Amazing work and amazing people. As soon as I parked my car, I felt very welcomed. Everyone greeted me and was very nice, felt like I was at a friend or family members shop rather than a business. They even replaced my key battery as soon as they saw the warning on the dash! Above and beyond for sure.Zach was very nice and showed me around, they had a waiting room which was very nice. You could also choose to watch your car get worked on, which I did for part of the time I was there. I got to speak to Adam who is a Mercedes Master tech, and very knowledgeable on these cars. He answered any questions I had and we had a very nice conversation. Overall was an amazing experience, these people are for sure the best around for these cars no doubt.

I've been to my fair share of repair shops over the years, for both cars & boats. I can't remember ever going to one as good as 603 MTech. The team couldn't of been any nicer on the phone and in person. While installing a shift kit assembly for my S500; they went through the entire car to identify any possible problems. They not only identified issues, but sent pics as well in support of their findings! 603 is a melting pot of years of talent. Their knowledge & expertise is bar none. If you own a MB, this is the place I would highly recommend you take your car for repairs. It was a an hour & fifteen minute ride each way; worth every mile to & fro. After booking my initial appointment, I read several of their reviews. No mystery on why I didn't find one that had less than a rating. I'm looking forward to returning in the Spring to have more work done.

The other day I was at the shop to do a battery replacement and it was so fast and officiant. I am definitely gonna start bringing my car more often , I was talking to Joel and Zach and they tell you everything about the car. If you need to change anything they make sure to tell you what s wrong ,and they explain everything so well. My car is running better than ever now. I have a good time over there , you definitely don t see that professionalism very often. This shop it s something else i recommend to anyone!God bless the guys and the shop owners

The team at 603 MTech is outstanding! I recently purchased a preowned Mercedes and it had a number of issues that needed to be addressed. The Mercedes dealership diagnosed it and quoted nearly $10,000 to do with the work. I took it to 603 MTech and not only did they do excellent work on the vehicle, and provide outstanding customer service, but they did all the repairs with genuine Mercedes parts for about 1/3 of what the dealership quoted. They are honest and all are former Mercedes dealership mechanics so their work is stellar. I won t take my Mercedes anywhere else.

I am a former technician and always do my own work, but wanted to have some work done on my Mercedes due to life constraints. I searched far and wide for the right shop and found these guys via social media. Impressed by the image they put forth online, I decided to explore their services and have to say, that I couldn t be happier! I was greeted at the door by the owner and he immediately knew who I was and why I was there. My car was in the air and getting worked on in record time, by the clean and professional staff, while I waited in the comfort of their welcoming waiting room. My car was expertly repaired, treated with respect and returned to me cleaned and polished, all for a surprisingly reasonable price. Everyone there was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. I m sure they ll get my business again and they should have yours too. Highest praise all around!

I had initially planned to take my Mercedes to 603 MTech Autowerks for rear brakes looking to save a bit from dealer pricing (30%).When I took the car in for the brakes - I was also having a nagging issue with erratic readings from the engine temperature gauge, it would go from normal to high to low in rapid succession. Disconcerting, especially when driving late at night in northern NH. Two dealers had looked at the issue, claimed to have resolved through software updates and sent me on the way to continue to experience the same problem.Adam and Zach listened carefully to my description of the problem and asked questions. Adam was able to quickly identify similarities with my issue and others he had seen. He explained what he thought it was and ran a few diagnostics to rule out other issues. He discussed with me what needed to be done and what the cost would be, he was also clear that there was some probability that the issue could be something else so I knew the risk.Zach kept me updated as the work progressed which I greatly appreciated. Adam shared pictures of the work and confirmation of the source of the issue.The temperature gauge issue was resolved (and the brakes were done perfectly)! I received the car back cleaner than it had been in years!I will be going back to 603 MTech Autowerks, they are about an hour from me and worth every minute of the drive! I was really impressed with their thoughtful approach to service (they really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with the car) and, of course, all at a savings versus taking the car to the dealership.

When my local European shop wasn't able to remediate a misfire on my W221 S550, I arranged for the car to be transported all the way from PA to 603 MTech. Mike confirmed the vehicle was received and the very next day, they had the car running. I requested them to perform other preventative maintenance while the car was with them, and finally, 3 weeks later I was able to drive back home. Great team, they went above and beyond with the service. I'd be happy to send the car back to them for any major service moving forward.

Mike and his team of certified Mercedes technicians are the best mechanics I've ever worked with. They are thorough, detail oriented, communicative and efficient in getting old vehicles running like new. He keeps me safely on the road, wanting to only purchase Mercedes in the future having Mike's team for service in Southern New Hampshire.

I don't want to badmouth any other Mercedes dealer/repair place, but the guys at 603 MTech Autowerks saved me an enormous sum, both by not doing a job that didn't need to be done, and by charging less than a dealer for the jobs that did need to be done. (My recently-purchased used car had an aftermarket part installed badly in a nonspecialist garage by the prior car owner; MTech fixed the problem at a nominal cost; a dealer wanted $2,500 to replace with a Mercedes-brand part.) MTech was also friendly and professional in every other way, and left the car spotless.

These guys truly know their stuff! They take care of your vehicle like it is their own. The service is top notch with clear communication start to finish. I would highly recommend 603 MTECH if you are looking for exceptional work done on your Mercedes!

My cars oil pan needed to be fixed as it was rusted.I found 603 mtech and called & they were able to fit me in right away. I walked into their shop and could see how clean and nice it was I knew I wanted them to work on my car. They gave me a Mercedes loaner car which was nice and convenient to use while they were working on mine.Mike and Joel were super professional, nice, and reasonable. They did a great job on my car and offered the best service while doing so. I highly recommend 603 mtech for any vehicle needs.

We have been a customer of 603 Mtech for 2 years now, and I have to say, Mike and his team are simply the best in New Hampshire. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond to keep our Mercedes vehicles running smoothly. Had my CLS550 in today for a B service. Met Mike and the crew. Was definitely worth the drive up from the Boston area. Adam went through the vehicle soup to nuts and pointed out some areas that will need attention in the future. He also let me watch him do the service which was great!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back... thanks again to the guys at 603..

Exceptional serivice! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change staff are super friendly, they had knoticed my vehicle needed an inspection and they reminded me to get it done! One less thing for me to do. Very quick and efficient highly recommend.

amazing customer service. I asked about fixing my.p052e code and they said that it had just been accepted by mercedes as an extended warranty so I should call and get it done for free as it wouldn't be fair to accept my money. honest and courteous. great peoplewent back to see Adam and Zac and had them do work on my car for the front upper can cover reseal. this seal breaks down over time and oil will start to leak onto the engine. everyone there was great. they showed me what was going on and what they'll were going to do and checked my whole car to see if anything else needed attention. best part, it cost A LOT less then going to the dealership! I'm glad to see there are still some places like these guys you can trust to do great work at a great price. Thanks again guys, and I'm going back in to have them do my rear brakes and rotors. See you soon.

This is my first visit to the shop with my 2022 GLB 250, performing first A service. I'm blown away with professionalism and friendliness of these guys. The waiting area is super comfortable, restroom super clean. These guys seem to know their business. I can only go on and on about my awesome experience here.

I took my 2020 Benz to 603 MTech Autowerks for the first time today. I needed an A-Service and I had some concerns around my front brakes. I was very impressed with the service. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly and efficiently completed the work. They also took the time to explain the work that they were doing and to answer any questions that I had. THE BEST. I was having some issues with a 2012 CLS550. Called Mike... real down to earth Guy. I explained and with a real cool down to response he said " oh... I've ran across this issue before, change these 2 sensors and drive the car. Took his advice and now no .ore issues. These Men know Mercedes inside and out. Don't hesitate bringing your problems to them. Peace and Love.

If there is anyone I trust to work on my vehicles, it has to be Mike. Mike has done multiple repairs, and every time I ve been satisfied with his work. Thanks to Mike And the guys at 603 MTech Autowerks, I called the shop to see if they can replace my upper oil pan due to me cracking the pan from over tighten the oil drain bolt. I had to go buy JB weld to seal it up since the crack was so bad the Jb weld extreme heat didn't hold up it was still leaking a little. When i talked to Mike he gave me an exact date when to drop off and it will be ready by. While the car was there they worked on both my front axle too. They are like clock work , they did a professional job and Very good quality work. The staff there are very professional. They also gave me a loaner which was nice. I will do business again . Not to mention the shop is an hour away from me, well worth it. Highly recommend.
