A few months ago, the light bulb on one of my tail lights went out, and I went to a O'Reillys Auto Parts to buy the light bulb and attempt to replace and install it. I'm not really knowledgeable about cars, so I was looking up YouTube videos and Googled some articles, but I was probably going to end up spending a long time on it, or paying someone else to do it because I needed to get to work. I asked the cashier if they provide the service to replace it, and they said they didn't have the time that day. The owner of Catfish Motorworks, Ryan, was behind me in line and overheard my questions to the cashier, likely understanding that I am a novice at this.He offered to do it with me, and said he'd meet me at my car in the parking lot in a few minutes, and it would take less than ten minutes to do, for which I was super grateful. He was a complete stranger to me, who does that? And yes, it was quick and easy, but I felt reassured by someone else's guidance.I tried to offer him twenty bucks several times and he rejected it, but I gave him a bro hug because he saved me time and headache. He handed me his card but everything he talked about was about how he has a mission to help people, and that's why he started his motorworks business.After that interaction, I thought, wow, what could I do to help people in immediate ways and maybe inspire them to do the same too? I thought I'd at least write this review, but also, multiple times, I have thought back to this moment, when I have been in a position where I could do acts of kindness for others, or treat people well in a moment of vulnerability.So yeah, I think you're in safe hands with this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Couldnt get a toe truck at the moment to get it into the shop he came over to my house and diagnosed the problem from my driveway how cool is that. Funny he also got the truck to turn on that same day. Very professional even educated me on what happened wrongService: ElectricalService: Electrical
