Local auto parts store that is everything you could want from a store of this type. They also have the new feature where they will do an analysis on your car for free if you have any engine lights or concerns about how your car is running. They simply plug-in to your computer module and give you a print out so that you can decide if you need to take the car in for repairs and the best place to take it. Very fast friendly and efficient staff.

This is my go to place when my vehicle acts up. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer a free check engine light scan to help you out as well. Give it a try , you'll be glad you did.

Jerry helped me in the rain with my left turn signal the other day and I really appreciated it. Top service. I didn t even need a new bulb like I originally thought, I was gonna need to go to the dealership for the correct bulb but his magic hands after replugging the light in question back in, it started working again. Jerry is a miracle man and it s a great autozone.

I thought my truck battery was dying, and I don t know how to change one. Scott was extremely helpful. He tested and confirmed the battery was bad, and changed mine out for me, and didn t make me feel like an idiot because I didn t know how. Scott s the man and Auto Zone showed that good customer service isn t extinct.

These guys have taken great care of me over the years, especially the manager Scott deserves the employee of the year award if you ask me. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend going to this Autozone great group of guys that know there auto parts!

Typically if i come here my time isn't stellar, however this latest time we had some good guys, one new, one seasoned, to help us and they did just that. My foolish self forgot the receipt from an online order and the staff was patient with me as they had to deal with their own phone customer service to get help on that. Feel like there's an improvement to be done to their software here so that part can be cut out of the equation but it was done. Also my order for some reason had four parts on one number, one part on one and another part on another number. So the patience was a great thing this particular time which I commend and appreciate as a customer with the staff that day.

The employees here are so kind and even walked across the shopping center with the diagnostic tool when my car wouldn't start at a nearby business. Then they installed the new battery for me. Can't beat that kind of service. Big thank you to Scott, the manager.

Scott from Autozone Hudson NH was awesome today. Within 2 minutes he diagnosed an engine light in my car. Printed off the details to the issue and I was on my way. Great service. Awesome company!

Amazing service! I came in for a headlight bulb. It turned out the replacement was a bit trickier than I originally anticipated (due to my car's design I had to go through the wheel well). Brian very kindly helped me replace it. He definitely went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great, friendly, and fast service! They are a full-service store and will even install the parts directly on your car for you, free of charge. I don't know if they change tires, as I was there for something else, but I imagine they would be able to assist you with finding a location if you needed them.

Hands down the best service I have ever received! I blew a headlight in the middle of an ice storm and even with 5 minutes until closing Luis found the bulb I needed and even stayed after closing in the freezing cold rain to help make sure the new bulb worked and that it was safe for me to drive. So grateful for his help.

We have a problem with a valve stem and had to exchange it and add a sensor the employee Luis was so helpful and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we had a sensor and if that one wouldn't go with the car then he ordered another one that would be there the next day just I'm case. He definitely went above and beyond and he could of just gave is that sensor and that's it he made sure we were completely satisfied Luis is an amazing employee and made our trip to autozone a very pleasant one thank you Luis!!!

My favorite man store to go to. I don't work on cars, but my husband does and I am often sent to pick up things. I am usually met at the door and waited on right away. I have also had wiper blades installed by a salesman, so it is very convenient.

Always great service when I go there! So helpful...changing out the brake light so I don't have to wait to find someone to do it for me and risk getting a ticket! Definitely recommend Hudson Auto Zone!

Brian helped my friend and I when we were clueless on how to change the light on her licenses plate. Brian helped us so much by showing us the correct light in store and even came out in the cold to put the lights in for us 15 minutes before close. Super polite guy even thanked us at the end. Always helpful and knowledgable staff. I really count on these guys to help me out. They give free advice, and will even help you with a simple install of you're unsure how to do it (such as a headlight bulb replacement). Seriously great service.

Have shopped there multiple times. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Installed my windshield wiper blades and explained about the spring in the arm. Was able to fix it with oil and WD40 . Helped me get it working. Great store

In the course of 2 weeks I not only was ordered the wrong axle for my car due to a computer error, which was laughed off by the person on the phone saying I HAD ORDERED IT WRONG like I didn t know what transmission I have. But now after going to get wipers, I was recommended the wrong wipers. Both, not just a singular one. Then when I went to exchange for correct fitting ones I was then asked what car I had to help find my fit. Wow would ve been nice the first time. (Side note too; I was never asked for my rewards card or a phone number even though every parts store does this religiously. Take notes on which stores actually care about your wallet folks) Anyways, after being told they don t have high performance rain-x ones I was given Bosch ones from the mid-tier that were cheaper but they were given to me like it was a 1:1 exchange. I had to be the one to point out that I was given cheaper blades than I had come in to exchange. The customer shouldn t be the one on their toes constantly and that is why I m going to shop at any other parts store. I ve always been a fan of autozone, but after 2 easy screw ups that weren t handled correctly on the customer service end of things, I won t be coming back.
