Couldn't have picked a better company to assist with replacing my windshield. At first, I was afraid we wouldn't have time to take the car in to find out they would drive to your work and replace it there. The tech Chris was beyond educational and willing to explain what could have cause the crack. Would recommend the company many times again.

Amazing customer service and friendly staff! I called yesterday for an issue with what I thought was related to a seal of some sort around the windshield. They squeezed me in for an appointment today. When I got there, someone came out to take a look, and it turns out it wasn t an issue related to the windshield that they could fix. He did a wonderful job explaining to me what the actual issue is and what my options are. I will absolutely be going back if I ever need glass repair done!

Top of my list for customer care and service! Staff incredibly friendly with a good sense of humor.Replacement of my rear window was amazing. When I picked up my vehicle? They had vacuumed the drivers compartment also, and the inside smelled terrific! Granite State Glass was also extremely reasonable for cost. Thanks you guys so much. I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone!

I had my windshield replaced with Granite State Glass - which I was very impressed with how promptly they responded and even came out to my job to replace it. The price was much lower than other places but with that being said, the windshield was cracked within 1 month of it being replaced. I tried to see if they had a warranty and they informed me they do not. I know have to get another windshield. I d say Poor glass quality.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

I called the store first and told them the truck I had was slightly taller than a regular dodge truck. I asked would that be an issue for changing my windshield glass and they told me they could change it for me. They were on time, came with step stools and changed out my trucks windshield glass within an hour. I recommend this company. Thank youService: Auto windshield replacement

Great experience from start to finish, called and had a quote within minutes for a cracked windshield and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Car was in and out of shop within a couple hours. Would definitely recommend you give them a call!

I needed the windshield replaced on my Mercedes.I had called and asked specifically for OEM Mercedes windshield. I was told they can do OEM. Then they told me they were able to locate the part in stock at the dealership in Manchester. I went ahead with the work. Once the work was done I saw that glass was NOT OEM! After talking with Granite, I was told that OEM glass is on backorder for 6 months and they should have never told me that they can do OEM. So they essentially pulled a bait and switch. I would have never used them if I was told they could not do OEM up front. Now I am stuck with non-OEM glass and cabin noise level has gone up! Who knows what other issues I will have. I will never do business with them again!

I went to the one in Hudson the staff was very helpful. I walked in on Thursday with a broken window from basement and they fixed right away for me plus I had a chip in my window and asked if they could fix it the gentlemen behind the counter said he didn t have any technician on but said he do for me I m assuming not sure he was the manager I left very happy with the great service!!!i went home and put the window in when my wife got home I she went and looked at it and the window cracked so I went back the next day and showed them it and they said they would fix it and explain to me about stressing s crack and would try there best to get done today I thanked them and went on my way when I got home which is five minutes down the road Annette called me and said that a piece of glass was still in there that missed in the frame and it would be ready by two pm I went at two and it was ready just like they said it would be all I can say is great customer service and the best prices give those three a raise one happy customer

Granite State Glass replaced the car windshield and reset the forward road line sensor camera. The replacement looks great, and the forward electric sensors appear to be working well, too.

Just had a very unfortunate experience with 'Chris' the technician. I went in to have them see if they could fix the crack in my windshield from a rock that kicked back from a truck. The kind lady behind the counter asked if it was larger than a quarter. I answered no because I was thinking she was asking about the circular area where the pebble actually hit. She said she would get Chris to go look at it and see if he could fix it or it needed to be replaced all together. I said thank you. He came out and when he saw the crack went straight to sarcasm about what size quarter I was referring to etc...Very rude and could have been handled so much better. I quickly thanked him and left. Had he displayed an ounce of kindness I was going to have them replace it. Instead I am taking my business elsewhere. Too bad because the lady I spoke with behind the counter was very nice and customer service oriented.

Granite State Glass replaced our picture window and two side windows as well as replacing the glass in our skylight. They did a great job! The measure and ordering of the windows were easy,. They sent a technician for the window replacement and another technician for the skylight glass on the same day. All of the work was done that day and was done well.

The business does what is needed The business location is for doing the work. The sales staff seem to be located somewhere else (not sure where). We had our windshield replaced. When we got there, we told them we had ordered the wrong windshield (the one with tinting instead of without). The girl at the desk was ready to tell us they only implement the orders, but the guy next to her said they could change the order if we could leave the car for the day (which we did). In the long run, it was OK, but it is disconcerting when speaking to staff who really don't know the way things can be handled. It is VERY difficult to exit from their location, since it is on a bend in the main road near a traffic light with a turn lane. We nearly had an accident upon leaving. Very dangerous location.

In the past 5 years I've replaced almost all my home's windows. The last were three huge double-hungs in the front of my house. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the windows...and the craftsman-like installation.

Right side view mirror on my Honda was broken by a thrown rock. Honda wanted to replace the entire assembly. I went to Manchester's Granite State and asked what they could do: they disassembled the mirror, changed only the glass and used a Honda-factory plate glass part for $40. Money well spent. Thank you Granite State.

Workers clearly don t know how to drive or the rules of the road. Almost hit me on 12/21/20 at 12:20 because they blow through the stop sign. Then they flip me off as I did something wrong. Real classy and professional workers.

Our company uses them frequently to replace windshields on a fleet of trucks, no matter which truck old or new always fixed quickly and no issues. highly recommended

told me too drop the car off and they could fix my windshield wasted $20 on an uber back after dropping it off to be told the next day they can t do it and i had 2 hours to pick it up or it was gonna be kept for 2 days until monday just spend the extra money and go to safelite this place is completely unprofessional
