I have known Joe & his family n crew for years and have never been let down or disappointed. Not only are they extremely skilled, honest and knowledgeable, they are friendly, family oriented and flexible. Whenever anyone asks me where I go and why,my response is and always will be if they can build cars from the ground up that win races they can fix anything on my car successfully! And they have for over 15 years! Thank you Joe, Jr, Patty and crew!

I recently visited Pole's Automotive in Hudson for the 2nd time with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Father an son are a dream team. Honest and very helpful. This will be my local garage for years to come.

Honest, fair and reasonable prices. We wouldn't go anywhere else for the care of our families vehicles. An awesome family establishment that you can trust. I never thought I would ever think this way about a car repair business, but I finally found the the BEST place. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!! I had a great experience at Poles Automotive. They are kind, and they provide efficient services, with affordable prices! My car battery died and my car would not start and after contacting them about this issue I was able to get my car towed there and they changed my car battery and had my car ready to be picked up by the next day!Services: Auto battery replacement, BatteryServices: Auto battery replacement, Battery

Everyone there is very kind and pleasant, and they provide a fabulous and honest service. I had my daughters Jeep towed there after her light came on. After looking at it, they determined it was probably dirt or something that got in somewhere it shouldn't have been and saved her a ton of money but not changing anything out, where other mechanics would have just changed parts for the sake of getting the sale. Poles is my new mechanic and I'd highly recommend them!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

From the moment I walked through his door and stepped foot into his decorated facility, I knew I would never go to another mechanic again. I could write a novel about this guy but to sum it up, he is the "Tom Brady of Automotive." The trophies, certificates and awards say it all but beyond how professional, precise & on point with every step he takes and every breath he makes, Joe is an awesome guy, funny and has a personality that delivers. I've been to many mechanics throughout my life and I can assure you that you won't find one better. This is my last stop Everyone in town comes here including the police, firefighters, the schools, everybody. Joe is honest and will never do you wrong. Look no further for an automotive expert.

Pole's is my go to place for all oil changes, car repairs, and inspections. Pole's has excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and reasonable wait times. I don't ever feel like they are taking advantage of me trying to sell me services I don't need. Now that I go to Pole's, I no longer dread getting work done on my car. I recently bought a car that I thought was good deal off of private sale. After only having it for 1 month the check engine light came on and I brought it in to poles. Turns out it had a bad turbo. Poles took care of the issue and replaced the part for me they were super helpful in making sure I understand everything that was going on with my car. When it came time to pay their prices were super good and better than if I would have gotten the work done at the dealership. Overall I really recommend pokes if you re looking for a place that has great customer service and pricing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

So many great experiences with this place! When my usual mechanic became too expensive and undependable, I brought my car in for an exhaust leak. Not only was he fantastic with calling me with updates, but he gave me such an honest quote for the work needed. More recently, I brought my car in for an engine light check and was wowed again by the realistic quote and problem diagnosis. We have 4 vehicles, American and foreign. Joe and his team take excellent care of then. I have found them to be helpful, honest, and not out to rip you off. If you want quality work.... go to Pole's.

I was working in town and had a ball joint fail on me. I limped the vehicle to Pole's Automotive. Joe looked at it immediately. The vehicle was repaired and I was out the door in about 2 hours. Very nice people. I called at 7AM to cancel my 8AM appointment. They were able to get me in at 11AM for my truck inspection. They were very busy with a vehicle in every stall and still had me out of there in under 30 minutes. And the place is well kept and very clean. If I ever need work done on any of my vehicles this is where I'll be taking them. Thanks guys. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

Moved to Hudson about a year ago and needed a new shop since Im too far away from my old guy. Top notch service, dropped my car off for a few things mid week and it was done 2 days later. Honest and fair, pricing is spot on (more than fair on the pricing). Found my new shop and very happy.

Thank you Joe- great shop located conveniently off 111. I was able to drop my Camry off after hours by putting the keys in the mail slot. Everything was done as discussed and with the best prices in town; alignment, oil change and snow tire swap over. I followed the advice of Facebook users who always praises this shop on the Hudson community page. Excellent Experience!

Joe is honest upfront and very fair on the price. Poles auto is everything that I've been looking for in good honest affordable service. Give them a try you won't ever go anywhere else.

My experience at Poles has been very good! I have been going there for about 2 years and besides being very accommodating with scheduled repairs, They have helped me with some last minute car repairs such as my battery dying unexpectedly and a flat tire another time. They are very friendly and reasonable and I would highly recommend them!

I needed work on my Silverado. Pole's did the work quickly, for a very reasonable price. The work was done with top quality and they answered all my questions. Most importantly they actually diagnosed the problem before swapping parts. In the end it didn't need the part just a cleaning of what I have, and they didn't hesitate to only do what it needed. They never tried to sell me service I didn't need. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and profesional. I couldn't have asked for better service. I plan to use them for everything i need to have done. Want quality work at a good price with friendly service, you won't go wrong at Pole's.

Fantastic group of mechanics that are simply amazing. The owner is a great, and honest gentlemen. I travel over an hour just to continue having my maintenance performed from Poles Automotive. Joe is AMAZING! My son was in an accident yesterday and we live out of state so I was worried about sending him in and being taken advantage of. WELL NOT WITH JOE AND POLE'S AUTOMOTIVE. My son left there saying what a nice guy Joe was and his car is safe to drive. I know there are good and honest people still left in this world! We will be back for any service the car may need in the future.

I have found Pole's Automotive to be very accommodating, reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with. Their work ethics and the quality of their work are always top notch. If you have to be on someone's automotive repair customer list, then this is the one because you know you can depend on them to do it right the first time.

As a long time customer of Pole's Auto, I can say I have NEVER liked HAVING TO GO THERE. Nobody should ever like going to see their mechanic. However, when the car breaks, I take it (or tow it) there. I have always been treated well and have always felt kind of like like a VIP. Their Up-Front honesty and service goes above and beyond other repair shops. They offer reasonable pricing and prompt repair unlike all the other establishments I have visited. And usually, it cost less than other shops in regard to the labor. I recommend them to all of my friends and family...

Joe and Joey are the BEST. Helpful and on point at all times. I own a corvette and a truck They service both in a timely fashion. I don't trust the vette in anybody else's hands. Their shop is clean and clutter free and that makes me feel like they will treat my vehicles with care. He has squeezed me in even when the shop is really busy. I have sent 2 of my co-workers there and they had the same excellent service that I have had.

Just recently moved to Hudson, and had to find a new mechanic for my 3 vehicles. It's hard to find someone that not only is a good mechanic, but that you can trust them. They will only do what you want and not try to drum up business. Very good service shop, and I highly recommend them.
