Brought my 1972 Olds in for some basic repair work. Listed about five items with two important items. Carburetor 4 barrel not functioning properly and power seat inoperable. In both items they failed to use proper judgment that resulted in an excessive costs.Carburetor replaced finally and power seat adjusted but not permanently repairedWould not recommend this companyVery disappointed.

Dishonest estimate by double. 50,000 verbal estimate aftter they completely inspected truck to 110,000 after they started receiving my checks. Owner refuses to speak with me about this. Their work may be beautiful but their business model for me has been nothing but dishonest at every turn.

Fine and we ll trained in their speciality areas of restoration.I d say a dozen mechanics and run by a lady. This something one does not experience everyday in a garage. Facility was extremely clean, neat & tidy, as well organized. They re labor rate. Quoted to me was on the low end of average. I was impressed

Great place. Johnny B and the crew are awesome. Restoration is expensive. Dont expect it to be fast and cheap to put floors in your old mustang. If it needs floors it probably needs way more than that. As I found out first hand. So don't buy a car without having someone like RMR check it out first. it will save you money in the long run.

Contacted them to have my 1986 Fiero AC recharged because it requires the older R12 equipment to do so and their website states that they do "AC recharging". I figured that a " auto restoration" shop would be able to do it since their business is to deal with older vehicles. At first they weren't sure if they wanted to do it but then decided they would. I was told they would have to order it and would contact me when it came. This was on 10/18. As of 11/5 I had not heard back from them so I called and left a message. I got a call back 2 days later and was told that they had not ordered the R12 yet because it had been very hectic. I was also informed the R12 needed was very expensive and that it might be cheaper just to retro fit the car to a more modern system and they would call me back with quotes so I could decide what to do. Well...today they left me a message saying to take it to another dealer that they recommended because while they do have the equipment to work with the R12 they would have to "un bury it". So they strung me along for 21 days only to tell me to go to another shop. I guess the fact that their website states " No job to small" is a bit of a lie. Clearly mine wasn't worth their time.

The staff and mechanics there were awesome, nit after your money, so much so they told me my bronco was too far gone and it would cost too much to fix but we're still willing to continue if I wanted. Would definitely recommend

I have seen it when they are busy at work! Will be there at the open house in September selling Hoynacki Kettle Korn, if I can keep my husband from gazing at all the beauties...cars inside! Smiles Felicia
