I dropped off my 71 Chevelle for Greg to install some new cylinder heads, performance intake, Holley carburetor, oil change, and transmission fluid drain and fill. Greg and Kenny did a PHENOMENAL job! Quick turnaround and very fair pricing! Honest and quality work. I have been taking mine and my 2 young adult daughter's car here for several years now. I trust what they say, never feel like I am being overcharged or getting things done that are not necessary. I highly recommended their work, knowledge and rates.

Had a leak in my coolant lines and took it here. They had it fixed by the next day. They were very happy to help and share details with me. This place was incredibly ethical, priced very fairly, friendly and respectful. Didn t screw me for anything. I have been going to ARS for years and my family has been for decades. This father son duo is always thorough, honest, and affordable. I have gone to several mechanic shops in the past and have never experienced the same type of excellence with the job and customer service as I have with ARS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone whose looking for reliable service and a job that will not cause "other issues" to randomly appear weeks later.Spot on service, blunt honesty, BEST shop around.

I've been a customer of ARS for the past 11 years. Greg and ken do a great job. I don't bring my vehicles to any other mechanic unless it needs under guarantee service.The can work very much on any vehicle.Exceptional service!

called to ask a couple questions to service my vehicle and the guy was rude on the phone and hung up on me. it s a shame because I was recommended by two people and I will not be coming here.

My family has been going to ARS for about 20 years now for our automotive repair and inspection needs. He is an honest, reliable mechanic that has always charged fair prices. Furthermore if he thinks there is a simple solution, he will tell you about it so you can try to fix it yourself. Try that at a Volvo dealership. He works on domestic and import cars (we own American, European, and Japanese cars that we take to him).I highly recommend taking your car to ARS. You won't be disappointed.

He did a bad job. Took him a day to put on a intake with carb. He stated he had to remove Carburetor again to make a hole for the passing gear, I stated a great Mechanic would have matched out the new carb to the old one, was looking to get more work. He should have had this job done in a couple of hours not the day and he mickey Moused a plastic wrap on the passing gear, real lousy job, couldn't even do the spark plugs. These guys who work alone are no good! Someone will drop by drop everything on your car but are still on the clock. Never again. A whole day on a intake manifold and carb???Service: Carburetor cleaning

I can't imagine letting anyone else work on my vehicles! This is someone recommended years ago and I rarely go anywhere else. I owned a SAAB and ARS told me they would prefer to send me to a dealer or other shop rather than work on a car requiring special tools and diagnostic equipment. The car once had a ball bearing fall into the shifter and he removed it without charge. The shfter was locked in neutral. He could have pulled the transmission, charged my accordingly and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. I routinely refer frinds to have their cars worked on here and they rave about his integrity. What more needs to be said.
