Great people. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. You can not beat $14.95 for a car inspection!! This is the only place I use and I highly recommend them.

My 2008 Buick was towed in to Extra Care Hooksett. The part that was needed was not available from GM. They made an effort to search and find the parts to get my car running again. I trust these guy to do the repairs right. They are great guys to get the job done! I appreciate my mechanic Keith, who did a great job getting my car running!!!

Word of mouth brought me here. This place is not fancy.Its basic, nuts and bolts car repair with old time quality. They do charge a lot more than other shops.Fast efficient and friendly. I noticed the interaction with the guys in the garage was professional and they treated each other well. Mechanics know their stuff.The person in the office was great at multitasking and she is a real treasure for that business to have. This place is in my permanent business list.My only critique is minor:The waiting room is a bit rough, beat old low couches. it needs a wooden solid bench somewhere that people with a shot knee can get out of.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and.... *HONEST*.Extra Care Auto Repair is the only place that I would trust sending my wife or daughter. They will diagnose your concerns as they are without trying to sell you $30 wiper blades or a $25 bulb. I've been to *other* mechanics who throw every trick in the book at you - up to & including unauthorized repairs and holding my own vehicle by coercion. In *contrast*, the owner of Extra Care Auto Repair clearly values HONESTY & INTEGRITY!I have been using them for 10 yrs and have brought several vehicles to them (from cars to two 3/4ton trucks) One of the vehicles was old and in need of some major work. It would be a workhorse with some repairs, but they were well out of my league. The owner personally walked through what could or should be done (if anything) and left the decision to me about each repair without any pressure. They repaired the truck with reasonable parts and reasonable labor charges.They are also home of the $15 State Inspection! Highly recommended! Use this mechanic b/c they are an HONEST diamond in the rough! I have no connections to this business other than the fact that I am a longstanding satisfied customer! I like to reward integrity with my business!

Recommended to me by my girlfriend, they were thorough, their pricing is fair based on other shops labor rates, and they are generally good at accurately diagnosing problems with your car. When thebplace I use go said they couldn't take my vehicle in for three weeks, Extra Care had an available spot for me the next day, and charged much less for an inspection than the dealership I went to. I will absolutely be going back in the future when I need to.

Very professional and friendly, with reasonable prices. Had my yellowing headlights whitened with nice results. Recommend for state inspections as well; competitive price and definitely on the low end compared to other shops I've called in NH. Junior does fantastic work. Thanks for the excellent service!

I ve been using these guys for few years now for anything I can t handle on my vehicles. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle gets the best care for the most affordable price I ve found in the area. Anytime there was any issue or anything that would cause extra cost I received a phone call from them letting me know right away. Always friendly and willing to even take me under my car and point out the fails for inspection in case I wanted to do what I could handle on my own. I will continue to be a loyal customer to these guys. They do great work.

I was a little skeptical of the $14.95 inspection but I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't try to sell me Johnson rods or widget screws. They did what they said, charged what we agreed to and did it all very quickly, professionally, and with a smile. They were even able to do an oil change that I asked for when I was dropping my car off for inspection and had it all done in the timeframe stated for the inspection! 2 Vehicles, same results. Def recommend!

I came like a bat out hell minute before closing asking for a tire repair. The did it and stayed late so I could get back on the road. Would drive out of the way to go back here.Edit: been through town there twice since and they both remember me and did some basic stuff for a good price.It's a shame I don't live closer or I'd bring my car there for everything.

When I came to pick up my 2015 CRV the guy at the front desk told me that there was an accident involving my car. I went to go check it out and the entirety of my interior was coated with feces.

Fantastic service! Wish we lived closer so we could use Extra Care Auto as our regular mechanic. After a breakdown on I-93, my husband and I received quality service. I chose Extra Care from a Google search after reading their reviews and they definitely lived up to them. Extra Care Auto is Top Notch. We highly recommend!

I came to the shop for a last minute repair on something leaking in my car and people at Extra Care were very helpful! Service was prompt, fast and professional! I am not from the area but attended college nearby and I would highly reccomend this place to anyone in the area! We went to Extra Care Auto when they first opened for our Jeep Rich fixed the problem explained everything and did great work. He has also done almost all the work on our Mazda Tribute honest team great work shows us the problems also we ask for worst case scenarios on the repairs so that we don't get any surprises, and they always come in under the estimate.

I went for an inspection and my vehicle failed for four tires. I went to Town Fair Tire to replace the tires and had then give me the tread depth before changing to new. Only one of the four tires was at the minimum allowed of 2/32! The car should've only failed for one tire not all four. Then after replacing the tires I have returned TWO times so far and was told both times they didn't have the ten minutes to hook the car up and supply the inspection sticker. I've had to set an appointment just to insure they have the ten minutes to finish what I've already paid for. Furthermore, the man that runs the office now, as it use to be someone else when I've gone in the past, is extremely rude! I've called several times in the last week and the phone isn't answered. Either the location has become to busy (which is doubtful as both times they were too busy to redo my car not one customer was in the waiting area) or the personnel has declined. Both of which guarantee I will not be a customer here anymore in the future. They're quick to do ur inspection but don't go by inspection standards and then take forever to issue the sticker when repairs are completed elsewhere.

I use to just go here for the crazy cheap inspections. But recently just had to replace some lug bolts, and other work. I was kept well informed and I wasn't overcharged at all. Honest, friendly crew. This will be my main mechanic going forward.

Jr. and his team at Extra Care Auto Repair are the Gold Standard. The care they put into making sure that you understand where your money is going, what work needs to be done, what you need to watch for in the future, and in providing top notch services is unparalleled. Unlike other mechanics I have dealt with in the past, Extra Care Auto Repair is transparent and truly works with a customer first mindset. Highly recommend!

The guys at Extra Care Auto have always been very fair and good to me and my wife. Being a former certified auto mechanic myself who is getting on in age it is a good feeling knowing I get treated fairly and honestly at Extra Care Auto unlike alot of the local dealerships.

I was driving to Boston on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. when I thought I heard my serpentine belt shred. I was 1 mile from the Hooksett rest area and pulled in to verify and was correct. I was 45 minutes from home and 45 minutes from my destination and needed to get it fixed so I went onto Google Maps and searched for auto repair shops. Extra Care closed at 6 PM but was closest so I called them. The person answered the phone and introduced himself pleasantly and I explained my situation. He told me that he didn't know whether he would be able to find the part but that he would call around and say and call me back. 5 minutes later he called and said that he had found the belt and that his guys were willing to work late to get it fixed for me. I was able to get the car over there a little before 6 and his crew of three guys repaired the belt, adjusted pulleys and did a general inspection of the vehicle with recommendations for future work. The total bill was a little over $100, which would have been reasonable had I scheduled the service instead of showing up late on a Friday night. I really appreciated what they did and the fact that they were willing to inconvenience themselves to help out someone that they didn't even know. If I lived in the Manchester area and not up here in Laconia, they would definitely be the repair shop that I would use.

I am a mechanic and former automotive repair shop manager. I don't advertise this when I go into a repair shop, but I know a good repair facility when I see/experience it. This will be the only auto mechanic I will go to. Very honest, very friendly and helpful. They are just out for a quick buck. They fix what is wrong and don't beat around the bush. A friendly and honest shop is hard to find. These guys are the real deal.

I had a very hard time finding a good place to go before finding Extra Care. I am very happy coming here and it is the only place I will go. They are very friendly, very helpful and even when they are super busy will work with me to get my truck fixed. I won't go anywhere else.
