My boyfriend and I came to New Hampshire from NJ for a weeks vacation. When we got here on Monday, we realized my brakes weren t operating properly. We came upon VIP, explained our concern and got an appointment for a brake inspection on Thursday. Caiman greeted us as we came in and was incredible from beginning to end. We got our brakes replaced and found that we needed tires as well. On an extremely busy snowy day, we were able to get four new tires and peace of mind. So happy we came upon VIP and appreciate the entire team as everyone was very friendly and informative. Talk about fast & reliable service! Needed some important services done before a road trip & I'm so glad I chose this location. They were able to make my appointment first thing in the morning & got all the services done in under 2 hours! The cherry on top was their fantastic veteran's discount! 10% off every service up to 50$? You cant beat a discount like that! I recently came in to get an oil change with the multi point inspection as I needed figure out why and where my car was leaking oil. The employees there were incredibly nice and helpful and directed me where I needed to go to get my car fixed!

Brought my car in for service and after there was some noise. Not ideal, but the staff and manager were incredibly accommodating at getting the car back in to fix the issue and took a test drive with me to help diagnose the problem. Greatly appreciate them really putting the time and energy in to getting me back on the road with all problems resolved.

I have used VIP in Woodsville pretty consistently for the past few years and they have always been fair and extremely helpful. Tanner is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help answer any questions I have! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I stopped in to see if there was a chance to get a set of snow tires put on, knowing that all of the tire shops are crazy busy at this time of the year. They were crazy busy as they also had some remodeling going on. Richard had 3 tires in stock and was on the phone with the nearest VIP and located a fourth. He jumped into a vehicle and ran to Littleton to secure that tire for us and we were out of there in an hour and a half.Thank you Richard Deming for going above and beyond. What a great experience at VIP.

Rich, Jake and all the guys who cover the front desk area are always welcoming! I'm thankful Jake explains things in a way that I can understand as a car-novice and he gives me a time-frame on how soon I need a repair before it may become a hazard. I had a nail in my camper tire which caused a slow leak. I bought the tire in, expecting to have to return in a few days to pick it up. They asked if I wanted to wait and they fixed the tire right away! The price was very reasonable. What a pleasant surprise in this day and age.Service: TiresService: Tires

Always do an amazing job on our carsWe get all our stud tires and summer tires here the lifetime package is amazing lifetime tire swap rotation and alignment, really get full life out of tires. The service for veterans is above and beyond$10 off oil change, free state inspiration, 5% off tire purchase, parts and laborService they tell me cars need always is accurate unlike Littleton Chevrolet who get you in on a cheap oil change and sell you items you don't need.

You have remarkably kind gentlemen working for your woodsville vip branch. They went way above and beyond to help me and my family out. Even took the time to make a 3 year old happy. I have never seen a garage go above and beyond In kindness and generosity as they did to me. They gave me hope that there are still good people in this world we live in today. I brought my car there for an oil change, saw their promotion to do free alignment check. So I told them to check it as i have my car aligned twice a year mostly at dealer. As I watched service tech. put a 3 foot pipe on his wrench( not a breaker bar) and twisted back and forth. Then he got penetrating oil (did not wait long enough) then proceeded to twist the head off the cam adjusting bolt.I was then presented a Quote for almost a thousand dollars to repair what they broke. When I questioned them on it I was told that was normal procedure. Well my car has had several alignments and never got my car back broken. Only one inspector at the monent but more are being trained. Don't let that stop you from scheduling an appointment though, customer service is top notch and employees are friendly.

In the past I have always brought my business on my 2019 Camry hereNot to mention the 3 sets of new tires that I purchased thereThis time I m in for inspection : and this is what I get2 license plate bulbs needed to be replacedCost was $22.76 ! Are you kidding me?Then I needed a new set of wipers for my windshieldThe cost was $43.16 and keep in mind this is summer and these asshats install and charge me for winter bladesThe total for my inspection was $110.92What was the reason for winter blades?I will not go there again , my business now goes elsewhere!I am dedicated to one shop till I feel screwed over

I showed up for an oil change without setting an appointment and was out on the road in 50 minutes. VIP had in stock a rare type of oil required for my car. Customer service was exceptional as usual. Thank you Rich!

Tanner is an awesome employee. He's always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. No one wants to spend more money than they have to but he lightens the blow. I'm thankful there are still people like Tanner in this world!

I went to VIP in Woodsville, NH today, and was very pleased with the work they did. They did a state inspection and air filter change on my pickup truck. I was happy to see that I received a discount for customer loyalty points.

I just wanted give some great feedback on my experience this week. I went in to order tires and manager Jake Vanderwall spent at least a half an hour with me on a Sunday choosing the right tire for my Jeep build. I came back on Monday to place the order and the warehouse had sold the ones I had chosen (no big deal) and so Jake spent another half hour or so finding me another suitable tire set that he also happened to have in stock that were perfect for my build and at a great price. Jake is a true professional and very patient. VIP is lucky to have him running one of their stores. I ve always had good luck at this location and the other manager there, Dan has always giving me five star service over the past few years. Thank you again, guys for a great buying experience!

The guys at VIP are always professional and great to work with. Never have an issue getting a quick appointment and their military discount and free inspections for military veterans are greatly appreciated. VIP installed 4 tires on rims some years ago for me and one of them had a very slow leak since day one. It wasn't difficult for me to put some air in it once a month but, recently the leak became worse so I brought it in to be fixed. That same day they called me and said they couldn't fix it because the date on the tire was 2015 (8 years old). After some minor argument and requesting to speak with management, they agreed to fix it but said they won't guarantee it. They also charged me for the fix even though the leak was because it didn't seal it on the rim since day one. This should have been a free fix and ALL their work should be guaranteed

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Walked me through what I needed to get done to keep my vehicle running safely in order of priority. Helped me out when no other auto shop in the area could figure out what to do during covid shortages and got me back on the road same day! This is my 5th Subaru that I have been bringing to have service performed with oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections. Have never been disappointed with the service and care provided and the friendly staff doing the work. Management has been upfront and honest and the VIP company honors Military Veterans with discounts not provided by OEM Car dealers.
