Fantastic dealership! This is my first ever car purchase, so I was understandably quite nervous when looking into a vehicle. Thankfully, the team at Granite Subaru helped me navigate the whole process with ease! Both my sales consultant, Victor, and financial consultant, Mackenzie, were extraordinary and made this first car buying experience a breeze! I love my new vehicle and I will absolutely be returning for any future car purchases!

The service center was amazing! I was greeted by a very kind and patient representative who went over everything in detail. He even saved me some money by taking off some things from my service that I didn t need. I was escorted to the waiting area and kept informed of everything as I waited. When everything was done, they washed my car. I wish they still vacuumed the inside of the car, but I guess that isn t a thing anymore. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and I would definitely recommend.

Granite Subaru was great. Looking forward to using them in the future. Very responsive. They kept me updated with the service which I really appreciated. The kid was super polite. If he keeps up with this attitude I'm sure he's going places. He even cleaned the snow off of the car at pickup. Great service to say the least.

Chris at a granite Subaru went above and beyond trying to get me into the vehicle I wanted! He was very helpful and understanding of what I wanted and needed. I could not recommend Chris and Granite state subaru enough! John in finance was very easy to work with and incredibly helpful. They were all so patient with my daughter who is about to be one once she started getting a little cranky towards the end. They truly are an amazing team to work with!

We are not from the area. Our car broke down at night and was towed here, the nearest Subaru. The team had the problem diagnosed promptly in the morning, and the options for resolution were presented clearly. Good information, low pressure. Top notch customer service. Work was completed on the early side of the estimate. The facility is great, too - very customer-oriented architecture and design. Very pleased.

Love this place! Service is great. They pick up the phone in a timely fashion and everyone is professional and pleasant. Scheduling was quick and easy. My schedule is tight with my children and they made special accommodations to ensure the service was done in time for me to pick up my kids at school. The valet drivers were sweet. Thank you for making my life easier!

This dealer service department has always taken good care of my car. They are fair (they tell me what needs to be done now and what can be scheduled later). Friendly and easy to work with too. If you re going to a dealer for service, this is a good one.

First time customers and would recommend granite Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.Chase was wonderful to work with, very friendly and took his time going over what the vehicle has to offer and its features before sending us on a test drive. We immediately signed papers.Jon in finance was also a huge benefit to work with. He absolutely knows what he s doing, it was clear to see from the start. He actually has relationships with these banks and is working to get the best deal for you. He came back reporting that my credit score was 30 points higher than I thought, lower interest rate that I thought I could get and the payments $100 LESS because he added warranty s to protect the car even more!

I can t recommend Granite Subaru highly enough! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and kind. Everything is explained well and they always wash my car for free! They work extra hard to find discounts and research what is under warranty for free replacements. Love working in their lobby with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate too while I wait! 10/10 recommend!

After car shopping for a few weeks and dealing with all sorts of oddballs, Shea was a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, attentive and curious about us and our specific needs, and really just a nice person to interact with for a few hours during the purchase process. I would reccomend this dealership (clean, new, fast service, low-pressure environment), and Shea specifically.

Went in to test drive some vehicles. Your salesman Shea was very accommodating and walked us through 5 different vehicles over 4 hours. Shea exemplifies what it means to provide great customer service. The rest of the team was great and got me into a car I truly love. Thank you to the team, I will definitely be recommending this dealership for anyone interested in a vehicle.

During the state inspection, they found an oil leak which required some major repairs. We scheduled an appointment and I got a loaner vehicle since it would be for a few days. As soon as they got the car in and took some more things apart, they found further leak so they immediately contacted me and let me know it would be a few more days, but since I had the loaner, everything worked out fine and everything seems to be good with The car now.

A grade A team of sales professionals at Granite Subaru. It was almost painless trading in my vehicle. I can say starting out with Thiago as my sales consultant, driving and being educated on each vehicle I drove. Then came Josh & he took it up another notch. Searching my options & carefully exploring my finances to come up with what I would be TRULY happy driving. (success) Steve wrapped up the pkg and off I went. A very happy customer that will return with another trade in down the line. A fabulous SUBARU at a great price. $$$$.

This review is for the service department. We have been bringing our cars here for service for at least a couple of years. The people at the service desk are really helpful and nice. The service is also honest and reasonable, with a complimentary wash! One of the ladies walked me out and showed me where my car was after the service was done. That was very professional of her! Another (dishonest) dealership had recommended a slew of services for my car recently, but Granite Subaru didn't find any problems!! Thank you!

I ve had multiple experiences at Granite Subaru Service Department that have been great. Today my Legacy passenger window decided not to work after I rolled it down to clear some condensation - in 40 degree weather. Drove in without an appointment and dealt with Nicholas. He got us (I have my 2yr old with me) in and out in 40 minutes with window fixed. They re great at communicating throughout the appointment and set expectations accordingly. I ll be coming here as long as I have a Subaru

I m not one to leave a bad review but it s happened too many times I ve brought my car there multiple times and every single time I get it back with new issues that they claim aren t their fault my last visit I knew exactly what I needed done and told them I did not need the multi point inspection and they did it anyways and charged me for it . As soon as I got my car back I heard a scraping that was the under carriage protector that was not put back correctly I didn t realize it till a few days later when my car started giving off a burnt plastic smell . I also have brought it in there for motor work i got it back with a damaged turbo and a missing piece in my clutch assembly that they would not take responsibility for so I also had to pay for those I will say they do have decent customer communication but they do not have experienced technicians in there working on your car you do not get the quality work that you pay for going to a dealership I will not be returning there under any circumstancesEdit replying to response : this has absolutely nothing to do with the high miles considering my block was replaced at 60k and I just got a head rebuild .my turbo was absolutely fine before bringing it to this location never had a problem with it and as the clutch pedal assembly I was shown a picture of the missing pin which also was never put back from my previous visit there. I noticed my clutch was down when I received it back which never happened before . and as of this time my whole undercarriage protector was not put back correctly almost causing me to get into a car accident when it finally decided to come detached while I was on the highway this was from the missing pin which holds it on to the body . for the price I pay bringing my car there it s not worth the risk of leaving and having the work not done correctly

Great experience here buying my first ever brand new car thanks to Victor, Tyler, and Angel. I was very nervous going into this experience solo, but they were so helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process seamless. Within hours I had traded in my old car and was driving away in the Subaru I had been looking forward to for years!The only person I wasn't thrilled with here was the financial advisor (not sure of her official title). She offered me the extended warranty and gap insurance. I'm more of a "roll the dice" type of gal and wasn't really interested in either of these. When I said this and that I wanted to call my husband to talk it over (he's a bit more cautious with things like this), she told me, "I don't think that's a good idea because husband's just tell you not to get anything." When I came back to the office and told her that I wouldn't be getting the extended warranty and didn't want to discuss it any further she scoffed at me and said, "Is that what your husband told you to say?". I was a bit taken aback by that response. I can't speak to her marriage, but I assured her that my husband does not tell me what to say or how to live my life. I had called him to collaborate on a decision because we're partners and I respect his opinion. While I also respect her tenacity in a male driven field, I encourage her to have a little more respect towards women in general.After this experience I was a bit ticked off. Thankfully, the next step was for Angel to teach me about all the new gadgets in my car and she was wonderful! I truly don't think you'd find the same kindness and professionalism that Victor, Tyler, and Angel provided in many other car dealerships.

Lots of common sense explanations about an issue with the car and need for repair. The advisor exuded sincere confidence in his approach. I did ask several questions, quality answers without any pressure. So I made an appointment for repairs.

I can not say enough good things about Granite State Subaru s team, from the call to the entrance to the service dept to the mechanics and the recon dept they truly are a great bunch of people, they make the experience there so smooth and flawless. Nick from service was the best rep I have ever met. I brought my mini cooper to have new wheels put on (from Tire Rack) and Nick did awesome job. He was very customer oriented, approachable and informative.

My husband brought our 2024 Crosstrek yesterday for its first 6000 miles service. He raved about the professional and friendly service. He said he would describe it as perfect and my car came out of there looking brand new from a hand wash. A+ all the way!

I was passing this dealership and thought I would stop in to see what they thought was making the whining/clunking sounds on my Outback. They ushered me into the spacious, bright, comfortable waiting area while they put it on the lift. They found the culprit (which other garages failed to do) and worked with my extended warranty company to facilitate the repairs. I also got a loaner vehicle so there were no worries as to how long the repairs would take. A big thank you to Jenn and the rest of the staff!!

Granite Subaru is a wonderful place to have your car serviced. As soon as you drive into the service area I was greeted by a service rep and checked into the system.The waiting room area has WiFi access, coffee and comfy chairs. I was assigned a service rep (Tim) you kept me updated on the status of my car. I was offered a car wash too!!!

The service department has been the absolute best at taking care of my Subaru. My service provider Roberto went above and beyond, dealing with the third party warranty, providing a loaner vehicle, and keeping up with communication. I purchased my Subaru at a different dealership last year, and they managed to get the warranty company to cover my whole engine being replaced after the head gasket blew. It had been so stressful when my car broke down, but the entire service department has made this situation so much better. I would recommend this service department to anyone!
