Tim was very knowledgeable and patient answering several questions. The repair was timely and Tim gave me total transparency on the pricing up front. It turned out they could re-use some of the undamaged parts so he didn t charge me for those and saved me over $100! I m so happy I went to Granite Subaru and I will definitely come back next time.

I came to Granite Subaru for a repair, fearing the worst and get nothing but the best. Granite Subaru took my car in and did a complimentary full inspection prior to conducting any work. The inspection report was sent to me via text, where I could review the report and call with any questions. The staff was super patient and explained what repairs were necessary today and which ones I could monitor and come back to later. They were super flexible with the car pickup time and gave me a loaner. I cannot emphasize enough how great their customer service was - car trouble is never great or cheap, but this experience was the one of the best I ve had.

The service staff was just wonderful in assisting me promptly. The waiting room has more amenities than you ll ever need during your wait including a massage chair. Couldn t have been a more pleasant experience. Definitely deserves a five star rating

Simply the best dealership I have ever dealt with for servicing my car. They have fantastic communication and do great work. The valet service (picking my car up from my driveway and dropping it off when done) is worth more than I can put into words. Having young kids and working full time makes it extremely difficult to figure out when I can drop my car off and pick it up without this service. 5/5Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes

Recent moved to the state from California, had to find a dealership near me, I chose wisely. The experience was great, Jason in the service department was awesome, kept me informed. The amenities were great while I waited as well. Recommend to anyone.

My car was due for some scheduled maintenance. Just moved into New Hampshire and picked Granite Subaru out after online research. They lived up to their promise. Super friendly service rep, and very comfortable large waiting room with giant tv, soft seats, fancy coffee machine, big windows for sunlight. The car got its service in the time frame promised and the tech spotted an alignment issue with the rear wheels and a screw in one of the tires. Both were fixed quickly- the alignment under warranty and the tire fix for free. The service rep offered a complimentary wash and floor mat vacuuming too- a nice touch. All in all a very positive experience. I will return and can comfortably recommend you give Granite a try if you have a Subaru and live in the Hudson NH area.

I had an oil change in May 2023. When I had gone in for that oil change, the service department realize that when I bought the car, they didn t do the inspection that was supposed to come with the car. When they did the inspection, they told me everything was fine except I need a new rear brakes. But then when I went in for my last oil change 4000 miles later they stated I need a new front brakes and there was a front control arm bushing that was cracked and needed to be replaced. All together it would ve been over $1500 for a car that I just bought less than a year ago. I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me and thought that I was incompetent and didn t know what my car needs.

Granite has been helping me keep my 2013 Outback running smoothly, even with the Od reading close to 200,000. They do thorough work, send photos of the issues right to your phone and they are extremely friendly to boot. Definitely getting my next Subaru here and will continue to get service with them until that time arrives.

Car in for routine oil change, etc. they kept me up to date on what needed done, including that since my state inspection was due next month they could be do it that day if I wanted. Saved me time! The woman on phone also sent me link to pay registration online. Since I am new to New Hampshire this was very helpful.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is the best car dealership I ve ever been too in all my years of buying cars, leasing cars and purchasing used cars. If only I knew that back then I would never ever have gone to ANYONE ELSE. Their the most friendly, true to their word and accommodating business I ve ever been to. Would never ever go anywhere else. I had a remote start put in my 2021 Outback. The job was completed in the time I was told. When my car was finished the service rep took me outside explained how each fob worked and made sure I understood and can work my remote starter. Great job.

I made an appointment for scheduled maintenance and to have a tow hitch installed because I got a coupon in the mail. It was a little disappointing that even though the service rep was aware of the coupon, he would not honor the coupon that managed to get lost from my glovebox. I was also mildly disappointed that the service rep told me he would take care of getting gas for my car, which was offered by sales. They are in the same building. When I went to pick up my car, it was almost empty. I went over to sales where the great sales team took care of getting me the gas. I am sorry to the awesome sales rep who volunteered to take my car to the gas station and then did drive it over and filled it up! I did not get your name. You are the reason I added a star to an otherwise average service experience. I will say my car was clean and the work appears to be done well.

I blew a tire the night before I was scheduled to move across the country. I came in to Granite Subaru with no appointment and low hopes, and I left with a new set of tires in just under 2 hours. Jamie was so helpful, and was able to get me back on the road!

This was my second time buying a vehicle from a dealer (the first time was an headache and nothing went the way it should have on paper). But Working with Chase was an absolute pleasure and put my faith back into this process . He knew everything about the vehicle of interest and went over every feature the car has to offer before sending me off on a test drive. I signed papers same day! A huge shout out to Jon as well, if you re going through Granite Subaru, I would absolutely recommend John being your financial advisor. I could tell right away, he absolutely networks with these companies and he is working for your best interest. My credit score was reported higher by 30 points, he was able to get my payments $100 less than what the paper showed it would be because he added MORE warranties and protection. An incredible experience all around, especially in today s world. Not to mention I ve been a loyal jeeper who just made the switch!

I am happy with my service from Granite Subaru, 5 stars for that dudes. They have good coffee and a spacious waiting room. A lot of male staff who were polite and beyond courteous but also seemed clearly stressed. By far one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car. We worked with Thiago. He was extremely attentive and conscientious of our needs not just for the car but also checking if we needed something to drink. We really appreciated that especially after we had just previously bought a vehicle from another dealership and they did not offer us anything.The day we purchased our vehicle we had to bring our toddler. Thiago was empathetic to our wild toddler and was not bothered at all when we told him we needed to leave for lunch then would return after. He even offered to pay for our lunch.The car is exactly what we wanted and had even more features that we weren t expecting to get. Thiago really went above and beyond for us. We so appreciate your help and thank you so much for the parting gift two YETI MUGS!I am excited to bring my car here for service and oil changes as well. They have a wonderful spot for kids to play and comfortable seating to hangout next to an electric fire place.It is a drive for us (we are in Manchester) but we will gladly make the drive to Hudson for the optimal service we got from the sales team.I will add to my comment when I have worked with the service department at granite Subaru.

Brought my WRX from Granite Surbaru in 2017 and have been coming here for 7 years now for service and repairs. They have been great over all these years. My wrx hit around 90k miles recently and had some major servicing/repairs due. Roberto Rodriguez has been my service advisor lately and has been doing a great job in identifying any issues, wear and tear for any of my car parts. I did the 90k service, replaced clutch assembly, replaced all brakes(rotors and pads), replaced broken grounding straps, installed new AS tires and did wheel alignment. Its one of the major services I did after owning my WRX for 7 years (90k Miles) and I am happy to say my WRX feels like brand new again. My brakes were totally worn out, clutch was slipping, clutch pedal was hard. NOT Anymore. Feels like a brand new car again.

This is my third year going to this location and honestly they provide great services than other Subaru places I have been. The staff is usually upbeat and have great customer service. It was the most expensive service in my life. I'm comparing with the other Subaru and Honda dealerships. I had to make 90000 miles service and there was only a package deal options, so I couldn't just choose the services I wanted to be done (or I wasn't explained well enough). I didn t know the price beforehand, otherwise I wouldn t even show up! Any additional repairs and services they have recommended were at least 2 times more expensive than it supposed to be. They found the issues no other mechanics noticed before and they suggest to fix it for thousands of dollars... I regret so much using Granite Subaru and will never come back. Don't recommend to anyone if you care about your money...They're nice and friendly people, and possibly doing a good job servicing cars, but I just can't afford the prices and can't stand dishonesty...I wish I could undo the service, get my money back and go somewhere else... So frustrating.

I have a rattle in the car which is difficult to detect where it's coming from. I brought my car in and was diagnosed as a heat shield that was deteriorated so they removed it. Unfortunately it didn't take away the rattle so I brought it back in. The service person (Jamie) and mechanic (Chris) took it for a drive and could not hear it so they asked me to accompany Chris for another drive. I could not hear it on that test drive. However, that evening I heard it again and almost every day since. Chris kindly told me to document when I heard it and how often if it continued. I have not taken the car back to service because I don't want a repeat visit where the rattle could not be detected because I will have to pay for another diagnostic fee. Hopefully, the rattle is nothing serious and maybe it will get louder so it can easily be heard.Service: Auto exhaust system repair
