Heather communicated very well and runs a well-organized business. I had more work done than I had planned that cost a bit but I also feel that I got excellent service. She even delivered the car because I was sick...which was appreciated.

Amazing service at this local female owned business . I will be back for all maintenance needs.Love how they send photo updates and you can follow along almost live with the photo updates. Highly recommend for all VW and Audi needs.

When my wife s TT had an issue I did some research as to where to get it repaired. Pretty much the universal consensus on line was to take it to Reflex Tuning and I was not disappointed . From all the digital pics of the repairs needed ... to the proposal pricing and the ultimate final repairs completed, I always felt like WOW, finally an independent Audi shop that I could trust. Thanks Heather and crew for a job well done !

First I will say always get competitive quotes for a job so you can better understand who is trying to rip you off.Didn't purchase anything because I was fortunately diligent and cross checked pricing.Spoke with the owner about options on servicing a 2013 Jetta TDI's DPF and emissions system and was quoted at 2500 for the job but this conversation expanded into what other services the car might need and was told flatly "Expect to pay minimum of 10k for related services that this vehicle might need." (IE timing belt (similar cost to the DPF , maybe suspension, etc)I replied with "It is hard to justify that level of cost personally when invested into it was 5400 upfront in 2020 pre price hike."The owner's response was "no you shouldn't think like that think of the money it would take to invest into a newer vehicle plus the work it would need. " (Frankly that is the way you should think because cars can be bought for cheaper than the 10k to fix this one) Then was told expect to pay "5k a year for servicing to keep it on the road".Some competitive quotes i received.The one I chose to go with at 3k for timing belt plus DPF at KMH MotorsTiming belt only at local shop Alewife Auto 850$Timing belt in a 2013 Jetta's case means replacing associated pulleys and rollers along with the belt itself rather than just the belt.Do not go here and cross check your service quotes if you are.Forgot to add the owner wanted 500 for bring the car in and another 500 for diagnosis. So 1000 to look at it as "a POST-purchase inspection" AGAIN!!!!

Reflex tuning has been absolutely amazing every single time I have brought my car to them. I wish I would have brought my current car to them first before spending money that didn t need to be spent. Can t say enough amazing things about them!

Hands down (if you re as neurotic a car owner as I am) you won t trust anyone else to touch your German vehicle. The attention to detail is second to none. No it s not cheap, but I will say to give their expertise and advice some serious thought because they know ow their stuff . thank you guys!

Heather and her team have taken care of my older model VW Cabrio for over 5 years now. They do an excellent job of diagnosing the issues that come with an older car and do an excellent job at resolving the them. Great place of you want your repairs done RIGHT. If your looking for a cheap fix, this is not the place. Very thorough and knowledgeable, take pictures of everything and Mike knows his stuff. A+2014 VW GTI

Heather and the team at Reflex Tuning are what you are looking for in a service experience. Skilled technicians, great customer service, and their communication is excellent. They gave me options and their opinions, were willing to discuss my thought process, and we settled on how to proceed. Great experience! Not enough space to outline all the ways that I felt Heather and her team delivered on their promise of great service at a fair price. I've been to Reflex several times and they are a very thorough shop. The work they do is not always cheap, but maintenance on these cars is never cheap and if that's what you are looking for, this may not be the place for you. However if you are looking for a shop that is thorough, detailed, and has yours and your car's best interests in mind, then you should get all your work done here. I am very happy with the work they have done on my car, and will continue to refer friends to them, and bring my car to them for service.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I have been taking my Audis to Reflex Tuning for 10+ years. There's no other mechanics I trust more than Heather and her team. They have done everything from state inspections to routine maintenance to major repairs. They always take the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. There have been many times when I don't feel right about information provided at the dealership and they have made themselves available to double check these things for me. They are very professional and provide pictures of issues and rank them in importance so I can make educated decisions about what I should do now and what can wait. They are the reason why I keep buying Audis - I can't imagine not being able to call Reflex when something comes up with my car. Great people.

Worst experience in my life at a shop. Brought the car in for a transmission job, took months to find one, then after finding one, the bill was over 20k. That was the cost with a used transmission. We went to 4 other shops (one we've used previously) the cost with a new transmission was under 14k. We asked to have the car back, citing that's an outrageous price. They started ripping some of the transmission out, told us they want 4k for that, we can tow the car out (we drove it in). We said that's insane, they're now holding the car hostage, want storage fees, and for us to sign a document we won't sue them after this nightmare (we Absolutely are). They won't itemize certain things, have bill over 20k if they did the job. Warranty Co is covering 14k, they want to pocket over 6k. Again, thats used transmission costs, we can have a new one installed under 14k at 4 other shops. They also wanted to do brakes when brake pads are thick, no sensor indicates they're worn, rotors are nice and shiny, they wanted 4300 for things don't need replacing. Absolutely disgusting, wish we never brought it there. Avoid.

I just moved back to New Hampshire and haven't had my VW GTI (2014) serviced in quite some time, due to our move. I love my car, and knew it was going to need some work. I was highly considering going to a dealer, as I had been in the past. I decided to go with Reflex Tuning, per recommendations from VW enthusiasts in the NH area. Reflex Tuning was extremely friendly, communicative, transparent and upfront about what was needed for my car. My GTI feels like I just drove it off the lot. I cannot explain how well Reflex Tuning pays attention to details and takes care of your vehicle. But also cares about the customer! I have been bringing my VW GTI here for years. They also service my father's Audi, who recommended them to me.They explain what your car needs, supply pictures with the diagnostic, and explain everything you need to know clearly. They don't just fix what has already broken but are excellent at identifying and preventing future issues. That is key to avoiding headaches and frustrations. I have not suffered a single breakdown since I have been using their services.Import cars are not cheap to fix and get parts for, but you can tell they want to keep your car in great shape. It is never fun to pay for repairs, but they never pressure you into anything and get the work done as soon as possible to get your car back on the road.They are also the friendliest group of mechanics I have ever dealt with, and you can tell they enjoy and take pride in their work. Another big positive is they always have a loaner car for you if your car needs to spend more than a few hours in the garage.My car is over ten years old, and my father's car is almost 20 years old, and Reflex Tuning has them both running like new. Heather and her team are great! They provide top of line care and go above and beyond excellent customer service. When I dropped my car off a loaner was waiting for me and they finished the work needed exactly when they said they would. Heather stayed in constant communication throughout and made sure I understood all that had been done and was happy with the work. When I picked my car up I found my interior detailed and clean as the day I bought it. If you re looking for a trustworthy shop to take care of all your VW or Audi needs, Reflex Tuning is the place to go.

The whole team at Reflex Tuning is truly amazing! My GLI was having some serious suspension issues and I knew I needed to find a mechanic I could trust. I started to research online and came across all the fantastic reviews on RT. I reached out via email and Heather called me back within an hour and spent a good 20 minutes with me over the phone going over the issues I was having with my car. She set up a time for me to drop my car off that worked with my schedule and had a loaner car waiting for me. I was sent a full color coded diagnostic report with photos and videos on what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Heather was so great to explain everything on the report with me and worked with my budget on prioritizing what to tackle first. Once my car was repaired and ready to be picked up they impressed me once again with taking the time to detail my car inside and out. It looked amazing! I just can t say enough wonderful things about Heather and the team at Reflex Tuning, they made everything so easy. I love Reflex Tuning! Heather and her team are professional and truly care about your vehicle. They are honest and fair with their pricing and they have a great warranty on their parts. They also have loaner cars which is really convenient!! I ve been bringing my cars there for years. I ve had a few Volkswagens and a few Audi s. My most recent Audi unfortunately got totaled from an accident and Heather had an awesome 2010 a4 for sale that I purchased from her and I love it! Customer for life! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! My GTI was due for some TLC, and quite honestly a bit overdue as I was seeking knowledgeable, high quality, no-nonsense care. When you need something done, you want it done well and right. Been to RT in the past and had great experiences but apparently things have changed. My wife called to try and schedule an oil change and state inspection and got some of the worst customer service I've ever heard of. Almost as if they didn't even want our business. She was told our vehicle "should cost .25 cents per mile in repairs" and that he "wouldn't be surprised if the car would need 3-4 thousand dollars in repairs". Basically assuming we haven't kept up on our maintenance for the past 70k miles that we've had the car. I've owned several Audis over the last 7 years, so I'm very aware of the maintenance they need. Definitely do not like my wife being treated this way while I'm away for active military service. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same.

At a time where customer service is slowly becoming a thing of the past I was referred to Reflex Tuning after some bad experiences with the Audi dealer. Heather took the time to carefully explain my options and the services they were going top perform after a thorough top to bottom inspection of my vehicle. The repairs were costly based on the scope of work; I was assured it would be a good investment based on all the various considerations. During the process the communication was great and I was kept up to speed on all the progress. The day came to pick up my vehicle; at first I was not sure if it was my car. After the owner took the time to explain everything that was done another team member came over and explained all the details of what was the best detailing the vehicle has ever had. Ironically the car was detailed by the Audi dealer not more than a month before. If you think all detailing is the same think again! On my drive home I thought I was driving a brand new car; Reflex has gained a new customer, I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Second visit to REFLEX TUNING. Really appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism. This time it was a fairly large job - water-pump replacement. Once again highly recommended.This was my first visit to REFLEX TUNING.First visit - Heather and crew did a fantastic job - New tires and an oil change. We have been relying on the Reflex team for many years in maintaining our two Audi's. We love the cars but especially love the way the cars are repaired at Reflex whenever they need a helping hand. We prefer to keep our Audi's for many years. This goal has been possible through their careful diagnostics, great expertise and the responsiveness to any challenge we present them with (and we have had a few over the many years).Highly recommend them. I traveled to NH for the week and noticed some vibration in my steering wheel north of 65 mph. I searched for an Audi indie shop in the area and chose RT because another indie Audi/VW shop could not fit me in their schedule. I am glad they could not. The service I received to balance and rotate my tires, inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my cars needs to remain road ready was top notch. I perform basic maintenance to my vehicle and also work in the maintenance management field and to see the same tactics I employ in the field being used in an indie repair shop was comforting. I was able to drive home without worrying about being stranded roadside with a suspension issue. My SUV drove much smoother on the way home and I have already ordered the parts I need to make the necessary repairs. The service, professionalism and cost of services at RT far exceeds what I have experienced at an Audi "stealership". They provided pictures and videos of issues relating to why I brought the car in, as well as some other items in need of attention. Including a phone call to walk me through all photos and videos. When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! Bravo Zulu to the RT crew!!! You have earned a customer (if I need it during a visit) through your professionalism, technical acumen and knowledge of Audi vehicles. Thank you for showing an "out of towner" what "customer service" is truly about and not attempting to rob me blind in the process.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Tried to bring VW for DSG repair. I was told on the phone that they would likely need to replace control arms too (a suspension component, not related to transmission at all)When I explained that I also work on my car and don t understand why my suspension is connected to a transmission fault, the guy went into a big long explanation about how they will only work with me if I take my car to them for everything, and they want a relationship with their clients and do all their maintenance.Translation: this place targets people with nice cars and tries to convince them to get a bunch of maintenance they don t need. If you know anything about your car then go somewhere else. If you like paying for stuff you don t need then this is the place for you!
