The staff was incredibly helpful to me today. I had a hunch that I was being over quoted for work on my car at the dealership and I was right. O Reilly got the job done and had me off and running within minutes, and the cost was minimal. I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was a gem and such an asset to the company. Thank you so much!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the store is clean. Prices are competitive, but to high. What can you do, this is the world we live in. They only had 1 of 2 parts I needed in stock on site. But they could have ordered the other one for me if I wanted. Would definitely recommend using O'Reilly's auto parts.

I stopped in, and the worker was very helpful, offering ideas and suggestions for the products I was looking at.Generally speaking, I prefer other auto parts stores, but I had a good experience here. Great customer service!

Ordered a starter. Told it would arrive in 6 days. Day came, no starter, but told it will be in next day. Next day came, no starter. But sales person said that it's definitely on the truck and will call. No call, went in and spoke to different sales person who figured out they never actually ordered the part. (But they sure charged me.) Exasperated I asked for a refund. Part cost refunded but not the $7 for shipping...for a part that was never ordered. Brilliant. (EDIT) Went to Advance Auto Parts here in Hooksett. They ordered the part, didn't charge me in advance, didn't charge me for shipping. Got it in two days. So there you go.

Bad customer serviceCame in to get spark plugs and brought one with me to make life easy. Employee #1 on phone and only one in store, okay I can wait no big deal. No acknowledgment/greeting/finger up indicating hold on, not the end of the world, I ve worked customer service most of my life but maybe he s new to the role. After a min or so employee #2 comes out and ask if I ve been helped and offers to help. I start to state I only need four spark plugs. It was at this time employee #1 saw my excitement of getting helped and directed #2 to go finish what he was doing out back because #1 would help me. A little frustrated that I now had to wait longer I assumed maybe he was the only one certified to look up spark plugs as computers can be very complicated especially when you have to search the part number written on the part the customer has provided. I tried to stroll around store, slightly aggravated, to search for bolts that could be used on another project. After waiting another ~6mins of listening #1 argue with the customer on the phone about which business account to charge to, they finally guess the right one and startedto order parts. It s at this point I decided the stores closer location wasn t worth the added aggravation and went down to Advance Auto Parts where they were more than happy to accept my money and help me out. They even received a phone call while I was approaching the counter and asked another employee to get the phone.

Did not have a specific fuse for my GM truck. The counterman on duty explained to me, that it was kind of unique. I had to get it at a Chevy dealership.

The two guys working that night really tried to troubleshoot a wiring/bulb issue on my daytime running and directional lights. They went out of their way to try to resolve it. Very good customer service.

Gotta say,usually hate chain auto parts stores but oreileys hit the nail on the head with hooksett. Very friendly,willing to help and not by any means rude. They use to be my last resort before when there was only Manchester st in concord. Now I love to go to hooksett. Thank you crew for making it Awsome to come buy my parts local again!

There is a blonde girl that works here That is very very rude at this store, I don t recall her name. But she was rude to two different people that I know that went there at two different times she does not know how to talk to customers

Wrong bulbs were sold to me,had the vehicles headlamp assembly all apart ,Then went to the nice shiny new store closer to me to exchange them for the correct ones and ,boy was I wrong to throw away my paperwork, and the person didnt apply the sale to my account ,cause I allways go here ...out 38 bucks for 4 light bulbs ...bummer...
