In today's world, it's good enough to receive okay service, but it's another story when you receive EXCEPTIONAL service - which is exactly what you get from NCA Auto Body!It started with trying to get someone to even work on my car. I had a rusty door from a previous repair and I just wanted to replace the door, not even bother with repairing it again. I reached out to about ten auto body shops. The few I went to in-person wouldn't give me the time of day when I mentioned rust, and when I told them I don't want rust repair just a new door, they told me it would be too much money, laughing when I asked if I'm just supposed to buy a new car instead. Out of the other 5 or 6 shops I emailed pictures to, not only was NCA the ONLY place to respond, Travis called me within 20 minutes of my inquiry.I met with Jason to show him my car and he was exceptionally professional and courteous, and got me a quote within a few hours of stopping in.And to top it all off - the repair is beautiful, the price was more than reasonable, and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off which I would have never expected. I have seriously already suggested this place to my friends and family they were THAT GOOD! Thank you guys!Service: Body & Trim

NCA autobody did not disapoint. Work was impecable and their patience with my insurance company set them above the rest in my opinion. New management shows quality, honesty and upfrontness! If i need a body shop again, NCA will be my first call!!

NCA Auto Body Repair recently worked on my 2005 Nissan Altima SER following a collision and I could not be more pleased with the results. Travis took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details which was noticed immediately upon me arriving to pick up my vehicle. Travis also makes it a point to treat vehicles as if they were his own and that is quite apparent with the attention to detail. Would give NCA 100000 stars if I could. I got hit in my prized possession unexpectedly and out of all the shops I called, no one wanted to do the work since these vehicles parts are impossible to come by. NCA exceeded expectations and Travis made sure that everything I wanted done to the car was done in perfect manner. All the acorn dents on my car are no longer present, and the paint work / body work that was done was perfect. Worked very well with the insurance the claim went through, and kept me in the loop every single step of the way. Never was I ever wondering what was being done to my car. If you are skeptical about a body shop, do not look any further, I promise NCA will do the job perfectly and exceed any expectations.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Plow hit my truck so it needed some work. Brought it to Travis at NCA because he was very responsive and thorough in explaining things to me when i called him.Repairs took about a month longer than it should have / was originally estimated due to a bunch of things going wrong. That said, my truck looks great like nothing happened to it so I still say 5 stars and recommend him. Just be prepared to wait a bit for quality workService: Body & Trim

Due to a minor accident incurred, I researched Auto Body companies and came acrossNCA Auto Body Repair, Hooksett, NH. After discussing my issue with Travis (owner of NCA) he was thorough in explaining repairs necessary, estimated cost and length of time for completion. In the end, I was very pleased and impressed w/the final outcome and would recommend NCA Auto Body, to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Travis is a conscientious, knowledgeable, professional, who is detailed oriented and focused on his customers needs. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. My car was involved in a collision and needed to have body work done. I called NCA because the reviews were great. I am so glad I picked them! They did a great job and were truly easy to work with. Travis was awesome. He dealt with an uncooperative insurance company and handled everything. NCA did a terrific job and even cleaned the car! This shop is Superb! Travis and his crew took the stress off my shoulders and my Subaru has never looked better. They will work with your insurance company to get results in a timely and professional manner. Plus, if anything is needed out of pocket they will work out a good deal for you. Extremely professional business, highly recommended A+ body shop through and through.

Went to NCA Auto Body based on great reviews and being local for me. Very glad I went with NCA. Travis and his crew did a great job fixing my vehicle which had side and front end damage from a collision. Not only was the work flawless (could never tell there was damage now), but Travis worked directly with my insurance and kept me in the loop so I didn't have to deal with that! Also, my insurance wanted to pay only for used replacements parts (this is normal) but Travis reached out to local dealerships to see if they would price match and was able to get me new genuine (OEM) parts. Awesome work and customer service guys! Will definitely go to you guys again and/or recommend if someone needs body work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Travers, his mechanic, are totally unreliable people. It's a LONG story but we have consistently been ignored and ghosted by this business, we drive by every day at different times and there's NEVER anyone there but our cars remain untouched. One has the hood off, everything exposed to the elements. they got the money for the fixes of one of the car 10 months ago, and at this point us not having the car is unacceptable. DONT suggest ever using this place.

Absolutely recommended! I had a car accident last month and didn t know where to go to fix my car, other places told me I won t get my car back for at least three months. When I spoke to Travis, he was very thorough of all the steps he will take to fix my car, he asked me if I already got a rental or not and when the last day covered by my insurance was so he can deliver the car before that. He communicated every step along the way and was always available to answer questions when needed. Even after I got my car, he followed up the next day to make sure the car is safe with no issues. Just picked up my car today and it looks like it did when I first bought it! You couldn't even tell it was ever in an accident! They were super helpful and kept me informed through the whole process and helped me with getting the insurance company to get the ball rolling, overall it was an amazing experience. They're also very thorough with their work and even cleaned the interior when they were finished! I can't recommend this buisness enough and will definitely be coming back for any future work! Tried on several occasions to get a quote to have some damage repaired. Travis would text me or call and say he needed more time to get parts pricing and would get back to me. He never did. I waited over 3 weeks, pinging him every week and nothing. We ended up going elsewhere.

My experience at NCA was terrific. I dealt primarily with Travis during my car repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and openly shared the how and why s around every decision made. The cost structure was broken down in a way that made sense to me even though I m not a car guy. I have used NCA several times for repairs on my vehicle and they are wonderful to work with. Anytime I've needed help or had a question, Travis was quick to respond and help anyway he could. I highly recommend giving your business to these guys. They are honest, diligent, and straight to the point. They made sure to put in the time to do the repairs correctly, not just "good enough". I'm very pleased with the outcome of the repairs, and it was a pleasure to work with Travis throughout the process. Communication was quick and easy, Travis continuously kept me in the loop regarding the repair progress. Never once was I wondering "what's going on with my car?" If I ever need any more repairs done these guys will definitely be my first call.

My black Nissan Armada needed a bit of body work on the back passenger panel. I brought my Mercedes 300 to Travis and his team at NCA. The were extremely helpful to me. Travis took the time to Walk me around the shop, showed me where the work would be done as well as how the work would be done. It was clear that for him it was about quality NOT quantity. NCA went above and beyond what most repair shops do and even went as far as to go out of his way for some things that weren t necessary but he did it anyway. His attention to detail Is great. His team is just as good. Would definitely come back for any future services (hopefully no time soon ). It s hard to find honest legitimate repair shops. However Travis and the NCA team. Are hands down one of the best they made working with the. Painless and easy.Thanks Travis & NCA for all your hard work and patience.Mercedes!

I got into an accident with another vehicle and had to change my front bumper and head lights. Travis explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. It started out with a woman hitting my car and cracking my bumper, so as soon as her insurance deemed it her fault I was on the look for a body shop. But everything I was looking up in concord had less than 4 star reviews or bad reviews all together, then I found NCA in hooksett with 4.4 start rating. So I gave them a call and a gentleman named Travis helped me get my car there made sure I was doing everything right with the insurance company. And he even went out of his way to make sure that my car got the new bumper and not just a bandaid fix. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, then it was finally time to pick up my car. Not only was the work amazing but they even washed my car inside and out! I couldn t be any more happier. He treated my 12 year old car like it was brand new, and now to me it is brand new. After an accident I went to see the NCA Auto Body Repair, they were willing to check my car and and give me an estimate the same day. They are very professional and went above and beyond to get my car repair as soon as possible. They also took care the communications with insurance and rental. If I could give this shop 6 stars, I would. Travis was professional and very knowledgeable and made the entire process so quick and painless for me.. he is an outstanding human being and he does beautiful work. He stayed in touch with me, my insurance company and my rental car service and made sure everyone was always on the same page. Plus, my Terrain looks brand new! 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you, Travis, for being so relatable and down to earth. You rock!

Excellent workmanship, easy communication. They stand behind their work and get things done very timely. Challenging hatch replacement on new BMW. Phenomenal results including safety systems/ camera calibration. Highly recommended.

I was in a rear ended car accident. I was not getting any body shop do a repair for me and the wait was long but travis called me right away and did everything for me. Made me feel comfortable and went an extra mile to take care of my car. My car is back up and running and im so greatful that i can drive my car again. I would recommend everyone to go there.
