Best place to get tires, if you want to be scammed. They "quote" you a price and then charge you whatever they want. Horrible customer service and unwilling to own their mistake. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. This place should be under investigation by the Better Business Bureau. Stay away!

Horrible Customer Service. Was there for 2.5 hours to get new rims (still in the box)put on my wife's car and they took them out of the box and took NO PRECAUTIONS to not scratch my rims. They completely ruined my rims only put one tire on the rim then said they wouldnt fit and then threatened to not put my car back together until I paid the entire price for all 4 tires to get put on which I said no ill pay for the 1 tire that was put on and he started yelling and screaming until the woman from the office went in and told him my wife paid for the 1 tire and talked to the manager and told him to put my car back together at which time he left and the left the other guy to put it together alone. Then the guy put the jack through the floor of my car because he jacked it up in the wrong spot! When I called and asked to speak to a manager (I was told the owner looked into it and doesnt think it happened that way lol of course he doesn't want to pay for his employees mistakes) I was told I didn't have proof because she didn't give me a receipt for the 1 tire, because I was supposed to come back in 2 days to get the other 3 put on when I got the hubcentric rings I needed to fit the rims on my car and the secretary said it would all be on the same work order because it was a partial payment for mount and blance for 1 tire only, i still had to pay for sensors to be taken out and put in that tire and the other 3 and for the other 3 tires to be put together, which makes sense. Now that I complained about the damage they ignored me for 3 weeks until this week. So I wasn't able to get my rims put on there. So then the secretary emailed and said I had no proof because I have no receipt. but I have photos in their shop and GPS proof I was there for 2.5 hours. Be careful and video all transactions... MAKE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT!!!

Bought 4 new tires online and they were more than willing to mount , balance and install them on my 2020 Ram. It would have been 5 starts but I have an issue with a shaking in the truck at speeds of 45, 65 and 80 MPH. I checked all lung nuts and all were tight, so I think a tire wasn't properly balanced or a balance weight came off. I emailed this shop and they never bothered to respond. To me this is extremely unacceptable and a reason I will never go there again and I will definitely not recommend them. To not respond to a complaint after getting service on your tires is unacceptable.

Customer service was the worst I've ever received there and I've been going there a long time. Woody's Tire has gone wayyyyy Downhill!!!

Very helpful and honest staff, I wish they did full car service. Place has that local mechanic feel and not the sterilized corporate auto shop we see nowadays. I ll be coming back for sure.

Tire blew out on way to work. They were able to fit me in immediately that morning. They had to order special tire and drove over to pick up at distributor that morning. Even gave me a ride back home until car was done. Car was done by noon. Great Prices, Great Service, Great Customer Service. Highly recommend.

I popped a tire on a curb mere moments before heading towards the interstate for my trip back home to a different state, and the folks at Woody s absolutely came through for me. Everyone I talked to was so nice and so helpful and they got a new tire in for me in a quarter of the time they quoted! If y all are looking for a good business to support, this is it

I found Woody's by googling "semi tire repair" We had a flat tire on our 53' vans. I talked to Freddie on the phone, who was very friendly. My driver got there and they changed him very quickly! There was lots of room for him to turn around. Great place if you need a place!

only giving 1 star because i cant give 0. Terrible service. We hired this company to fix a tire on a trailer. The repair tech drove into the shippers yard, got stuck in the mud. Damaged their yard, and then never even repaired the trailer. He never called to tell us he couldn't or wouldn't repair the trailer. He wouldn't answer his phone. The shipper now wants their yard fixed and he refused to pay to fix the yard. We told him we will NOT pay for your service, but he charged the CC anyways. Use this company with caution

BEST tire service around! Found them a couple years ago and, as a result of the service I've received, I won't go anywhere else. I recently needed a used tire with decent tread. They didn't have one @ the Manchester location so they immediately checked the Massachusetts store and in less than 24 hours, I had the tire I needed and at a great price. So good, in fact, I bought two! I taught Driver Education for the City of Manchester for 32 years (both classroom and in-car). If I was still doing it, I'd tell my students that Woody's is the place to go for any tire needs. Whether, it's Manny, Brandon, or Nate, each & every one of them will go out of his way to make sure you're a satisfied customer...and I definitely am.Ted Menswar Jr. Manchester, NH

Called this morning at 7am because I had a leaky tire when I woke up. Fixed my tire quickly and for a pretty great price! Was able to make it to work on time thanks to this place:) Highly recommend!

Got roadside service from them about 6 months ago, that required follow up service at their shop. Great service from some skilled mechanics. Don't let the exterior and the condition of the building dissuade you from using them.They will do the work for you and they know their tires.

Stopped to get 2 tires mounted. balanced, and installed. Guy was super friendly, did an awesome job, and it wasn't real expensive. Definitely recommend 100%

Changed my tires in a pinch at 7pm on a tuesday. Great local tire guy's that offer quality work at great prices. They have a beautiful pit bull hanging out during the day.

Called this morning to get a quote and these were the only guys to get me in and take care of my truck and change out the tires for snow tires. Staff was friendly, polite, and professional and prices are great!

The most professional and honest tire shop I have ever been to. I highly recommend this place to get your tires patched or replaced just for the fact that they're super knowledgeable and curtious about the situation.
