I slid in front of a pickup truck with plow blade while driving my Accord Coupe, the damage was substantial! Sublime was recommended to me by my mechanic at Eric's Auto Clinic, said "they do the best auto body repair I've ever seen"! When I got the car back, it was as though I never got in an accident, in fact I thought it looked better than when I bought the car from the dealership. I've been a Quality Inspector for over 20 years, and can honestly say, Sublime knows what they're doing and provide quality craftsmanship!!!

My AUDI A3 was hit, at a 45 degree angle, by an air born chevy Aveo that missed a corner while traveling at an estimated 25- 35 mph. I called a number of car collectors, talked with my insurance co and a local BMW mechanic before deciding on Sublime. I Liked Julian, his attitude and was blown away by the body work I viewed at his shop. So,I had him pick it up and waited. Six weeks later, long after my insurance coverage for the rental car had expired,and weeks after it was promised, I picked up the car. The fit of the new hood, bumper fascia and front quarter panel looked like factory originals and had an amazing paint job and clear coat. Unfortunately,within a day, I noticed there were missing screws on the wheel wells, a loose bumper cover, and the smell of exhaust inside the car among other problems. I made arrangements to take it back: it was in the shop for another three weeks. I picked it up and within days the turbo stopped working, the check engine light came on, etc.I took in it again, waited another 2 weeks and it was returned with some problems fixed.But It still smelled of exhaust, the intake manifold never fitted properly, the car vibrates when the second fan operates, the hood pops open, etc. The car has never run properly and he refused to make it right. He underestimated the cost by 50% - originally about 5500. ended up over 10,000. Due to the long and unexplained delays, I ended up paying over 2500.00 unreimbursed rental car fees. Sadly I would not use the shop again.

Get everything in writing before hiring Julian! I had a gentelmans aggreement on what was to be a $6,000.00 restoration project and after waiting almost 2 years I took it back after paying over $16,000.00 for a job not 1/2 done.It cost me another $12,000.00 to straighten out what he did. The car now sits in storage unable to finish. Way over budget! Julian does fine work but can not properly estimate restoration jobs! I have been angry since 2003 and will never get over what I got taken for.
