Twice now, the guys at O Reilly on Derry Road in Hudson have saved me-the older gentleman (sorry ) and the young kid with longer hair and glasses are amazing, I had to get my check engine light scanned, and they did it without hesitation or aggravation, and damsel in distress single mom couldn t get my license plate screws off and was helped without even second-guessing-it means a lot to me that they did this for me the little things mean the most, will always shop here now..THANK YOU BOYS!!!!

I went to get some parts for my vehicle and I spoke with Eddie and he was very helpful!! He was very professional, kind, and he really knows what he s doing !! Great asset to the team and I will always deal with him and this store for all my car part needs !! Thank you very much Eddie !!

Went in for my motorcycle oil and crush washer and was helped by Lucas as well as other employees at the front desk. Very nice and had exactly what I needed!

Just had a wonderful experience with a employee named Brock.I needed all 3 wipers replaced on my Nissan Rouge.After researching the ones I wanted ( Rain X ) I called the store and spoke with Brock. He said they had the brand I wanted and that they install them free if you purchase them there.I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier.Great price, Store and employee!

The staff is very helpful, just have too be careful who you get, one or two of the staff are helpful, but not very knowledgable. Great prices on parts, but you get what you pay for. I typically don't buy a lot of parts there, but they are great for oil, fasteners, tools, and accessories. If there's something you need and it's not in stock at the store they can get it brought in quickly. Very pleasant to deal with.

Customers in store should have 1st priority over someone calling in on the phone. I should not have to wait wile in line for the parts guy to take multiple calls .. unbelievable..and yes I was in line waiting before the employee took the call. I could understand if he was on the phone wile I walked up to the counter.. fine but not wile I'm in line.. he did this twice to me finally I put my items down and walked out..

Usually go there and have a good experience. Tonight not so much had trouble with the Assistant Manager Rick. He gave me nothing but a attitude for having a warranty issues. He at first he told me he could not warranty out the part unless I had it on hand then when I went out and got the part and brought it back in he told me they only warranty parts once. So let me get this right if I buy a defective part and they replace it with a defective part, I have to keep the defective part? In what world does that even sound right. Will NEVER shop there again sorry will take my business across the street to Autozone.

This is a COVID-19 review. This store fails miserably for in store shopping because sometimes you need the help of an associate. No masks, most customers don't wear masks. When the Virus is contained I may go back because they have some knowledgeable associates. In the meantime I will go down the street and try to pry some help from their associates. Too bad. Curb side works if you're looking for basics. It pains me to give them such a low rating. But wearing a mask is simple and the people in this store fit the profile of those driving the pandemic. 20, 30, 40 year olds. It's called management obfuscation or is it simply ignorance, selfishness or simply a political statement?

Always helpful to the point of annoying. Not sure if I like being asked if I could be helped on incoming or not because I'm one to go in and look for my stuff. I've found them to be more knowledgeable than other auto parts chains and choose them over all others...so far anyway.

Went there once due to a car emergency. Staff went out of their way to help me. Not saying they will always be 5 starts, but based on my current experience they are 5 stars.

I d recommend installing a self checkout register. This way when the employees ignore customers that are ready to pay, the customer won t end up leaving and not purchasing anything.
