Megan and Mikaela (spelling) were fabulous. While sitting waiting for my new tires, I noticed how Megan greeted each customer with respect and kindness...she was extremely knowledgeable and is definitely one of the best at customer service I have ever seen.

Absolutely amazing service this shop brings! Meghan and Micheala helped me with the process and pay out and explained everything to me on what they were going to do on my car. They were both very helpful and I highly recommended coming here for your car needs!

I had back to back flat tires this past weekend and was rather frazzled and stranded.I bought my tires from VIP and an amazing woman named Megan Titus helped me so much, not only repairing the two flats but calming me down and treating me with kindness and respect.And at no charge!!!Thank you VIP and thank you Megan!

On 9/30/23, our truck brakes started seizing up. We called VIP and were able to get an appointment first thing the next day - yes, on a Sunday. They quickly got my truck in and immediately told us what was going on. They were able to fix it right then. Megan was great with her knowledge of what was probably wrong and then making sure we got taken care of right away. The brakes were fixed and we'll be back soon for other repairs and/or any other work. Thanks Megan for your assistance.Service: Brakes

Book an appointment for an inspection sticker, show up and boom. 3 hours later you are done while every other job is done before you. Guys just take this off your service list, you obviously don't want to do them please don't make customers think you do. I honestly would never use you for any other services after this, so if that's the goal you succeeded.

90.00 plus dollars to mount and balance two brand new tires i brought in, and thats if i were to take the old ones back with me. 98.00 dollars if they dispose of them. i would pay that price for four tires mounted and balanced, but not two. when i showed my concern about that price, the so called manager says, calm down, i say i am calm, he says well you looking at me with crazy eyes, i should have said - yeah, of course i am - your CRAZY!. i have been a customer there for years, no longer. i drove 30 seconds down the st. to tire warehouse and they mounted and balanced em for 25 ea.! :) be sure to shop around. 40 bucks is 40 bucks savings in times when people are having a hard time surviving. also, if your in the market to have 4 USED tires mounted and balanced, town fair tire will do it for 40 bucks total, not including the cost of disposing your old ones.

Megan at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Shes very helpful and kind. The techs did a great job and i most certainly will be going back to them when i need and i will also spread the word of how they totally make the experience wonderful. I had a friend who just brought their car to get an inspection sticker and they called said she needed breaks. She comes to pick up her car today (after they told her it was ready last night) and the car wasn't ready. So an hour later she comes back to pick up her car and sees her car is on the curb (she has a little car)so the front bumper of the car is gouged out. She goes in to talk with Manager Robert to tell him her car is on the curb and he tells her to move her car and then proceeds to tell her -after she addresses him about the scratch she found and showed him- he states she needs "burden of proof" that they did it. NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS NO INSPECTION STICKER on the car STILL.Message to all people working: She is not a malicious person, she was simply looking for someone to take responsibility.. she could of furthered the actions by following up with a police report and looking into cameras- which we all know there would that "BURDEN OF PROOF" that her car was on the curb in the first place. If you damage someones car even if its a little scratch just own up to it.. there are people in this world that will really make a big deal about it and there are people that are looking for a simple i am sorry- i was in a rush when i moved your car.. thank you Robert for making her day and experience very unpleasant. she will not be coming back for services at the not so VIP tires & service.

I bought a new set of tires and didn t feel like I got shafted at any point here and actually came back for my inspection and to take advantage of the lifetime alignment package.They priced matched the tires I wanted without a hitch and it saved me a very substantial amount of money on the K02s for my Sierra.I will be bringing my wife s Jeep in for tires and alignment package for sure.

I got an oil change done last week at the Hillsboro, NH location. Mitch, service manager, was friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. He explained thoroughly that I needed new tires and at the time, I had to decline due to financial reasons. He didn t make me feel pressured like other places such as a dealership. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I don't often take the time to post reviews but I felt that this one was necessary because Daniels customer service was beyond exceptional.I went in today for a 10AM vehicle inspection I was informed they were running a little bit behind on arrival which was totally fine by me and I appreciatd the transparency. During the process they discovered the rear brake pads (which I kind of expected) and rotaries needed to be replaced, I was a bit confused because we had just replaced the rotaries less than a year ago but Daniel took the time to explain everything to me thouroughly, and before I moved forward I told him I needed to call my partner and Daniel even took the time to explain everything to him as well even though he didn't have too. I know the bare minimum about cars and often times when I go into shops solo face a sense of irration and impolitness but I was pleasantly surprised to have had the complete opposite experience today.They quickly started on the repairs and I ended up leaving the shop a little after 12 with all the repairs completed and a passed inspection.Overall the experience was excellent from start to finish. Just having moved to the area a year ago, and having a terrible interaction with another mechanic shop in the area previously has made me grateful that we tried VIP Tires. I can not recommend them enough!Thanks again, we'll only be coming here from now on for any of our vehicle needs!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Shout out to Mitch Clark for doing such a great job! The place is very clean, and everyone is professional and so courteous! I need to get simple inspection and when Mitch heard me say I got tires from another place down the street ( I know, I know, I should ve got them from VIP in the first place!) He made sure that the guys checked my tires over to ensure they were A-OK. Mitch even emailed me before my appointment to make sure I was going to make it when they needed to make a small scheduling readjustment. I was in and out of the shop in no time. I am new to the area and stopped in for an inspection and to shop for tires. Dan at the front counter went above and beyond to provide an incredible experience for me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me explore options to get the most value and best service for our vehicles. You can tell this business focuses on building trust and credibility with their clients to earn their business which I haven't experienced in many years (other automotive service centers try to sell you anything to make an extra buck). This is the only shop I will be taking our vehicles moving forward and highly recommend anyone in the area do the same.

I had to cancel and reschedule appointments several times for my previous visit and they were extremely forgiving and accommodating, quick service as well! Working in the area from out of State I experienced issues with my truck requiring a tow. With no history of service available in Hillsborough I researched shops near where my truck was disabled. Boy was I glad I chose the local VIP, Mitch was extremely helpful while not committing he could complete the repair he indicated he could certainly take a look. Customer service at this location was tremendous far exceeding my expectations and getting me back on the road in under two hours! I highly recommend Mitch and his service team for your service needs as they understand customer service and are true professionals in the trade. My work assignment will require that I am in the area till December and plan to schedule my routine maintenance with VIP in Hillsborough because these guys are that good!Thanks Mitch and the team for getting me back to the project quickly and professionally you are top notch.See you soonService: General repairs & maintenance

How great are they? Well it s been 26 days since I visited them and I promised I would review because of how amazing my experience was, and there is no way I wouldn t do it after how phenomenal they are. Not only did they fit me in without an appointment on a weekend, but they got me in and out in under forty minutes for a state inspection to make sure I could make it back in time to pickup my son from baseball. They were courteous, they were honest, and I would gladly go back again. You all rock thank you!Service: Auto glass replacement

Wonderful, expeditious service with a smile, at a fair price. They fit me in less than an hour after I called, and I got in and out in under 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Even the express lube companies normally take longer! I appreciated the complimentary inspection and they offered service recommendations that were informative rather than pushy. They are our go to for general maintenance on all our vehicles. Manager Steve and his crew are great. Very personable and treat my family and I well when we bring them our vehicles. They are clear cut and don't sugar coat. They tell me how it is. It's tough to get that in today's world. I need answers straightforward? I get it here. Work is done right in our experience. If something happens such as human error, they are first to admit it and correct it. Mitch was great. He was patient while I explained the issue with my car, then he explained that there were two businesses in the same store, and I realized I wanted the other one. Later on I decided I needed Mitch s help after all, and he was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
