Had a great experience today! The Manager Keith Bush was one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever met. His demeanor and professionalism is top notch. This company is very lucky to have someone like him behind the counter. He is very accommodating to your needs and wants. Couldn't have asked for a better experience...will definitely be coming back and will recommend others because of this individual!

Came for an oil change a couple months ago, they forgot about my car but didn t charge me for it so it was whatever that was generous. Present time, opened my hood because my car started to smell like gas and it seemed like my oil was leaking. Clowns forgot to put the oil cap back on. OIL EVERYWHERE. On top of that the oil that was left was black as if they lied about changing it. Probably why it was free . This could ve permanently destroyed my car. Don t bring your car here, they cant even remember to put an oil cap back on, why in the world would you trust them with anything else. Jiffy lube in manchester fixed this places mess for me.

If I could give these guys 100 * s I totally would. The mechanics are awesome, work hard and are very knowledgeable. The Manager is great and works very hard to keep everything running smoothly. I took my car there to have the fuel pump replaced and after having so many issues with my previous mechanic company chain that I went to I was so nervous. I have had such a bad experience with it comes to mechanic work being done on my car. (And the work I had done was simple work, nothing compared to the fuel pump job.). Keith mad me feel like I could trust them from the beginning and I appreciate and respect that!! Anyone looking to get work done on their vehicles bring them here and you won t have to worry about good quality work.

Appointments are always way off , last 6-7 months have been horrible here. Had an appointment for inspection sticker for 2 weeks, they call 1 hour before appointment and cancel, get one 1 week later and they reject it for something that wasn't wrong with it a week earlier, call on Thursday guy says come in first thing Saturday and we can do it, get there then guy tells me no, can give you appointment at 11, I was told to be here first thing, always giving the run around, place has become a joke.

I brought car to have the headlight fixed. First time they said it was fixed, I paid. I brought it back for the same problem they told me I need a whole new light, paid them. Still not working, brought it back third time they said they don't know how to fix it to bring the car somewhere else after paying $900 between the new light and repair costs. I recommend you don't bring your car there unless you don't mind being ripped off. Techs not qualified to do work.

I ve never had a bad experience here. Recently, I dropped my car off for an inspection and new brake pads when Gary, the manager, called me to let me know I d also need new rotors to pass. He made sure to explain not only why I needed them but also how much it was going to cost, then told me it would be ready the next day. The parts came in a little late which was unexpected and he was kind enough to work beyond closing to make sure I got my car back that day, as he originally said. A respectful, knowledgeable, and hardworking guy that I ll definitely keep bringing my car back to. As a note, I ve only ever seen Gary and sometimes one other mechanic working here at a given time, so be flexible with your timeline if possible, and it s better to call for appointments as opposed to using the online service.

I had a slow leak in my tire and couldn't find what the issue was, knew I had to bring it someplace. Everywhere else told me it would be weeks to get it in. Called and Gary picked up and said he could do that Saturday (24hr turnaround time). I thanked him and let him know I would confirm once I knew I had a backup ride. Unfortunately, my plans changed last minute on Saturday and I had to call and cancel the appointment. He was super kind about the whole thing. This week I call him on Monday and he tries to squeeze me in around my busy work schedule. He originally says he can't take me, but then says if I bring it in Friday at 11am he can make it work. When I arrive, every spot in the shop is filled with a car and it's just Gary and another mechanic working, clearly they are slammed. It takes a minute to get someone's attention, but when I do they are super quick to take my car in and somehow squeeze me in the garage. I'm there for mayyybe half an hour at MOST and Gary personally comes out and shows me the nail that had been in my tire. He also goes out of his way to take me to see my car, show me that my brake pad/rotor was worn, and told me they would run me a quote for replacing it in the future if I wanted to, but didn't put any pressure on me. I'm a young girl and I didn't feel like they took advantage of that to upcharge me or scare me into buying things I don't need. When I went to pay the other tech just said "don't worry about it, you're all set". Really quick, really easy, took a ton of stress out of my life. Thanks to Gary and co. for their help!! I hope they can get more technicians in to help them do their best work :)

PLEASE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS BY PHONE! Wonderful man was willing to squeeze in my oil change despite being triple booked! He was so kind and hard working! I'll definitely be going back. But their online appointment system is messed up and makes it hard for them to organize their appointments. So please call by phone to schedule so it's easier for them!I absolutely recommend this shop!

I am so glad I stopped at Monro Auto today. My car battery died, and AAA did not have the correct replacement. Keith was so helpful in finding me a new battery, and squeezing me in for an appointment. Amazing customer service. I will return to Monro again in the future. Keith and his team go above and beyond, and it was much appreciated.

Got my summer wheels & tires mounted, balanced and swapped on for a great price and a job well done, couldn t have asked for better. Mike and the mechanics are all great guys, really glad I came down. Will definitely be back when I need more stuff done.

Last night I came here changing my new tire, while they were changing it they broke my tire pressure sensor & they set a wrong one it was not working they the sensor price with setup is 200$ cost ( cot from Toyota). They sent me other mechanic store in Lowell help out what is wrong.I went there and I came back long way. They are not expert about car.They charge money and they request pay cash and I paid cash however they didn t give any receipt! I have all prove with photo and conversation records with the Mecanic who work for my car.

Had an Appointments but they took more than hour and a half for just oil and filter change. The guy started work on my car and then went outside to work on another car and came back after over half hr. This place is not as it used to be before. Not happy with the service I received today.

Asked for oil change, completed the service by doing a drain and fill and didnt replace the filter and i was still charged out for a new filter.

Never disappointed. Gary is the best I have seen. Always gives the best advice and recommended the right thing to do for my car. I have an older 20 year old car and a newer one. I will not go to any other car shop as long as this exists.

I had an appointment on Thursday at Monro Hudson, NH, to replace two rear shock absorbers on my car. This branch has significant problems with appointments. They kept me there from 10 am to 7 pm when I was told 2 hours max. This is not the first time this has happened. Another lady sat there for 4 hours to have her oil changed and four tires. She was so angry she said I would not come back here anymore. When I was there, so many people had the same problem. The people working inside the auto shops I asked them what s the reason for the delay and they said that the company gives them less pay than McDonald s, so they re not satisfied. Gary K Sanford, store manager, even though he made my appointment for me on Saturday, he didn t show up to work that day. After this, I decided to call the corporation and tell them about my concern. I called customer service on the website, but unfortunately, they kept me for more than 40 min on wait, and nobody answered. I think the problem goes all over the company. I believe more profit comes with customer satisfaction. I hope the CEO, Mr. Michael Broderick finds a solution to the problem.

Been there a couple of times and every time the service was great. This time it was Saturday and only one person. Still, he was quick to service my car. Reasonable price , good people and great service.

I got a same day appointment for considerable amount of work. They did a great job, handle themselves professionally, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Gary, the manager, handled me and the other customers with professionalism and grace. The tech who did the work was polite and did an outstanding job.

Munro was the only place that had appt's available for a state inspection within a weeks time. This is not the first time I've had this experience - they always go the extra mile to get you in. Gary took the time to clean up my account by removing my old vehicles (which no one had done before). Also, I've never seen someone as happy, pleasant, positive, fun, and eager to help in any service company or retail store as Gary Sanford is. He saw I was working while waiting and he was super considerate and it was nice and quiet in here. Many other service centers yell to each other (instead of walking out to the bay to talk) and are super loud on the phone (versus talking calmly to customers). I'll be back not only because of the great service, but particularly for Gary - I encourage anyone reading this to bring their car here, you won't be treated better!!!

Gary and his crew is top notch. Gary cares about the customer. Gary goes beyond the call of duty. We have gone in for oil changes and they are very good and take the time to go through your vehicle, I call it a pre inspection. I had to have my car towed so I called Gary to see if he could take it. He asked what was going on with car and I told him. He felt it was best to have it towed. I asked Gary if he could take care of a couple of other things while it is in. He absolutely did. Gary has always impressed me with his professionalism. He is very happy and treats everyone fairly. He was extremely busy today and was understaffed. They close at 5, however, Gary and some of his crew stayed until 8 pm to make sure that every car that he said would be ready today was including mine. I can t thank Gary and his crew enough. It is nice to deal with people as pleasant and professional as Gary is. Gary did not have to stay to make sure the cars were done but he did. Great customer service. Thank you Gary

The staff was really really helpful. Micheal was very honest and went that extra mile to help me. I had sent my friends also here in the past and got very good and honest service. Unlike other ones around, you can rely on the advice provided by the staff. I was given very wrong advice from others and was about get looted. But I was very happy to get the right advice from here and got the work done. I would certainly recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you.

Let me start by saying the new manager Gary is a godsend to this place. I've been 3 previous times in the past with bad experiences. Each time a different unprofessional experience. I continued to go just for oil changes because its next to my house. My oil light was on in my car before I was do for an oil change, so I went in for another oil change early to get the light off. I met the new manager Gary. I explained to gary one of the younger mechanics did the oil change for me and something was off because the light shouldn't be on. He took my car right in the garage and checked it out for free. He was very honest with me and told me they didn't reset my light last time. We chatted for a while about my previous experiences and my car. I left there thinking that was the most friendly honest mechanic I've ever Met. My husband also Had an issue with his oil change. He stopped in to see gary and was taken care of immediately no questions asked. I tell everyone I know to go see gary at monroe. Corporate don't ever let that guy go. Best thing to happen to your company!

I try not to review harshly, especially if my experience wasn t great. But in truthfulness, as often use and have been to many different Monro shops, this specific shop wasn t great.Everyone was pleasant enough. The mechanic who completed my job was nice and didn t make me feel uncomfortable at all. However, compared to all of my other experiences at a Monro shop, I wasn t asked about any specifics for my services that day. I think almost every other time I ve been asked about a coupon or if I wanted a specific additional service done. I was told it would take an hour, it took a little over an hour and 20 minutes which was fine enough. While I was waiting outside, after returning once an hour passed, the mechanic brought out my air filter. He told me that he was almost done and showed me the air filter. After I asked the price, I said yes. I thought he said $15, this service was actually $50. This was my mistake. For reference, I got the upgraded high mileage oil change.5 minutes later, I cashed out and the air filter needed up being more expensive than the oil change.That is my genuine experience. These are tough times economically, so I had no problem paying the bill. What I will say is that I put that prior air filter in myself. I purchased it for $10.99. Overall, this wasn t so horrible that I wouldn t go back because I would if I had to. But I definitely prefer the experience I had at other Monro shops and even other mechanic company s and would choose those first.

PERFECT experience. It was an emergency, my front left wheel was completely loosened and it was super dangerous to drive with and I literally just walked in and they offered to fix it for me at a no cost. Literally made my day, i m coming back !!

I showed up for 9:30 AM appointment for 4 new tires and the business is closed. I am very disappointed that I didn t receive a call or email to let me know there was a problem.
