Top notch service! There was an entire team dedicated to my vehicle. I was able to get my oil change, filter replacements, and state inspection done in no time. Pricing was average, but they searched for and found coupons to apply to my final bill. Very pleased and would highly recommend !!!Oh....and I swear they washed my windows inside and out. Bonus

I would like to make special mention of the inspector who was covering the day i brought my car in for state inspection. Jimmy usually works in Concord NH these days (I'm disappointed that they don't do inspections at that location, because i would go out of my way to bring my car to him there), but I've had the pleasure of encountering him several times over the years at the Hooksett NH store & he is always very helpful & polite, seems honest & straightforward, keeps me informed throughout the process of the inspection and is willing to go out of his way when in the position to do so. He is an asset to your organization & i hope you can pass along these comments to him.I deducted a star due to the poor quality of the windshield wipers you stock despite the premium price. Since they always fail inspection at every Valvoline I've been to, it seems you could make plenty of profit on sheer volume alone without marking them up quite so much.

Waited over an hour to get in and I was the only car in line. The days of paying for premium oil changes in exchange for speed and convenience are over at this place. Your better off saving money and time and taking your vehicle to a repair shop. After an hour I finally went in and asked how much longer. I was told the car ahead of me was still waiting for oil delivery so I left. This was the second time in a row I waited almost an hour with no car in front of me, just a car in the shop being worked on. It would have been SUPER convenient if the guy checking me in gave me an estimate of how long it would be so I didn't sit in my car and waste an hour of my time. Instead he just said, "it shouldn't be long" whatever that means. How about letting customers know so they can make a calculated decision on weather or not to come back later. I have no idea how long the car in front of me takes. I value my time which is why I choose to go to one of these places, but obviously Valvoline does not get that.

This was my first time here, and I have to say the customer service was top-notch. They explained everything they were doing and showed me my options for an oil change. I waited just a few minutes for my turn, and I was in and out very quickly. All the employees I interacted with were very friendly. I will be back with my car, I had my son's this time.

Faster and less costly than the dealership service department I've been using. No appointment necessary, fast service, experienced employees, quality service. I was pleasantly surprised and am now a permanent customer!

wanted to give a fabulous review to Mitchell at Valvoline in Hooksett NH. Mitchell went out of his way to accommodate me getting a inspection sticker. On sunday March 10th they were 2 guys short. we went there the day before and it was so busy we decided to go on sunday getting there half an hour early before it opened. Mitchell came to us telling us how he was 2 guys short and wouldn't be able to do inspections stickers. we explained what happened to us, He then told us he would do only ours that day. after getting my tires i had to go back in the afternoon and with a great attitude he put my sticker on my car. Valvoline should feel lucky to have such a wonderful employee working for them . 5 stars

I ve gone to this Valvoline multiple times but each time I ve gone I had a great experience, the customer service is great and the employees are always super friendly and helpful! Shout out to Tyler for being an awesome guy and helping me out! Definitely coming back :)

First time at this location. Got a synthetic oil change, some air filter, yada, yada. Next oil change, different location, tech points out 6 (SIX) screws were missing from the lower engine shield.I asked to be refunded for the 6 replacement screws, provided a receipt, less than $18, which the manager agreed to do. He advised corporate would cut a check & send some coupons to encourage me to return.Received the coupon, singular; no check. No mention in the we re-sorry-we-won t-do-it-again letter.Won t return.

After driving over an hour there with a screaming baby in the back, on my only day off of work, I was denied service. I was told by an online representative that the Hooksett location performed NH state inspections until 3:00pm on Sundays. Getting there at 1:30pm, I was told by the inspector that he was all booked up even though I saw no place online to make appointments. Even after telling him that I drove over an hour to get there, he still did not care. I will not be returning to any Valvoline in the future because of this experience and I will tell my friends and family to avoid using their services.

Great to read about David and Howard and Dan. I wonder what the common denominator might be ? A month ago, during my oil change, I had to get out of my car and cross the garage to ask the two techs "what's going on?" That's when I was told he put the washer fluid in my coolant well. The Manager didn't think it was a big enough deal to warrant the oil change as a courtesy. I guess maybe even the suggestion incensed him..Three weeks later, the "change oil" light suddenly went on. I'd never seen it before. Went back. Was told "the sticker doesnt necessarily correspond with the light..." Please. I guess if you're a guy, you're treated well, or if nothing goes wrong, you're treated well. But if there's an issue, prepare for a defensive posture. Even the phone customer representative wanted to pass the buck. She's like "do you want to talk to the manager?" And I'm like "why?"

My wife went in for an oil change with the kids. She drives a brand new car and was in for her first oil change on it. Roughly 9/10k miles, about 6 months old fresh from the factory.My wife was pressured into changing her air filter (~$80+). The sales tech heard my asmatic son cough and blamed it on my wife s air filter and guilt tripped her into replacing it.I understand the common sales techniques, but doing it a young mother in a brand new car and using my child s cough as an excuse is plain out wrong. He received all the car information and saw that it was not needed yet. I will not recommend valvoline to anyone anymore, and I will no longer continue to bring my family s vehicles or my business vehicles there anymore.This employee(Matt or mike) is the reason mechanic shops are not fully trusted and is shameful to all the honest mechanics.

We visited there for a routine oil change. The oil change went well, but in the meanwhile, they advised us to get our engine wires changed somewhere else because they indicated there were some fractures in them, which alarmed us. After having a general checkup on our vehicle, we were told that the engine belt was in good condition. I felt deceived and mislead by such a brand!

I was boxed in by larger vehicle. I was then told by personnel it would be 5 minutes until the bay would open . 15 minutes later bay opened . Upon payment I had a check written out . I was told you don't accept checks . I did not see it posted . Thank you for your service.

My experience was great here. Everyone was pleasant and willing to help. One employee, Sophie, jumped in and was pleasant, helpful and demonstrated overall fantastic customer service that I think probably goes a longer way on an every day basis than valvoline even realizes. That said, everyone at this location was awesome and they seem to have a fun energy while doing a good job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Lost a long time costumer today. Went in for inspection and AC refrigerant replacement. Even had a conversation with the tech about how I do not have cold air. After waiting, they say they replaced the coolant in my radiator? I get charged for a service I did not ask for.Edit: Costumer service made things right. Refunded me the service and offered me a discount.

Absolutely mass confusionThey stripped my oil pan plug then changed it without askingI got the plug back and they took it off the bill.But at the end they did change the oil and filter.More training of your employees would benefit you and more importantly your customers...

First off, I have to say this is one of the best and friendliest places I have ever been to. I had the same mechanic for over 20 years so when he retired, I was really nervous about finding a new place to work on my vehicle. These guys are fantastic. Always communicating, with us, the clients, and with one another. The service has been fantastic so far and I've been several times for oil changes, tire rotations, a transmission flush and you are fantastic about keeping my filters clean! I also have zero issues getting my state inspection there. I don't usually write reviews but I've seen too many people complaining about this place when it's nothing but fantastic. Every bad review just sounds like a spoiled child throwing a tantrum because they didn't get what they wanted. You guys have nothing to fear. You do exemplary service and you definitely have plenty of customers for Life, including myself! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I had an inspection done by Jason. It was very thorough and he alerted me of an unsafe issue with rear brakes. I took the car to a repair shop and I saw the issue while the car was on the lift. Valvoline has has a good crew working there and I'm happy that Jason pointed out the safety issue with my vehicle. The brakes work better as well!!! Thanks Jason and Valvoline!! Don't lose the current crew!

Billy, Brad, Noor, and the rest of the staff are the best! I always use this location because it s the closest. However I would drive to them even if they weren t. They were short staffed, as most places are these days. They went above and beyond to make my service the best and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thanks again guys for what you do everyday!

We had our AC charged today, they had a great crew who was honest and friendly. They were very busy with all bays filled while we were there (plus two to three cars coming in at a time), but they were getting all of the cars in and out very quickly.

The guys were very fast and very open to answering my questions and even teaching me things that I didn't know so I can learn for future reference. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to leave the state in time due to having absolutely no oil in my car and needing an oil change right away but luckily I got to this location about 5 minutes before they opened and I was the first one that they were able to see
