I recently had the pleasure of working with Hector, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a friendly attitude. He was transparent with me and his prices are great! The quality of his work is outstanding, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. Was referred by a neighboring camping and RV business when they heard how quickly I needed my tour vehicle back. Hector took care of both Cummins Gens and the Engine oil change. One gen was leaking fuel and he quickly fixed that issue that was a long overdue repair. He fixed some electrical issues with a side marker and got my tour vehicle running smooth down the road. The Lowe s is very thankful for your service. I speak blessings and continued success for you my friend. Honest mechanic that you can trust.

I dealt with the tow truck driver. He was an absolute jerk. I highly recommend using another company when it comes to that department. Can't speak for the automotive aspect.Update to owner. I said "dealt", nothing about a service provided. Based the review off your employees moral character. They represent your business while driving a company vehicle like it or not.

Impeccable service. A true mechanic is one who knows is craft, and isn't out to make a quick 'buck'. Above all hes honest. The owner worked on my car, I'm a first time customer and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by Hector. If your in need of auto repair. Bring your car here.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS !!!Last evening our daughter was involved in an accident. AAA was called and the first tower arrived after a 2 hour wait and would not tow the vehicle from the on ramp to the auto body shop. (no safety issues just a horrible tow company) The state trooper called me and advised what happened and he was even upset with the AAA tower.I then called AAA and explained what happened, now enter KLM into the situation. AAA called KLM to help out, which they did in fantastic fashion. KLM was able to get to our daughter within 30 minutes, provide awsome service, was polite to our daughter and towed her vehicle to the shop. KLM completely took ownership of the situation and helped our daughter who had been waiting for over three hours now. KLM wrapped everything up within 30 minutes start to finish when they were contacted.I can not thank KLM enough for helping our family out of a terrible situation, during last nights severe storm and ensuring the safety of our daughter and her vehicle. Hector and KLM are wonderful people and actually care about their customers!!! Thank you again KLM/Hector.

Waited for 5 hours for a tow to grab my truck. Bahram drove out in 30 minutes and was super friendly and quick with the service. He even took a look at the truck and told me what was wrong with it. If you need help ever, make sure you got Bahram to tow you.

The best mechanic around. If you need anything done he got you. Trust me once you go to him you wont want to go anywhere else to get your car fix. He does it all.
