Mike sorry for the delay in posting this review, It was a great experience in bringing my 2003 Excursion to Fleet ready, Mike was very Honest & restored my 6.0 Powerstroke to a Better Than New Level!! I could not be more pleased with the professionalism & integrity that this diesel repair shop brings to this area, especially after multiple attempts by my local shop to fix issues with my truck. Mike pointed out all the issues & resolved them with finality, something the other guys never could do. Thanks again Mike!! I would Highly Recommend Fleet Ready for ALL your diesel Repair needs!!!

I recently did a pre-purchase inspection of an imported 1993 Hino Ranger. They were able to schedule me a next day appointment when I called. The mechanics and staff at Fleet Ready went above and beyond to thoroughly inspect the truck, explain maintenance and answer all of my questions as a first time diesel owner. I will definitely be bringing my truck back for inspection and maintenance items!

I came in today for a driver side headlight being out. I was informed by Ken that their labor rate would be $30 more because I didn't call ahead and I just showed up. I had called the young lady but she had not relayed the message to the powers that be. What is the difference whether I called ahead or not, they are still performing the same work.. My family operated a business for many years and that is not customer service. When the job was finished I was informed again by Ken that there was an additional 3% fee for the use of a credit card. I appreciate what they did today but I won't be returning with any vehicle from RJ Schinner.Bob V.

I purchased a brand new RV (Ford engine) and within a week the engine was failing. No Ford dealership capable of handling a 35+ foot vehicle would take me for months, and my long planned trip would have been canceled. Fleet Ready squeezed me in even though they were busy and worked tirelessly to get me back on the road within 24 hours. A special call out to Mike Jr. who is professional and amazing to work with, and to Bobby who worked late into the evening so my family trip could happen. Great service and great people! (I have used Fleet Ready to service past RVs and will continue to do so -- rare to find such good service these days)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

We have been using Fleet Ready for almost two decades to take care of our many trucks. Mike and his crew are the best around. We have several complicated trucks and Fleet Ready not only performs all the regular maintenance needed but they are also capable of fixing all of the hydraulic and electrical issues as well. They have always gone above and beyond to help us when we re in a jam. It is also great to deal with a family business that takes great pride in what they do. I have this enclosed Motorcycle trailer that I use all the time and never realized how much I rely on it.That is until the lights went out. I tried everything to get them to work,wasn't happening.Brought it over to Mike Jr. at Fleet Ready and I couldn t be happier with the service I got their. Our truck broke down after our second load. Being all the way from Texas it s nerve racking trying to find a trustworthy mechanic so far away. They got it in and got us on the road all at a pretty reasonable price. Their reviews are why I picked them in the first place and it shows.

I am the President of MI-BOX Portable Storage and Fleet Ready has been our repair shop of choice for our two Hinos. I highly recommend them not only for their first class customer service, but their keen ability to troubleshoot some difficult problems- especially as it relates to our sometimes complex hydraulic based lift system. As a non-mechanical person, they never once made me feel inept in understanding their language- but clearly explained each and every issue clearly and concisely. They have always had our backs! A great partner for sure.

So, so impressed with this place. I drive a speciality van that I struggle to fix because no one will touch it. RV places don't know how to fix it cause its not an RV, car places don't know how to fix it cause it's more than a car. I brought my van to Mike and his crew and they immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I showed up to my appointment and they had all the parts ordered for me and fixed my stuff right away. The last RV place I went to made me wait 4 days!And everything has worked perfectly since the repair! I wish there was a Mike and a Fleet Ready in every city I work in!

Our tow truck (Ram 3500 Cummins) broke down on us during a tow. Was recommended to Fleet Ready.Called them and they sent a tech out to the truck to see if they could fix it right then and there.Unfortunately for us it needed to be towed to their facility for further diag and repair. They recommended a towing company to me that would be able to tow my truck and fully loaded trailer with cars to their shop.Once the truck was there I worked with Marcus who was very knowledgable and took his time to explain all the issues and how to correctly repair them.After approving the repairs, I came to pick up the truck and they threw some money off of an already good price because the repair took a few hours longer than expected due to some delay in parts. These people understand the need in getting your truck back on the road ASAP and they do their best to do so.Looking at how they did the repairs, you can tell they didn't rush the job and took the extra time to make sure it was done right.Being a business owner, I appreciated one thing the most. When speaking on the phone with Marcus, unlike most businesses he wasn't trying to just get off the phone but took the time to answer all my questions.Thanks again!

Brought my ford diesel pickup truck to fix a misfire cylinder. If you know anything about diesels, a misfire is usually an injector is in need of replacement. After keeping my truck for a week, they analyzed my truck and charged me $362.25 TO TELL ME THAT AN INJECTOR WAS NOT WORKING!!! Then they wanted to do more tests to confirm the injector was not working... I took it to my regular mechanic, he immediately said an injector was bad and changed it, all in one day and charged me $400.00 for the job..... So that being said, FLEET READY CORPORATION was very dishonest and deceptive, trying to set me up for a larger bill that required. They ripped me off! You Have Been Warned!

My work truck broke down on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua. Your mechanic Bobby arrived and was very professional while servicing my truck. Even though I was not far from home which is apted to happen more times than not the speed of his and company was very welcoming.

I drive a very unique 1970 small truck that I have never left for service anywhere in 25 years of owning it. The communication was excellent, knowledge and skill unmatched. I will be a repeat customer and that should say it all.

I have brought my Fleetwood motor home over to Fleet Ready a few times for a variety of problems that have shown up, and I'm very pleased to say, they have solved my problems, They are very professional and explain everything to you, in terms you'll understand! Highly recommended!!!

Mike and his crew took in my RV on fairly short notice, did great work, kept me up-to-date and had fair prices. I'm traveling in an RV that had several issues with the front end suspension and u-joints. I had tried repeatedly to get it worked on while I was traveling but everyone was backed up or couldn't handle the RV.Also, I had been told by another workshop that the RV needed new king-pins (a lengthy, expensive procedure) and a new right tie--rod. Mike and his crew found these not to be the issue and thus saved me a lot of money.A big thanks to Mike and his crew. I highly recommend them!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair

This is the only Hino dealer in the area our business will work with. Others simply do not offer the customer service FleetReady does.
