For over 10 years Rick has been building the transmissions we install at my rod and custom shop. Not only does he build them for our customers car but also our for the cars we race. There's never been anything but professional service and high quality products supplied to me. I recommend him whenever someone ask for a quality transmission builder. Always helpful. Highly recommended.

Brought my five speed transmission to these guys and had them diagnose the problem and recommend what to replace. I accepted all the recommendations and replaced what they told me to, I spent about $1500 and left with a 6 month 6000 mile warranty. Well not many miles later the tranny was having issues so I brought it back and a gear that they didn't put in broke so they would not warranty the transmission and wanted another thousand dollars which I did not have. So I went in to go pick up my transmission and they had the audacity to charge me $45 just for taking 8 bolts off the top cover and looking inside which I could've done myself but didn't because I didn't want to void their warranty for a dumb reason. I would not recommend to anyone to go here if you expect their work to be warrantied.

I personally know several of Prince Transmissions customers and have never heard them to not stand behind the quality of work. One of the businesses I know to back their work and then some. You get what you pay for, if you want the cheap way out then it's on you the customer. Great company!

Great service, friendly people. These guys replaced my transmission on my 2001 Honda Odyssey about two years ago. The car runs great now, no problems at all. The service is quick and super friendly.

I would not recomend anyone to go to this place. Brought in my car and got charged $105 for merely sticking their scanner in there, a service that provided for free at Autozone.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission
