We had a nail in our Tire as we were heading East on 101 toward Bar Harbor... Thrs6e guys were awesome.. Had us in& out w/ tire repaired in 10 min..so friendly & accommodating..didn't even want to charge us..totally recommend this friendly auto shop!!

I needed my Altenator replaced in my 2008 Honda Fit and they did the labor. The price was reasonable compared to most places. From what I understand changing the Altenator in this car is no easy feat.The mechanics working there go above and beyond to work with and please the customer. I did notice the extra things they did to my car and I do appreciate them. Keep up your A++ customer service....and thank you for taking my car in so quick.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, didn't hear anything from them for a week, no calls, and no answers to my calls. Then, when I finally got a hold of them, I was told the quote, and I confirmed it with them multiple times, over multiple phone calls. I then go to pick up my vehicle on the next Friday to get charged $300 more than the quote. I wouldn't trust the amount of 5 star reviews this place has.

The guys at Karstocks Automotive are spot on great techs. I've had my car along with several other friends cars and trucks worked on here for our everyday service items and regular mileage interval services.

Love these men. I m 75 and they never take advantage of me.There prices are reasonable and they don t try to add any extra to the bill. Thank you Karstoks for everything.

So thankful I found Karstoks Auto today. Part of my exhaust system rusted out and needed immediate repair. Karstoks was nearby so I called and was told to bring it right in. When I arrived, David greeted me and brought my Subaru into the garage bay. Shortly after, he called me into the bay, showed me the problem, and told me he could fix it in an hour and quoted a very reasonable price. Less than an hour later he showed me his fix and I was on my way! I can t thank David and Devin enough for helping me out SO quickly. By far the best service I ve received at any automotive shop. I highly recommend this place and will be coming here from now on.

My car broke down less than half a mile from the shop. I had it towed and within minutes of it arriving, the owner Dave, came out and looked it over. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty alternator and had it fixed for me in a very timely manner. Not only were the prices fair, but the customer service was outstanding. Dave was extremely friendly and polite, as was the other technician I interacted with. Picking a mechanic when you break down far away from home is never easy, but I definitely made the right choice! I highly recommend Karstoks Automotive to anyone in the area!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I also had a friend recommend Karstock. So glad he did.I am not in any sense of the word a mechanical person. And when I have needed anything done I have always driven away confident that I was treated respectfully and fairly. Great place. The downside is I can only give them 5 stars!

Dave and staff are great! They know what they are doing and don't over charge. Always bring our cars here first and then if it's something they aren't able to do, the recommendations have been just as good!!

Went to Karstoks because a friend recommended Dave. What a GREAT experience! Very friendly and honest, I will be taking my car back for all it's mechanical needs! He also does inspections and oil changes!

Dave was referred to me by a friend and I am grateful. His prices are very reasonable and the service is the best i have ever received . Do yourself a favor and try his garage out. You will never have to find another.

Dave the owner is an upmost professional in his business. He meets you head on personally and not an upseller like all other garages. Got me right in and even fixed my tire that had a slow leak.I will always return!Dave Arsenault

Great experience as a first time customer. Expected to need to replace my front brakes but Dave confirmed I didn't and just needed fluids. Will be returning. Great service and nice guy.

Dealt with Devin this time and he told me what needed to be done and he fixed everything that needed to be fixed and was done when he said he would. Overall I had a great experience here I didn't feel like I was being scammed...I will be back in the future for repairs
