This location is very good. They are extremely friendly when you call and request an appointment. They just did my rear brakes. They had my car on the lift within 5 minutes with rear tires off. Parts arrive in 30 minutes and I was done in an 1hr 15 min. Very nice group. Highly recommend.

I hope the owner reads this because I forwarded it to corporate as well. I went to Monroe on N Hampton for a state inspection 2-1. It was my first time using them for inspections.Usually inspections can take up to an hr. My truck was put on lift, done in less than 20m guy walks with flashlight looks under lets it down comes inside says you failed need a sway bar. I said are there pictures to show me? He said we dont have digital cameras. In 2024? I said you didn't even show me personally what was wrong most trusted places will especially for women.Another customer was walking in the service area looking at his vehicle so I thought I would recieve same treatment. No. I asked is there an indicator light? My car drives excellent how would I know I needed one? He said there no indicator you wouldn't know, its just pass or fail. He said "another shop will tell me same thing." He was the manager which makes it worse. His kid was behind the counter with him as well. He was very rude and unprofessional. I will never use their services again and I had many times in the past.Aviod Monroe for inspections or service. Horrible staff in 2024. Sullivan Tires are the BEST and customer service is elite.

The new Manager is simply great! Great service, highly skilled guys and very professionals. Came here to buy 4 new tires after being dumped by Sullivan's and Town Fair with same answers: ni time, come tomorrow, too busy, no stock..too lazy, but these guys at Monroe really appreciate their customers. Highly recommended!!!

Would not recommend. They misled me to believe I would not be charged for a tire alignment if I didn't need it, but then charged me $150 for an alignment that they told me my car didn't even need...I tried to contact customer service with no response. Would recommend you go somewhere else for your car needs.Update: corporate customer service was very helpful and able to refund my money for the alignment I never needed.

Totally unreliable service. I paid them $750+ and they had my car for a week and fixed absolutely nothing I brought the car in for. In fact they told me they could not fix my heat after charging me $249.00 for that and to me I had to bring it to a Chevrolet dealership because they didn't have the proper equipment to diagnose it. What's up with that.Terribly disappointed. The only thing that was done properly was an oil change.I should have been given an apology and at least a refund for not fixing anything, and trust me I'm not exaggerating!!! Other than the oil change they fixed absolutely nothing I brought the car in for and had the car for a week. In addition they didn't even bother to call me with updates. Communication was non existent!!!Car owners.... Beware!!!!

Had Tires installed here on my wife s car today. Got the tires at tire rack and this was a recommended installation facility. She said she has never had a better experience at a tire shop. Despite being busy and shorthanded work was done perfectly and they even gave her a discount for the delay. Would highly recommend this shop and would definitely use them again.

I had ordered tires through tire agent and had paid for installation through the the site. When I had gone into Monro, they asked if I would like to pay for an alignment as well I said yes, and then came back later on in the day. When I had gone to pay, I was utterly shocked that they were charging me an additional $14 per tire as a tire rack fee. The alignment was also overpriced as well. However, I paid for it when I got in my car the car reeked of cigarette smoke and now I m getting an alert on my car saying that I have low tire pressure. Not only was the price astronomical, they didn t take care for my vehicle because of the cigarette smoke and the low pressure on my tires- they also charged me for something I already paid for which was the tire rack fee. So no, I would never come back here.

I d go somewhere else for an oil change. I called and set up and the week before but they said I hadn t when I showed up. Also it was ridiculously expensive (over $150) and took forever. Doesn t seem like an honest business

The guys here have taken care of me multiple times on short notice. They're friendly, do quality work and most importantly respect my high end vehicle, even going so far as to wash their hands before getting into it. Really can't recommend them enough for whatever work you may need done.

I walked in unannounced for an inspection and was taken care of immediately and courtesyly. I read a magazine, watched my car get inspected and before I finished reading the article, the inspection was finished. Thanks for the great service.

The shop was very very busy but the manager was able to get me in later that day. I am very happy with the service and treatment by Anthony at the Route 1, Hampton, NH location. This is my second time getting an oil change at that shop. I live out of state and chose to get my oil changed while on vacation in NH at our nearby campground.

I went in there for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic was very dramatic about my back brakes needing to be done. Ford actually did them recently so I spent time bringing back to Ford thinking they did something wrong. Ford said they were fine. Monro really tried to take advantage of me. Also when Ford did brakes I paid $459. Monro quoted me $683. I called Monro and they told me it was an hourly employee who advised me about brakes. Very disappointing experience. Can t be trusted.

By far the best garage I've gone to. The customer service is amazing, and they truly care if you are safe in your car and don't just overcharge. I absolutely recommend coming here and asking for Izzy and Zac and the boss, Anthony. Awesome people!

This is a great garage. Feels more like a local shop than a chain. I have been bringing my cars here for oil changes and inspections since moving to the area in June. Anthony and his crew are top notch! Fast, friendly and efficient - what more could you ask for? No high pressure... My kids bring their cars here as well.

We took our miataa in to get a wheel bearing done and they came to find out the lugs were loose from every single tire. They were honest didn't even want to charge us for their time. Great place and Honest.

The new manager is totally awesome. Easy to talk too, genuine and kind. I arrived early in the morning, with only the knowledge that there was a grinding sounds in my rear tires. He was so helpful, made things easy to understand and worked around my schedule to make it beneficial for me. With just a couple phone calls throughout the morning-afternoon, the manager quoted generous discounts to ensure my car was safe to drive while staying in my budget. My car was ready by the afternoon. Cool place and cool people that know what they're doing.

Dan at Monroe Auto Service was pleasantfrom the first time he picked up the phone to the end of our muffler replacement project. He walked us through the various issues he encountered including an under car inspection. We trusted his judgment and agreed to a plan that postponed some work until later so we could get on with our vacation and not suffer from total sticker shock. He and his capable staff completed the project in the exact time estimated

Great experience. The gentleman behind the counter was very attentive to the needs I had for my vehicle. He went out of his way to make the appointment as pain free for me as possible during these difficult times. His price was very competitive and my truck is driving great. I will definitely suggest the shop to all of my neighbors and friends :-).Updated: My rear brakes suddenly went bad. The last experience at Monro with Joe went right back. They were efficient and quick. The longest part of the experience was the parts delivery. I didn't price out the job this time but Joe's team performed more work than I had done on the front brakes and was significantly less.I'll be back in the fall for a planned repair...:-)

Outstanding service! I had 2 flat tires, got me right in, explained my options and fixed everything very quickly. I could not have asked for a better experience or a nicer person to deal with. I have had my share of bad experiences with mechanics--Monro Auto Service is not one of them!!

Needed some work done, so I originally went here because it was the closest place to my work. Usually I m nervous about going to the mechanic, but these guys gave me such a great experience. They are friendly, honest, and go the extra mile to help save me money. I ve taken my car back here a few times since and they never disappoint! Thanks so much for your great service!

Joe and his team are amazing! Joe literally at 4:30pm on a holiday was able to quickly get a part for my son's vehicle and have the car fixed by 7pm so he could drive back to school that night! His service is unbelievable and I've never seen better customer experience and outcomes for my family and our vehicles. The service is second to none!!!!

Got my car inspected here, and it took no time. They were great. Josh and Kevin took their time to break down what they did with my car. I felt like they really valued my time and helped me a lot. My cars in great condition, and I will definitely be back to have work done here. Great service. I love the transparency! Thank you guys

They have worked on my Nissan and my Honda! I won t go anywhere else, they have great prices and will work with you to get the best price. Staff are very nice and professional! 10/10 Will always come back to this location!
