Come here for your next car! Where can I start? From the second I entered the business I spoke with Mike. He was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Mike explained the process and made it all really easy. I came back the next day and had the pleasure of working with Darlene, Billy, and Dennis (the owner). They were all wonderful and extremely helpful! The car I got was inspected and passed but they still changed the rear breaks and rotors for me. This is not like any big car dealership, they truly care for customers, and genuinely have our best interest. Also, thank you to the mechanics in the back working on the car. I didn t catch their names but I appreciate the work and am very grateful! Everyone is doing their best and you will be satisfied shopping for a car here!!

I'll update my review if I ever need but felt I needed to leave one for now. I was recommended to buy my secondary car at grimards by a co worker and was skeptical as i had just purchased my primary vehicle at merchants and was disappointed in the process, at merchants I felt rushed through the process and felt like an inconvenience to ask about issues I spotted with my primary vehicle, after buying I was asked repeatedly to leave them a good review which is weird seeing I just bought the car. At grimards my experience was COMPLETELY different! I didn't feel rushed and all my questions about the car were answered, if a had a request they fulfilled it no questions asked! I now have my secondary vehicle and love it! No complaints. Grimards made the process comfortable and easy and I really feel they weren't just trying to get me into a car but instead felt they had my best interest and wants at heart! I will be going to them for any future vehicle purchases! Thanks again Billy, mike and the whole grimards crew. you earned my trust!

A family friend referred us to this place when our car's motor seized. It was urgent that we locate a vehicle ASAP so we check their website and saw a vehicle we like and gave them a call. The salesman Bill suggested we come down and see what could be done.I am extremely impressed with the service and friendly people we dealt with and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a great used car. And I will most likely buy my next vehicle from them also.All in all I would say it was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time.Did I mention they have a fantasic service department also.

Buying the car here was fast and quick. The reason for the 4 star is bc I was told to come in for them to look at my car on 11/25 and was told he would be here till 4pm. I came in for 11am and the guy was gone and another person instead of helping me he told me to come back on Monday.

I just purchased a vehicle from Grimard's. It was a wonderful experience. Billy was amazing, upfront, honest, and made the entire process go smooth. I have been looking for months only to get no where. The used vehicles today are way over priced and I refused to get up side down with a car purchase. I came across Grimard's and decided to go and look due to the wonderful reviews. The vehicles were honestly priced and Billy knew the history of the cars which made me feel better about my purchase. Most cars are from repeat business. They are well established in the community and many people were coming and going while I was there. You know it is a great place when owners bring their perfected antique vehicles to get serviced!!! I never leave reviews but wanted to make sure that everyone knows there still are good, honest, customer driven people out there!! They even put new tires on my car just so I would not have to replace them anytime soon.....I was blown away! You will have my business for life!!

We purchased a car on Monday night after looking for what felt like a lifetime... We've been to dealership after dealership, in our price range we had seen cars that were in terrible condition... we were ready to give up when my husband came across a car that peaked his interest at Grimard's. I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. Billy was amazing to work with. Honest, trustworthy... everything I never expected especially with how the car market is right now. We bought a great car, they gave her new brakes, new tires and are replacing the front bumper cover for us. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say that I have never felt so good leaving a dealership as I did after this experience. I cannot recommend them enough. We will be back and I will recommend this business to everyone time and time again!

Excellent experience. We bought a used SUV from Grimard's. The experience was smooth and easy. This particular vehicle had some minor issues (missing floor mats, horn wasn't working, rear tires unbalanced). They were responsive and corrected these issues quickly and paid for fuel when we had to drive back. Very pleased.

My whole family has been going to Grimard's for years. it's one of the few places where I know they're not going to take advantage of me and try to trick me into stuff I don't need. I'm always nervous going to mechanics. This place is very fair they lay it out so you can understand. The lead mechanic Mikebis so thoughtful, he's gone out of his way many times for customers. If the repair isn't worth the value of the car he will tell you straight up. I will always be loyal here because I know I'm being treated fairly.

Where to begin. My Mom needed a new car. She lives about 40 minutes from Grimmards and also from my home so it was hard for me to find her a car with me being a bit of a drive and having minimal time. I know Grimmards has an awesome reputation for used vehicles so I found my Mom a car on their website she liked and was within her price range. Grimmards actually drove the car to her house so she could test drive it and she loved it. They took care of all the financing and got her a great rate. The customer service at Grimmards is beyond excellent.

Honest, reliable and friendly. My best car buying experience ever. I went for a test drive with Dennis, asked questions about car service and warranty they offer. His answers and comments make me feel I was talking to my father, that simple. Billy is very professional, friendly and full of knowledge. After we agreed on the price, they installed brand new rotors and brake pads with not extra costs. I highly recommend Grimards to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Grimard's to anyone looking to buy a car. I went there as a first time car buyer and the process could not have been better. Grimard's makes buying a car a fun experience where most people dread the car buying process. Billy is one of the most genuine and trustworthy salesmen I have ever met, and it is very refreshing to see that especially in the used car market. They went above and beyond through all parts of the selling process, and myself being a new car buyer, Billy took the extra time to give me some tips and pointers about what to look for with a car and also in the buying and paperwork process. No doubt in my mind I will be back there in the future when I am in the market again. 10/10 experience all around

I was just recently in a bad car accident, my car got totaled. I tried to go to original dealership that I got my first car that I totaled, and needless to say, they tried scamming me and ripping me off. I got in touch with Billy from Grimard's and he was able to get me into something with a cheap payment and a very cheap interest rate. Not only that but I called him and told him exactly what I wanted and he got me into the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to Grimard's I have a beautiful 2015 Jeep Compass that I absolutely love. Car is absolutely wonderful with no issues. Grimard's is a true car dealership that actually wants to help you get a car not suck up all your money and scam you for hundreds of dollars. I was able to get everything going through a phone call and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my new car. I highly recommend Grimard's to anyone and everyone. Great people and great service. :)

They really treat you with respect. I have purchased multiple cars here. They might not be the best deal in town but every car I've gotten from here has been quality. Grimmards won't sell you something that will fall apart on you and they take care of you after the purchase as well. I've always taken my car there for tune ups and oil changes.

I love Grimard's Auto and will only take my cars here from now on. Family owned, honest, quality work, what more could you ask for. My low mileage 2012 Toyota Corolla engine had a serious mechanical issue that Toyota knew about but would not repair because my car warranty had just expired. I found a newer, low mileage replacement engine and Grimard's did the engine swap for a very reasonable price and the work was top notch. The car idles so smooth with the new engine that sometimes I can't tell if the engine is still running. I'm taking my wife's Subaru Forester up to Grimard's next week for exhaust work and fluid change. Highly recommend these guys for repairs or even a used car. Special thanks to my service adviser Mike who kept me informed the whole time.

Fantastic dealership and mechanic. Have brought my car to be serviced multiple times, and have never been jostled on the price or felt like I was getting gauged. Recently went to get my car inspected, didn t pass, and went through them to get my new car. Good people running the show over there, would recommend to anyone who needs work or who is in the market for a new car.

been going here for the past three years for car service and i just have to say that i wish i found this shop sooner. Mike in the service department has been a god send! The folks here never ever charge you for more than what you need. they always fix the problem right the first time and keep you involved through the process. the mechanics here care about making sure their customers are well taken care of and i will never ever take my car to any other shop ever again. Mike is extremely personable unlike most mechanics these days and is very honest as well. these guys have some serious integrity. After saving up for awhile i was able to buy a car here and i could nit be jappier with it. Ill be bringing the gf back here to buy her a decent ride as well and i recommend everyone do the same. service and sales are number one in NH and i recomend this shop to anyone who has a car!!! keep up the good work guys!!!

Bought a F-350 from Grimards. Was very impressed with the whole operation. Billy was straight forward, to the point, and didn't put any pressure on me. All the other dealers I contacted bombarded me and were side talking. At Grimards I got a great deal, honest answers, excellent service, and the truck is fantastic. Thank you!!

I finally found a mechanic who treats me fairly and does great work. Nearly everyone in our shop goes there for anything from purchasing a vehicle to major and minor repair work. They have a great time and great attitude. I highly recommend!

Went in after getting thr run around about a check engine light diagnosis and required part. Grimard's got me in extremely quick, had the parts needed, and was quick and efficient! Highly recommend, if someone has hard time trusting mechanics you can trust Mike at Grimard's.Also we have bought a couple of cars Dennis & Billy are very fair.

Grimard's is a great company to deal with!They are honest and won't sell you things you don't need.I have purchased two cars there and will buy a third one the next time I need a car.I highly recommend them to either buy a car from or have them work on your car!

Great people to work with on buying a used vehicle! We worked with Mike who is not like your typical sales person. He was a lot more friendly and helpful. We had some minor repairs that we wanted done to the vehicle, before purchasing, and they did all of them!

I've been taking my car to Grimard's for over a year, and their service has been excellent as well as friendly, and their pricing has always been reasonable. Mostly, I've had routine things done (oil changes, tire rotation, state inspection), but I did have to have a new gasoline fill pipe installed and some related work. The cost was just under the estimate, as I recall. Work has always been done in a timely manner. You don't have to leave your car for a week with no response from the mechanic when you call, or when you drive away parts are falling off! Also, last fall I took both my car and my husband's in for wax jobs. They made both of our older vehicles look new!

Billy is a great sales man there instrive to me like him! Mike is great in service and great place to buy a vehicle! Billy even brought the vehicle in Maine for us too! Easy going and reliable people! 2011 I got a 2006 Honda Accord with 54 thousand miles now 2022 I have 105 thousand miles never had any problems I have sent friends to grimards very happy will go again in time

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. If I could give more stars I would. Bought my dream vehicle, and my 10 year old agrees...he asked how many stars we could give :)
