or parts, had irrelevant parts meddled with to break down soon after, or just plain carelessness in a repair that fell apart and caused greater damage. I finally followed through on a referral to Provision Auto despite the distance I have to travel. It is well worth the drive. I've been a couple of times now and plan to continue going out of my way to bring my car to them because of their high standards in customer service, knowledge, and skills; and simply good character. It's evident to me that they take pride in their work; something I find hard to come by in this century.

Pro-vision auto is definitely a place you'd want to bring your car to! Especially if you're a girl like me and knows absolutely nothing about cars. Eric was so pleasant to work with. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I've never heard of this place until I Googled automotive shops near me since I was having an issue with my brakes. I was told by Advanced Auto to spray something on my brakes which didn't do anything. Thankfully, when I arrived Eric was so welcoming and professional. Eric took a look at my car and showed me what my brakes looked like. Other places would've make you feel like you were being ripped off but Eric gave me the reassurance that I was in good hands. Now I will never bring my car anywhere else! So thank you guys for being awesome!

We re on vacation 10 hours from home. Our starter died. I had the car towed to ProBision since it s my brother s mechanic. Eric got our car taken care of quickly so we could enjoy the rest of vacation and be able to head home.

As a weekend mechanic, I handle most of the maintenance on my Jeep and Silverado myself. But when something is out of my comfort zone, or I need a diagnosis for a more complex issue, Pro Vision is my go-to shop. Fair prices and solid work. Eric and his co-worker (I didn't catch his name...) are very friendly and will always give it to you straight. I will be a customer for as long as I continue living in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a 2010 Chrysler 300C AWD. Had Eric take a look at it and he told me straightforward what it needed and what the cost estimate. Prices were fair for the labor required but when it came time to pay, he mentioned he could chip off some of the price because it didnt take as long as he thought. Very reliable and down to earth shop. It may be small but they have heart and care about the little things. (also installed aftermarket bushings to fix my -2 degree camber). Highly Recommended.

I have Gone To Pro-Vision Since they opened, and have known Jay since before he even had his own shop. He has worked on everything from normal repairs to custom work for me, and has ALWAYS stood by his repairs/quality. He has bailed me out of more situations than I can count. He has exceeded every expectation of a top notch repair shop, and I drive or have my vehicles towed over 45 minutes just to have him service them. As long as he remains in business I will NEVER go to another repair facility. There is and never will be no better or more fair automotive repair facility than Pro-Vision.

I have had all 3 of my cars serviced here since our move north. What started as a place my father in law recommended has become a place where i feel comfortable and confident in the repairs and the cost. I imagine somewhere there might be someone cheaper, but i firmly believe you get what you pay for and more importantly so do Jay and Bruce. 2 of my cars have over 200k miles on them and i'm hoping to get another 200k....

When ever I have an issue with my vehicle that I'm unsure of I always go to see Jay at Provision! They are the only mechanics I TRUST. I can admit that sometimes I go to other places to get oil changes due to convenience and time restrictions but since they have implemented a new service I will ONLY be going to Provision. The new service is $49.99 for an oil change and much much more! If you live in the southern New Hampshire area do yourself a favor and check them out at least once. As a long time customer I can say you will not be disappointed.

I'm leary of shops that try to sell you things you don't need but I don't have this worry with the team at Pro-Vision.I do most of my own work so I know my way around autos very well. The recommendations that they give for service/repair are always right on. They also spot problems I can't always catch which I really appreciate.They've been my shop for 3+ years. I would recommend Pro-Vision to anyone.
