You want honesty, reliability, great work and a staff that is up front with any and all issues that needs attention. Devoted Repairs is the place to go. They will take care of you and your vehicle with the utmost care. It s awesome to have a local business that cares about customers. Highly recommend these guys. I will not be taking any of my vehicles any where else. Thank you guys for being awesome.

I am a female who knows nothing about cars. From the moment I called Devoted Repairs, I knew I was putting my car in the right hands.Ben was so attentive listening to my long-winded car troubles. After he thoroughly explained how my engine works in terms that I understood, it made sense to schedule an appointment at Devoted Repairs for a second opinion.When I arrived at the shop, I was blown away. This was the cleanest shop I have ever been in. The guys in the office (I think their names were both Mike) were so friendly and welcoming. They answered a bunch of my questions and let me know I would hear from them soon. I received a text when Ben started working on my car and a text with his diagnosis right when he finished. Within a minute of receiving the text with his diagnosis, Ben called to discuss all of the tests he did on my car. He extensively explained how he came up with a completely different answer for my check engine light than a shop in Manchester came up with. I moved forward with having Ben do the repair he knew my car needed.Devoted Repairs saved me thousands of dollars. Had I listened to the first shop that diagnosed my car, I would have spent almost $2k fixing something that wasn't even broken. These guys are honest and provide services at a great cost. They even offer new customers 15% off of your first visit, which was a phenomenal surprise!

if i could give 10 stars i would!! i felt like my car had a million issues due to me neglecting maintenance so i started off with getting a quote for what i thought was wrong they responded almost immediately, and suggested i d get a diagnosis along with an oil change that i needed!they have amazing communication, they took pictures and explained throughly what was wrong, and gave me updates throughout working on my car! and what they couldn t fix (my exhaust) they recommended another amazing small business!i had my breaks done, rear suspension, alignment, oil change & tire rotation all for an amazing price! and my car is driving like new again!!the service manager Mike was amazing he was very clear on pricing, very helpful and honest when i first messaged them getting a quote and was very kind!when i dropped my car off for service the owner Mike came out and greeted me with a clean handshake and told me my car was in great hands and assured me she ll be done by end of the day!another thing i must add to this was how unbelievably clean this place is, when i went in to go paid i was floored by how clean it was, other mechanic shops i ve been too were extremely unkept but not this place! i will definitely be back & will be highly recommending this place to everyone! :)

I had a great experience with Devoted Repairs. My 2006 Cadillac DTS had lost its power steering and was sometimes struggling to switch gears. But the team at Devoted Repairs did a thorough diagnosis and found a few other issues with my car. They provided me with a detailed estimate that included pictures of everything that needed to be fixed. They also categorized the issues based on their priority and urgency.Since my car was my only mode of transportation, the repairs were going to take about 10 hours. However, Mike and Ben were able to move around their schedule and work late hours to get the job done as soon as possible. I was really impressed with their dedication and hard work.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from Devoted Repairs. Mike and Ben did an outstanding job. Thank you so much! I had an excellent first-time experience at Devoted Repairs. I brought my Honda Fit in for an inspection and to diagnose my TPMS light. They repositioned a loose radiator hose and replaced a clamp for free during the inspection. The quote they gave for the TPMS sensor replacement was fair. They have a great online estimate and invoice system that includes images and a clear description of the work. They send prompt texts when they have an update for you. Mike was friendly and responsive. Very satisfied customer here and I will return (hopefully not too soon)!

The team at Devoted Repairs goes above and beyond to give exceptional service! My 2018 Ford Explorer had a vacuum leak somewhere, and they laid out my options and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. This shop truly has your best interest in heart. Mike and the team are on top of all communication, are mindful of labor hour costs, and check in with updates. Everything you could want out of a shop. I drove 45 minutes for their service and it was worth it.

Mike, Ron and the team at Devoted Repairs exceeded my expectations while performing an install of a 3 1/2" suspension lift and installation of a set of new tires on my Chevy 2500hd. Met Mike P through BNI. Mentioned I needed a bunch of maintenance work done on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. Was Quick with the Estimate and even quicker with getting the work done while I was out of town. Process for pay and Estimate was quick and Easy and Lower cost than going through the Manufacturer (Chevy). Appreciate Everything. Highly Recommended. Also grew up with one of the technicians. Mike & his team are amazing! I moved to NH last summer and they helped me out with my vehicle inspection which turned out to require more than I had been used to and I needed my brakes replaced. I wasn t able to do it that day but they made sure to get me back in within the timeframe for my registration. They also identified a problem to watch with my power steering and fixed it once it became an issue a few months later. Great, Friendly, Fast Service. Great prices. This team is phenomenal. I had to get a catalytic converter replaced in my vehicle & not only did they replace. They did it in under 2 hours. I just want to say thank you, Devoted Repairs for your fast & quick response back, getting me an appointment within a few days & resolving my car issues. Thank you all so much. I'm definitely bringing my vehicle here for all my car care needs.

Very impressed with the level of service provided today! Mike and his team took the time to diagnose the issue we ve been experiencing since purchasing the vehicle several years ago, something no other shop has taken the time to do. They also fixed the issue same day! I loved the text message updates so there was no guessing on if the car would be fixed today or not. 10/10 recommend devoted repairs!Service: Auto brake repair

Devoted had great reviews and I was looking for a local mechanic so I tried them out for a State Inspection. They failed me for a safety issue with my suspension. As I had recently had a full alignment (and told them this) I was surprised and went to the dealer for a second opinion and told them to look at the ball joints specifically. Dealer measured the ball joint with calipers and said it was fine. Hardly a safety issue. As Devoted also asked about my marginally low power steering fluid looking for leaks I believe they were looking for any issue to upsell a repair. I am out my inspection fee and won t be going back.Edit: Devoted did call me after my review and explained they would refund my money and felt the issue was serious enough they are justified to reject the inspection. I appreciate that response and I certainly take safety seriously, which is why I sought a second opinion. The dealer said it was fine and safe and they measured with dial calipers and the ball joint wear was within Toyota specifications. Thank you Devoted for your customer service and refund of my fee. There obviously is a difference in opinion between service centers, however I now know that I have a future ball joint repair and I will perform this repair at my convenience instead of under pressure within the timeframe of the inspection sticker. I changed my review to three stars for your response. I appreciate it.

Devoted Repairs sets the standard for auto repair shops. They communicate at every step of the way to make sure they understand exactly what you are talking about, even if it involves you trying to describe a random sound.Most importantly, their quotes and billing are detailed and transparent. I don't think I've been to a mechanic that quotes a time for labor and then actually follows through on tracking it, so that you are charged for the time they spent on the service and not just lazily rounding up to the nearest hour to squeeze a few extra bucks out of you. Devoted Repairs is TOP NOTCH! The level of customer service we received was beyond any shop we've used in the past. Mike and his team of knowledgeable professionals took the time to explain exactly what was needed and patiently answered all of our questions. He even followed up with me in the days following to make sure I was satisfied with my new brakes, and whether or not I had any questions. I was very impressed at this level of service!The team at Devoted Repairs are VERY knowledgeable and really take pride in their workmanship. They also take pride in getting to know their customers! I ve been bringing my vehicles to Devoted since they opened and will never go anywhere else. This shop is by far the best shop I ve worked with, and being a car owner for 25 years now; I ve been to many. From the ease of scheduling appointments, the communication methods offered, the friendliness of every employee, honesty and thorough explanation of services required/performed along with pictures sent via text/email all of this, on top of their fair prices; make this shop stand above the rest! Devoted Repairs was very responsive and communication was great! I have a box truck for work and they performed a complete yearly inspection, oil change and tire replacement.Pricing was fair and there was no up-sell. Second to who? SECOND TO NONE!! These fellas will get you where you need to go safely. They are upfront, honest, reasonable and 100% fairly priced. If you re in a pinch and need help asap they will do everything they can to accommodate you and your needs. I ve been using devoted for 2 years now, I have brought all my vehicles to them and have never been dissatisfied. I had a coolant leak at the turbo that was tricky to diagnose and difficult to repair. Mike and his crew completed the repair in a timely manner and came in under their original estimate. It was a great experience.

Brought my 350z to have them install a new clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. Not only did they do a fantastic job of it but they also fixed an exhaust leak that I didn t even tell them about. They also were able to get another part that I needed for the transmission shipped within a day and installed everything in 24 hours. Super friendly and amazing people and even better prices for everything and anything you need done. Will definitely be my go-to mechanics from now on. 11/10Service: Transmission

From start to finish this was, by far, the best experience I ve ever had with a repair shop! My truck needed a laundry list of work done to it and the crew at Devoted went above and beyond to get it back on the road in record time! Every day I got an update on the progress including pictures! which was unexpected and amazing. And their online tool to accept or decline work and the details it included was the absolute best. Their communication was beyond anything I ve ever experienced, they always kept me in the loop. Their professionalism was outstanding and they were so friendly. I highly highly recommend this crew. I went to Devoted Repairs and my vehicle needed some decent repairs and some little ones. *I* wanted to go above and beyond but it was going to cost me a pretty penny so, the techs AND the owner advised me against said repairs and told me what they recommend and what needed to be done. The best part was they didn't sell me anything, they told me what it needed to pass inspection and what was recommended for the longevity of the vehicle. I had some concerns as the vehicle is 20+ years old and they told me if it was worth they'd keeping for another 5 years as it's in great shape. At the end of it all it was my choice what to do with MY vehicle and Devoted Repairs educated me so I made the right decision and felt good about it.
