My car was at another shop and they could not figure out a misfire issue (for several months). It was dropped off as a squeeze in apt (they told me the car would be looked at the following week) The car was at the shop for less than a day and they found many vacuum leaks. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend bringing your car here.

I just bought a used Mini Cooper Clubman S and had a noise coming from the front wheel. Called 3D based off their good reviews and they got me in 1st thing the next day. Of course, the noise didnt come back, but Dan the Father/Owner took me for a ling drive in my car, listening and feeling for anything wrong. All the while he gave pointers on things to keep my Mini running well. I know where I'll go from now on! 3D of Hudson, NH

I had to rebuild the steering on our 2020 Mazda MX-5 and obviously needed an alignment when I was done. 3D Auto Works was recommended and did a fantastic job with the car even though I delivered the car to them with a loose steering rack that they had to diagnose. They troubleshot the problem well and were able to complete the alignment to my specification. The car drives great. Thanks, guys!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Dan and the team at 3D are magical. They are helping me get my 635csi back into tip top shape...Dan did a valve adjustment and the car sounds and runs brand new. Just had some suspension work this week and the car steers like it's new again. Cannot say enough about 3D...

Had a Mini Cooper that was in great shape and working fine- had some repairs done here and leaving the driveway of the shop the gear system shredded the engine. Car was a complete loss. They blamed my son who picked it up and they did nothing for me. Would not even refund my repair bill. Be careful here.

3D is simply a quality local family run business in Hudson NH. I ve never had a bad experience here. Dan and his Son along with the rest of the crew give you a fair and honest assessment of your BMW/MINI with regards to repairs and maintenance. There is never any pressure or false stories here. This is clearly a independent BMW/MINI repair shop that gets all sides of the equation. The shop is very busy, all the time, for a reason. Amazing guys!Re edit from 5 star review :So I thought I did what everyone else.did and went off of Google 5 star reviews but man every thing they diagnosed was wrong , careful when you go here, I'll say this I went and confronted on some of the things that they did to my car that I had to have redone and they cut me a check for what they charged me on labor not parts( I can't expect a refund for new parts installed) idk if whoever did the diag on my car wasn't all there that day I get stuff outside of work effects us but I almost payed a few thousand for work that I did not need

Far and away the best shop to get your BMW or Mini serviced in Southern NH or Northern Massachusetts. Dan and Dave know, love and drive the entire BMW line. They will take care of your car like it was their own at a very fair price far below what you would pay elsewhere. Dave races his E46 M3, and brings years of experience to the shop so they can also prep and mod your ride for the track or street like no other. Over 45 years of car ownership I have never had a more expert, honest, fair, and friendly experience getting my car serviced! Keep your BMW/Mini driving experience Ultimate with 3D!

I am very happy with the 3D service. They are very helpful, they are knowledgeable, they pay attention to my concerns and they suggest what is best for me and for my BMW. The work done is amazing, and with only 6 months going there I trust my car to them 100%. I was thinking about selling my car, but now that's in good shape. Never mind... I'll keep it for another 100,000 miles. Thanks 3D for taking care of my ultimate driving machine.

I always use 3D Auto Works after they had been referred to me. They have done amazing work on my cars over the last few years and have great prices. If you own a BMW and don't use them, you are missing out on a great price and incredible workmanship.

I have a 91 e30 and I would say that every third person that talks to me about it has some sort of extremely positive experience, story or connection with 3D Auto. Now that I've actually had service done with them I am one of those people. I would highly recommend them if you have a bmw or mini. Every employee I've spoken to has been very kind and understanding despite my car being pretty beat.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have just had my second experience with 3D Auto Works and found their team to be very knowledgable. Both Dave and Dan were happy to answer the maintenance questions that I have had.In my first experience another auto shop was going to perform the incorrect repair. I had a feeling that it was not correct fix and came to 3D. They ran a smoke test and found an issue that cost a 24th as much to fix as the original auto shop. The car has ran without any issues the last 10,000 miles since this fix.Today they replaced my high pressure fuel pump and transmission fluid. This took two days to perform so they provided me with a rental car at no additional cost.I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend 3D Autoworks as a trustworthy, knowlegable, and reasonable priced repair shop for BMWs. My manual 5 series is at 135k miles now, and hopefully with the service and advice from 3D Auto Works can roll for another 200k more!Thank you for your help Dan and Dave!

Recommended by a friend. Then I recommended two friends. One of those has now been using 3D for 18 years. That says it all. You won't find a more honest shop and you get superior workmanship. With 3D's help, my 325i with 300K miles is running like a top and stopping on a dime.

Great company. Dan and Dave are honest, helpful, and good guys. Fair prices, great service. A no brainer- don t bring your BMW anywhere else. My mom brought her car there also and couldn t say enough good things.

Can't say enough good about the folks at 3D Auto Works. The way they treat their customers is absolutely above and beyond amazing. I'm purchasing my first BMW, an E60 M5, which if you know these vehicles you know how finicky this particular model can be if not properly cared for. The vehicle was looked over with a fine tooth comb, and Dave took quite a bit of time to explain everything he found, as well as telling me what to keep an eye out for in the future. He is clearly incredibly knowledgeable about these vehicles, and I wouldn't hesitate for even a second to recommend 3D Auto Works to anyone and everyone with a BMW or Mini. This will be my go to shop for everything BMW related.

Very experienced, reliable, honest, and accommodating when I brought in my MINI for a repair after a shocking repair quote at a MINI dealer. They did a good job in keeping you up-to-date about the repair process. Highly recommended this place! They will treat you like family.

Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend having your BMW serviced here. They are honest, highly experienced, friendly and have reasonable labor cost. I had nothing but a pleasant experience. Definitely will be returning when my Z3 needs more work. Thanks again guys

Very friendly, very capable and highly trustworthy. I have been bringing my car here for well over ten years and have never had an issue of any kind. Dan consults with you to figure out what the best course of action is and makes recommendations on things you might want to consider. I recommend them without hesitation.

A standing ovation for the way my M5 sings thanks to 3D Auto Works. They went the extra mile for me on an affordable fix for serious carbon build up affecting the secondary air system and combustion chambers. Now my 108K-mile E39 has its youth back. So two thumbs up for Dan and Dave. I couldn't own a car like this if I didn't have them in my corner.
